I understand that resale businesses need to make a profit, and I don't have an issue with that…read more What I do have an issue with is how this business treats people who ask reasonable questions. The table and chairs they were selling have been purchased from Goodwill were marked up significantly. When my friend simply asked about the pricing, instead of responding professionally, the owner blocked them on Instagram and then made posts about them. That kind of behavior is immature and unprofessional, especially for a business interacting with potential customers. A respectful explanation would have gone much further than publicly calling out someone for asking a question. Based on this experience, I wouldn't feel comfortable supporting a business that handles customer interactions this way. For future deal hunters: use estate sales.net, check Facebook marketplace, I wouldn't support anyone who treats people that way.

I called and from the beginning Susanne was delightful to talk to and helpful. I had a bit of a challenge as I needed the unit within a few weeks for a home wedding. I told her when I needed it and she immediately called the shipping company and confirmed with me that they would be able to do it. Within a few days, she had it packed, shipped, and gave me the confirmation code. I had a shipping issue come up and she was able to get me a direct number to call to inquire about the delivery date for my unit. When I received the unit, it was gorgeous and exactly as described and seen in the pictures! Thanks Susanne and Retro Passion, I look forward to adding some more mid-century pieces in my home from your wonderful store in the near future. Shipping to CA was expensive but worth it for great prices, a beautiful credenza and excellent customer service!

In this case, I went here to donate leftover imported tile (had a ton of different styles from past renovations) and I gotta say the guys helping me were amazing. Due to odd…read morestore hours and general difficulty getting there mid-week before they close, I have never been able to go. My husband and I finally found an early Saturday afternoon to visit. I have always loved the mission of Habitat and appreciate that they try to put these second-hand stores in developing/historic communities (Reynoldstown in this case). As soon as you walk into the store, you are welcomed by an array of beautiful furniture at the front. Honestly, if I had the money, there was a gorgeous, custom bench that would have gone home with me that day lol. The store was very well organized and laid out, making it a pleasant shopping experience. My biggest qualm with the store are some of the prices!! It's like, I would find perfect treasures throughout- $1 for gorgeous mugs, $2 for brand new planters, and some fixtures for the fraction of the price found in conventional stores. But then, you also find ridiculous pricing on items like used rugs costing over $200 or other furniture costing well over $1,000. Now in fairness, I understand that some of these items may have come directly from another retailer as "almost new", but we're still talking about donated goods. This does not deter me from coming back, it just makes me pay attention to the types of items I would probably purchase vs. ones I would get elsewhere. Overall, I enjoyed my first visit and hope to get back soon.

I was shopping for a client with midcentury taste who likes pieces with a story behind them, and this was the perfect stop. It's a great mix of time periods and style. Okay, have to start by saying WOW!!!…read more From the first time I stepped into Interiors Market (maybe two years ago?) to when I walked through the door today, there has been a TREMENDOUS change in the atmosphere, look, and merchandise offered at Interiors Market. Interiors Market has undergone (and from the looks of it will continue to undergo) SO many renovations and refurbishing over the last year. Milton, the new owner, and his partner Greg are the friendliest people one could hope to encounter when shopping in such a large warehouse-style shop. But PLEASE don't let the size of Interiors Market intimidate you. Like I said, Greg and Milton are wonderful, polite, and well informed about their craft. Any question I had was met with an enthusiastic response. The store has an incredible and eclectic selection of lighting, home decor, art, and furniture... and it all ranges from antique, to mid-century, right up to today's contemporary trends. Browsing through the shop may take you a whole afternoon, but frequent stops to chat (and laugh and enjoy free cheesecake samples!!!) with Mrs. Hornsby of Hornsby Cakes will not only keep you entertained, but will make you feel more than welcome into the #InteriorsMarketFamily. The staff is energetic and so easy to work with. I can't wait to see what's happening at Interiors Market next time I drop by for a visit (which will have to be soon because that cheesecake is addicting)!
