He takes complete pride in his work. I've seen Robby make something even better even after I am happy with it because he does it professionally right, not just pretty. He is exceptionally neat and tidy and very careful. He is punctual and respectful and just a personality joy. I've had a lot of trim work where I needed a perfectionist and that is definitely Robby. I think I know what happened as it happened to us. The quote from Robby was sent right on time but had ended up in my spam folder. We are new to the Roswell area and have not built up a network of folks to help us. We had a new microwave delivered yesterday and were told by the installer that it did not fit and that some cabinet moulding would need to be removed in order to install. I looked on Yelp and sent Robby a note. I heard back almost immediately, and he was willing to come out even though it was NY Eve. Turns out, nothing extra needed to be done to install the microwave, so he installed it himself in less than an hour and we are cooking again! Robby responded quickly, kept me informed of his progress with our appointment and made the job easier than we had thought. He was very professional, great with our animals and is now on our list of folks to call. I am already working on a list! It is great to find someone who you can trust to show up when they say, do the work that they promise and have a pleasant attitude while doing it. We have had Robby do a variety of projects at our house over the past year or so. He's replaced a leaking patio door and done some general carpentry work to fix trim. He is currently helping us with a partial re-do of our kitchen. Projects include amending an island from two levels to one, prepping it for new counters and removing and reinstalling the plumbing. He's also removing a desk and installing some new base cabinets which he's customizing from 24" depth to 18" depth to allow more walking space around the island. Over the new cabinets, he's installing a new butcher block counter with open shelving above. Today, he finished our new backsplash around our existing cabinets and it looks beautiful! Robby is a great carpenter and a skilled home craftsman but he's also a real problem solver. He has solutions for every roadblock we've faced during this project. When I hired Robby to take on several item on my to-do list, the bar was set very high. The first job involved some tricky carpentry work and I was very pleased with the end results. Robby was extremely responsive and prompt. I was lucky to find him. Called several people to reattach siding blown off by a storm and no one wanted to or insurance wouldn't allow them to go on roof.
