Originally called because air conditioner was not working. Determined the freon leak was inside and no fix. Only replace. Well, I thought the technician from Hill's (I guess he's sub-contracted to Quality Service) was being nice by Disabling the "cool" part of the heat pump, so I didn't damage anything in case the thermostat was accidentally set to "cool." WRONG!! Now my inside house fan runs constantly when you put it on "heat." I have to go to the thermostat and turn the unit off/on to get the fan to stop. This is Not Fair. It was Working, they fiddled with something and now the fan Does Not Turn OFF on it's own. They are even Refusing a Free Looksie without repairing. This is OUTRAGEOUS! DO NOT HIRE!! We finally got referred to Albert at Railgate Plumbing by an electrician who had worked with him in the past and had just finished making some improvements and repairs to our home. We texted Albert and on short notice he came out, walked the home with us, took note of every issue we reported and in under a week was able to come back out and handle everything in a single day. He was able to repair 3 toilets (wax rings, flappers), unclog a sink, replace an outdated and not up to code saddle valve under our sink, and install a new water heater all with-in a day. The pricing for the entire job was extremely fair compared to what I priced out for national averages online and he was extremely polite, informative and respectful of our home while working here.
