Used Albright's when I built my house in 1996 & was completely satisfied! Needless to say I was excited when I saw new location in Braselton. Joey came to do measurements for estimate.April followed up on all details. I got to deal with Sarah & Joey Jr also. The Albright family & contractors were absolutely phenomenal to deal with.I and my wife love their finished product. Have used Albright's twice now and will not consider anyone else as long they are in business! Thanks for a superior job on flooring and painting. read more

Albright's has replaced all the flooring in our house over the past few years. The great quality, wide selection, and reasonable pricing is why we always choose Albright's. The staff is fantastic to deal with. April monitors everything and communicates through all phases of the job. Recently, we used Albright's for painting. Joel has an incredible attention to detail. I love that he is a perfectionist! We love that in someone manages a crew painting the inside and outside of our home. I cannot recommend Albright's enough! read more

We needed new flooring for a house we own in Loganville . We got a few quotes from different companies then decided to get one from Albright's. I am so glad we did! Their price was about 1/2 of the lowest quote we received from other companies. Great selection of different types of flooring. We chose the LVP we wanted and set the date to have it installed.... Then had second thoughts on what we chose. They came out to the house with a box of the flooring before the scheduled install date and layed some out to give us an idea of what it would actually look like and that was such a great help! We were convinced we chose the right one. We weren't on-site because we live over an hour away so we left a key with them. They came in and installed the flooring on the scheduled date and let me tell you...This is one of the best decisions we ever made! The flooring looks GREAT ! Friendly, professional staff all around! Will definitely use them if we ever need flooring again! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! read more

I highly recommend Albright's flooring and painting. They did an outstanding job refinishing my hardwoods and replacing carpet as well as painting my entire house - walls, ceiling, trim. They have an excellent showroom and are extremely helpful in working with you on your selections. Their pricing is very reasonable. They made the process seamless and stress free. Absolutely love working with them.....Thanks Lisa and Butch read more

Have used Albrights on about 4 projects. Thier Staff is experienced, ontime and professional. Coming from the flooring Industry myself I could not ask for a better Company to do business with. read more

I loved dealing with this company. They are a local small business with a robust flooring selection. They just expanded their show room. Their prices are reasonable but it was the customer service (Jessica) that sold me. I had new flooring installed throughout my whole house. It was a bit overwhelming but the installers were on time, respectful, and did a GREAT job. The initial stain color used on my stairs just didn't work. No problem they redid the stairs. My floors and stairs are stunning! Thanks Jessica and the installers. Including before (don't judge) and after. read more

I always like the service and the quality of the flooring! They are very helpful and responsive. They carpeted my entire home and it went well and the carpet looks great! read more

I can't say enough good things about Albright's Flooring. Jessica was a huge help to us. Once we decided on which floor to purchase (after taking home lots of samples) we had installers in our home within a week. The price at Albright's beat the other two flooring stores we contacted too. The installers were professional, hard working and fast. We had a whole new LVP floor installed in just over 2 days. Albright's doesn't collect the full amount until the work is approved by the buyer. There were 2 small things that needed attention, the installer came back out and fixed them right away. We are extremely happy with our floors and we highly recomment Albright's Flooring and Jessica. read more

We chose Albright's Flooring to replace our old upstairs carpet because of their 5-Star rating on Google and Yelp, and we were so pleased to find a large selection of carpets, the friendliness and professionalism of the staff, the efficiency of the installers, and best of all the cost was well within our budget. We highly recommend Albright's Flooring, and we WILL be repeat customers! read more

Great work. They were professional, clean, and got the job done quickly. Would definitely hire them again.

Great company and people. They have good prices, easy to work with and did an excellent job for us. Replaced carpet in the entire house and was very much worth it. Have used other company before and Albright's by far exceeds others. Will use them again, should the need arise. read more

NOT a great experience. We were excited to be able to use a local company for our design companies flooring needs. Albrights just doesn't measure up. The tile we needed was back ordered and we were not informed until we inquired, once found the wrong tile/qty was sent. We needed the correct amount overnighted to our clients location and they agreed to do so and then did not follow through. After the mess they created lost our company time, money, and reputation with the client we found the product cheaper elsewhere. Albrights refused to price match. All this AFTER they knew we were not just a "one time" homeowner DYI but a possible repeat B2B customer. A customer service nightmare to be avoided for sure. read more

No no no! Albright repeatedly screwed up my flooring: bubbles throughout my vinyl, carpet transitions coming up, and reinstalling the vinyl 3 times and it's still not right. They tried to blame it on the manufacturer, but it was the istallation. Go else where, not here! read more

We bought our carpet from Albright flooring and had such a great experience. The guys who installed our carpet worked very hard and cleaned everything up. The carpet looked amazing and would definitely use them again in the future. read more

Albright's Flooring was contracted to replace carpet in my home and to remove old tile and replace with vinyl flooring in 1 bathroom. Once the tile was removed, the contractor found old damage to the subflooring but was not able to repair it. At this time it is mid day and I am being told I need to find a general contractor to look at the subflooring before Albright's contractor would install the new flooring. Joey Albright gave me a contact that did not return my calls. I found a different local flooring company that came in on short notice and corrected the problem within a few hours. Albright's website advertises subfloor leveling but could not complete my job even though damage was minimal and only provided me with 1 potential contact. If they are suppose to be able to level subflooring, then why couldn't they dispatch someone to home? The worst part was the interaction with Joey. In an effort to coordinate the work of both companies so that the bathroom would be completed that day, Joey was a jerk to me on the phone. He acted as if the situation was a huge inconvenience to him instead of me. I have my elderly mother living with me and she was displaced while the work was being done. If the bathroom was not completed that day, I would have had to take her to a hotel for the night, which would have added a whole new set of problems for me. Even though this was explained to Joey, his attitude was obnoxious. The contractors Albright sent to my home was a joy to work with even though they were unable to correct the subflooring problems. read more

Just had our carpet installed this past Wednesday 02/29/12. Joey did a great job in getting us the carpet we would love at a fair price. Roman and crew did a great job installing the carpet as well. I would recommend Albright's Flooring to anyone! Thank you, Joey! read more
