They are Amish made and use natural raw materials. While they are definitely an acquired taste, they are also great conversation pieces and surprisingly comfortable. They carry beds, bookshelves, dressers, tables, chairs, futons and other decorative accessories. The furniture is beautifully finished so there are no "rough" spots. This furniture is well made, (solid) and definitely built to last a lifetime. We really enjoyed sitting in the swiveling rockers and visiting with the owner. These are the perfect chairs for the covered front porch or the family room because they are unbelievably comfortable and it took me a while to finally get up and continue on my way. Next time you are in town, you must try the chairs, they are incredible. I am waiting for the reclining edition to come out before I pounce!

I've been visiting for years and absolutely adore the owners, and Morgan. They are truly treasures and it's a treat to be in their presence each time I pop in. I love everything in the store so definitely have to restrain myself so I don't buy it all! Lots of fun and unique finds. In the back there is a wine tasting room where you can sample a selection of ellijay and Georgia winery wines as well as moonshine and slushies!!! I LOVE it all!! We made an agreement with Sherryl (owner of this store) several years ago to sell some of his prints as he has many photographs of the area, wildlife etc. The agreement was that she would accept 25 of his prints to sell in her store, which she would sell at a price of $40.00 each. No payments would exchange hands until prints sold. When a print sold, she was to keep $22.00 and pay us $18.00 for the print. We printed and packaged the prints for sale at our own expense and delivered them to the store. In short, we never got the money and none of the prints, if any went unsold, were ever returned to us For months after dropoff, we physically returned to the store on several occasions to check on the status of the sales. We did see some missing, but each time we dropped by we were told by the attending associate (one being her self identified husband) that Sherryl was not in/out of town and they couldn't do anything, advising us that we'd have to deal with her when she returned (she was never 'returning' the same day). I also attempted several messages through Facebook, advising we'd be in town at certain points and those days never seemed to work for her. There was only one day she said she'd be at the store, but it was a weekday at a certain time that conflicted with the full time jobs we have. (we live and work over an hour away). Years later, she either still has a few prints or has sold them all and kept all of the money for herself. Either way, we're out 25 prints and have nothing to show for them. She's super friendly and seems like a happy go lucky person when you meet her, but she makes no effort to make good on her promises or keep up her end of the bargain. What was wrong with leaving a check at the store for pickup or mailing one to us? I'm not a terrible person but I am a small business owner who myself cannot afford a storefront, and I can almost guarantee the loss of my 18.00 a print affects me more than it would affect her. I will be glad to alter or delete this review if she ever chooses to attempt to make things right, but if it is still here then she has not.

I have been to many antique shops in Georgia as well as North Carolina, but this shop is the best I have ever encountered. The employees were so friendly and nice and the items were all in excellent shape, well placed and reasonably priced. There was an upstairs as well as a back area full of a variety of items. As you walk in the place smelled wonderful and clean. We met the owner's mother and she was a delight; we hope to return on our next visit to Ellijay, Ga. If you're a Celtics fan you'd probably go crazy here (unfortunately I'm not but there was a ridiculous a pint of Celtics items). I was just visiting the area, or else I probably would have snatched up quite a few things. But the issue was there was no easy way to transport them back whole flying in an airplane. I was in ellijay looking for a couch and heard Ace had some great ones! Who woulda thought?! Well I moseyed on in and was greeted by Phillip who was an absolute doll! He was so patient and kind while I sat on every single couch! He helped me measure and price them AND he hand delivered it a few days later! He is exceptional! I will absolutely be returning simply because Phillip was that great! He made shopping smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend!
