The zombie greeter at the front door is perfectly positioned to keep the wall standing and the automatic doors constantly open. Not one single greeting was uttered upon arrival. The store overall is clean over all but getting run over by carts on the same aisle as you shop not pleasurable at all. One of your employees thought it good to drive a cart right behind us as we shopped for bulbs. He could of easily just gone on the other side of the merchandise. What happened to your employees not following customers on a narrow aisle. Geez!! I will say I love the self check out vs standing in line waiting to have all our items scanned. On that note you've earned another star. Just get the staff to be just a bit more happy to be employed( Especially during this pandemic). Taj, the assistant store manger, came to save the day and help us complete the entire transaction. The only reason I'm not giving a 5 star review is because I later found out that they had attached our newly purchased Total Tech and Apple Care to my wife's account, not mine. This was an account that my wife had not used in over 12 years, and it was attached to an email address which she no longer has access to. I ended up spending 2 hours on the phone with Best Buy Customer Service twice, and nobody was able to transfer the Total Tech and Apple Care to my account.
