It wasn't until Virginia met with mom that I realized Wilson Flooring handles painting projects as well. WHAT A RELIEF!! Virginia and team coordinated the take over of the painting project, as well as carpet removal and install, ceramic tile demo and install of lvp flooring throughout the home. Virginia remained in constant communication with myself and my mother as I live out of town and could not be physically present. We are now selling our house and moving once again, we will not use Britts after out last experience. Britts installed hardwood throughout the main floor, approx. 11K 7 years ago, they caused a lot of damage to walls and even the front of our stainless-steel fridge when they tilted it to move it. Getting a response from anyone was a challenge, they kept referring me back to the Britt family member who handled our remodel, we never got it resolved. The new KitchenAid cooktop they delivered had a very clouded appearance to it. This time they just casually told us to contact KitchenAid, not them to have a new one ordered and then call them to reinstall. Really? No responsibility on their part to make the calls, order a new one, make arrangements to get it resolved? We had no shouting matches or arguments with them just have quietly taken our business elsewhere and will again as we remodel our new home and prepare this one for sale. I know our business is probably a drop in the bucket for Britt's - they very much made us feel that way - although we saved for quite a while to do all of our remodels, but supporting small, local businesses has to work both ways. They also have to care about the big and small customers (in total we have spent about 75K with them) and appreciate the loyalty that repeat business represents. Onward and upward, we will find another small business to support :-)

That was strike 1. I took a sample of the hard wood to her and she told me she couldn't get it. That was strike 2 - because another salesperson at the store looked at it and told me he could get it and asked if I could leave the sample. I did leave it, Maria quoted the price for me as hard wood and I paid for it. When the flooring arrived, it was wasn't hard wood and Maria had insisted that was what I had paid for -strike 3. Even the installers looked at each other and knew I had been taken advantage of. I will never recommend or deal with her or the company again as long as she is there,

He was also flexible in additional requests we had along the way (like asking for a final glossy coat to finish the wood floors). I was originally going to replace carpet with LVP but found wood floors under the carpet! We chose to have the wood floors refinished and stained and they turned out fantastic! It looks like a completely new space. The job was scheduled within a few days and was completed on schedule. Included (for a fee) in the quote was assistance putting furniture back in the room which was helpful. I'd contact Antoine again for future flooring needs.

TLDR: I would not hire this company. Not only am I very disappointed with the diagnosis process and…read morethe repair that did not address the issue that I called them for but also with the failure of their management to address my concerns. I called Plumbing Express to investigate and resolve a water leak in my kitchen ceiling. The leak was directly below my master bathroom toilet, which my sister and I had already narrowed down by tapping on the kitchen ceiling downstairs while listening upstairs, where the sound was clearly strongest near the master bathroom toilet. The technician briefly inspected both bathrooms but focused on my sister's bathroom on the opposite side of the house after noticing a damp sponge under the toilet tank. My sister explained the sponge was there because she sprays and cleans the toilet regularly, not because of a leak. The plumber then cut open the kitchen ceiling drywall, stated the leak was coming from the water supply line from my sister's toilet, and performed a complete toilet tank rebuild for $450. After the repair, he gave me a card for a company that performs restorations and recommended I call them to inspect for subfloor damage. When that restoration company arrived, they immediately stated there was no way the ceiling leak could have originated from the secondary bathroom because of the location and no evidence of water stains. They recommended another plumber and a leak detection company come out to find the leak before they performed any work. I contacted a second plumber, who agreed the leak was much more likely connected to the master bathroom toilet directly above the leak area. Finally, I hired a leak detection company, and they also confirmed the leak aligned with the master bathroom location, not the secondary bathroom Plumbing Express repaired. At this point, three separate professionals have stated the leak could not have originated from the bathroom Plumbing Express serviced. I paid $450 for a repair that did not address the actual problem I originally called about. In Response to Ty G: Your response is totally incorrect. I would not have called the second plumber and the leak detection company if your recommended restoration company had not told me that the leak was not identified. The pictures taken are of the secondary bathroom not the master as we discussed in our phone call. It is totally "disingenuous" for you to now state that the master toilet was the issue. This validates everything I thought about your company. Others beware!

After 3 weeks fighting with this company they only want to offer me 325.00 credit. I'd already paid 1/2 the amount of 1800+ dollars. We had to wait 3 weeks to place our home on the market due to their incompetence and possibly miss several offers or even a sale. I wouldn't do business with this company ever. Their product is low grade. Their 325.00 credit is an insult.

The estimate was comprehensive, accurate, and more competitive than the other 2 vendors I contacted (including Home Depot). John took the time to answer all of my questions during the walkthrough and his knowledge on the subject really came through. Our conversations on product recommendations were very nuanced and I learned a ton. My HOA is really picky about soundproofing, and he was able to provide all needed evidence to prove PPF's recommended soundproofing was superior than their requirements in order gain approval for the installation. They…read moreremoved all our carpet upstairs and pulled up the old engineered glued wood downstairs to install luxury vinyl planks (CORETec Pro Plus Enhanced Planks Edinburgh Oak) throughout the whole house. In addition, (and most impressive), they installed hardwood stairs and landings and were able to match the stain to the vinyl floors perfectly! It all came out better than I ever expected.
