I was greeted when I walked in and directed to the ceiling fans which was the purpose of my visit. Picked out a Savoy House brand and as I was waiting for the paperwork I was asked by 2 others staff member if I needed any help. You have to pick up your purchase around the back where the warehouse is located. One of the staff brought the ceiling fan out to my vehicle and loaded for me. I guess I visited at the right time, the staff received some additional training or the customer was just an @$$. My only criticism was that many of the ceiling fans I liked on display was on back order otherwise they would had gotten 5 stars.

The dregs of the labor market make being lazy an option. This is the 6th or 7th occurrence of no customer service at this location. Lowe's is also around the corner from me.
