Grest service with kind and honest people. They worked with me until we got the size and colors perfect.

After trying to purchase a rug from a well known store, they never processed the order. Realizing that I needed a new solution I PRAYED and found Designer Rug Warehouse online. I called and after speaking to a well informed human being (all from prior was automated and I could not reach anyone directly), I drove to the location. I am SO THANKFUL that the prior order was never actually placed because working with Ali Inal, watching his professionalism and seeing his selection of rugs, I found one that was even better. His attention to detail and delivery made this experience incredible and I am so thankful we found him. GO THERE. The outcome and value is worth every bit of the investment. read more

We had a great experience here. The owner was so helpful and showed us a huge selection of quality rugs (so many different styles and colors!). He gave us a great deal on two rugs. We ended up spending a fraction of what we would have spent at a chain home goods store. Highly recommend for anyone interested in a rug! read more

Love this place! I have bought several rugs and carpets over the years. I just popped in today bc I was looking for a new rug for the lmaster as we just updated and renovated the room. Mick was an amazing help and was very helpful in suggesting we trial the rug at home on consignment. Once we got it there we quickly realized it was perfect. read more

I went into DRW not really knowing what I wanted...i needed 2 rugs for my family room and dining room...I worked with Dilara and she was very helpful in every respect. She helped me pick out rugs that went with my furniture, in my price point and seemed to understand my taste very quickly. She made buying a rug a very easy and not too expensive an experience. They seem to have a lot to chose from at DRW and at a good price point. i was very happy with my experience and highly recommend DRW and working with Dilara. read more

So happy I found this place. Truly beautiful rugs, large variety of styles, and top rate customer service. They spent an hour teaching me about rugs and helping me figure out what would look best in my space. Their one-day on approval policy gave me the peace of mind to be able to look at the rug in my space and confirm that it was the right fit. I will come here again. read more

We had such a great experience with Ali and his staff. They were so helpful and took so much time to work with us. We took a certain rug home to try and weren't happy with the size so we used their one day policy and brought it back, along with pictures of the space with the rug in it. Ali helped us find a better size rug that still meshed with the space and color scheme we were going for. He took so much time, working within our personal style and budget to help us select the correct one. Contrary to another review here which said he was belittling or condescending about rug selection--he just is an expert and also wants to make sure you get the quality and style you are going for. I could really tell he cared about his customers and their experience. I can't recommend Ali and his business enough. Thanks again! Also, the selection was far better than any I've seen in Atlanta and had so many contemporary styles to choose from which I really appreciated as I'm not a fan of the way traditional rugs look. Can't recommend enough! read more

Great experience with DRW! I worked with Dilara and she was great! I let her know my price point and colors and within 20 minutes I found my rug! Love it!!! The place is huge and trying to sort through so many choices can be overwhelming but she made it easy! They loaded up my car and told me if it didn't work or I changed my mind to just bring it back within 24 hours. Nice to have that option but it worked perfectly!!! Thanks Dilara - I will be back!!! read more

One of the best customer sales experience I have had in a while! Honestly, it was our first time buying an area rug and I didn't have much hope that we would easily be able to find something. But at DRW both reps that helped us went above and beyond to understand exactly what we wanted and had the patience to understand that my husband and I actuslly have different tastes and we needed to compromise. Their selection and pricing are varied and diverse. We went through many, many rugs with them and they were detailed enough to explain the differences between handwoven and machine, along with the pros and cons. We were there for about 60-90 minutes before we finally made a choice, all the while, they never gave me even a hint of being tired of dealing with us. I was really impressed and grateful for all their help. I should mention that before going to them we had stopped by at the store right next to them. The guy at the counter practically didn't look up and could've cared less that we were there. I would recommend to anyone to go first to the rug store next door and then go to DRW so you can truly appreciate the service at the latter! read more

Buying a rug can be a daunting experience. There are too many choices and a wide range of prices, and it can be difficult to know what kind of quality you are getting. Our last rug that we purchased online shed fibers continuously for over a year, and we were looking to step it up. Ali at Designer Rug Warehouse made it easy for us. He showed us rugs from a wide variety of price ranges and didn't pressure us to get something more expensive. He also educated us about the things that we should be looking for in a quality carpet, which were a lot of things we didn't know. When we couldn't decide which rug to purchase, he encouraged us to take home 3 of them to try them out before making a final decision, which we didn't even realize was an option. We took him up on the offer and it ultimately helped us purchase a rug. He also gave us a very competitive price which was comparable to online pricing. If that doesn't sell you on the experience, once we purchased the rug and were setting it up, we noticed a tiny red stain that was probably just transfer from either a label or another rug. We took the rug back and they took care of cleaning the stain while we waited. We were so happy with the experience that we bought another rug for the bedroom! If you're looking for a quality rug at a great price with excellent service, look no further. read more

My husband and I just visited DRW for the first time yesterday, and were very pleased with our experience. We read the reviews here prior to going, and agree with the positive comments about Ali. We showed him some pictures of the space that needed rugs, and he took time to understand what we were looking for and also gave advice about how to choose rugs that would complement each other, as we have an open floor plan. It turns out that he was right on target, and the rugs we selected to take home for approval are perfect and really enhance our living space! We also feel like the pricing is competitive and the variety of rugs was terrific. All in all, we definitely recommend DRW and Ali! read more

This rug store (which shares space with Horizon Home Furniture) is the best, and always the first stop when I'm in the market for a new area rug. We were in today looking for a big rug for our office space, and Mick went above and beyond to help us out. After we pointed out some that we liked, he walked us around and showed us others that were similar, and he was great about pointing out differences in size, quality, durability, and pricing. We had to take some options back to our coworkers and haven't made a final decision, but Mick and DRW were great, as always. read more

I have purchased three (3) rugs from DRW, with the most recent one brought home today. The owners are incredibly kind, intelligent and authentic and always assist with every need. The quality of the rugs/carpet is outstanding...This fact, along with the "customer experience" will continue to be the reason this is my first and last stop, when selecting rugs. J. Ayers read more

My family and I were looking for 2 large rugs for our new space. We were helped by Ali, who has great customer service. He listened to what we described needing and was able to help us find a design and style that fit our needs perfectly. Designer Rug Warehouse has a nice selection. A lot of their larger rugs are hanging on swinging racks that helps make it easier to look at rugs without having to fold back a stack of rugs one by one. The rugs are high quality and priced well. We recommend this place to anyone in the market for an affordable quality rug. read more

We had a wonderful experience here, looking for a rug in very specific colors to go with patterned wallpaper. Designer Rug Warehouse - Perfect grey shag - Rugs Near Me - Atlanta, Georgia

Visited DSR about 2 weeks ago for a new living room rug. First - they confirmed that I needed a smaller rug for the room! They could have continued selling me a larger, more expensive one, but didn't. Thank you! Then they asked me questions about what I liked and didn't like - colors, style (design), and looked at pictures of the room. In the end - I found a new rug which now looks amazing in our home. I felt that the service and experience they provided helped me a lot. During the final stages - they provided what I felt to be a fair price for the amazing rug that I purchased. UPDATE. We liked the living room rug so much (really makes the room look different... bigger, brighter); we purchased a second rug for our family room! Same experience, great price on a unique rug that fits the room and makes our home look amazing. Thanks DRW for working with me! read more

Excellent Value, Product Knowledge Customer Services and Selection Buying expensive rugs was a new experience for my wife and I, we spent a ton of time researching everything we could find on rugs from $500 to $5,000. We finally chose to go by Designer Rug Warehouse (DRW). It was late on a Sunday but the owner Ali Inal took his time and we did not feel rushed at all. He also had his workers pulling rugs down, moving them from one side of the large facility from one side to another. Ali was very knowledgeable and explained the whole rug making processes letting us see and feel the difference. Ali even took the time to show us different padding options and explained the pros and cons of each. When we got the rug home we thought it was perfect. Additionally we are working with a designer and she thought we got a very good quality rug for the $2,000 purchase and suggested that it was a "good investment". About two weeks later our cat coughed up a fur ball, we were very upset because blotting was not working. We called DRW late one night and left a message. We received a call back early the next day and the store manager gave us some recommendations. Highly recommend DRW for anyone looking for a rug at any price. read more

Today I bought two rugs at DRW and (I previously bought another) and I have to say that Ali and Karlton made shopping for rugs for my new home a very pleasant experience! They were patient, they talked through room design ideas with me, and really helped me to frame and build my rooms from the rug up! It is really a pleasure (and sadly nowadays, a rarity), to shop in a store where the owner is truly knowledgeable about what he sells and is also willing to take the time to get to know his customers and their needs to ensure the best, overall purchase and experience. I enjoyed thinking through my purchase with them and I'm very happy to say I've found my rug source for Atlanta! read more

Ali & his team were so helpful with the purchasing process. I came in not even planning to purchase a rug but with the selection they have, I couldn't walk out empty handed! They were very professional and courteous in regards to the process. I will definitely be coming back to shop here. read more

The worst shopping experience ever! I went in looking for certain rug and a gentleman helping me was very belittling to his employees. I was embarrassed and uncomfortable. I saw a rug that caught my eye I asked to go look at it and he replied, "you don't want to see that rug" And I replied, I really like the style of the rugs over there. He said, "no, you cannot look at those, they are out of your price range". I NEVER gave him my price range! It was a total "pretty woman" moment. Just awful! read more

Ali, I like the new name " Designer Rug Warehouse" better than Rug & Home Warehouse :). Anyway, thanks for helping me to find the right rug for my recent client. Your company has gone above and beyond the call of duty in every dealing with me. You'll remain #1 at what you do in my eyes because your selection is great, prices are competitive, but what's more your team of personnel is very professional and courteous.. I tell my friends about you. In the three and 1/2 months since I first came across your store, I have spent close to three thousand dollars with your company, just on rugs for myself. As an interior designer, you can be sure I will be referring every client of mine to you. I wish you continued success and look forward to a long mutually beneficial relationship with your company. Btw, One suggestion, update your inventory and add a shopping cart to your website- I'm one of the many customers that are either busy or live too far to come to your store. read more

AMAZING customer service. If I could give them 10 stars I would! I went here after looking at several places for rugs. What I found here was unlike my experience elsewhere. I was immediately greeted by Mike who offered to help me sift through rugs. When I asked about pricing he went and got DiLaura who was also very helpful, so sweet, cheerful, and incredibly genuine. The both of them helped me look for perfect rugs for every room. They never pressured me, never made me feel I was wasting their time, and no matter how many rugs I wanted to see, they let me look and assisted me. I'm very indecisive, and not for a moment did I feel rushed. Then, because I couldn't decide on a rug for my husband's man cave area, and I couldn't get in touch with him, DiLaura's husband, Ali, came over and gave me his opinion on each option I picked out but never pushed me in any direction. He wanted to give me a man's opinion which I really appreciated! Ali, DiLaura, and Mike are the sweetest and most genuine people I have found in ANY business in a VERY long time. Their customer service is second to none. I came in thinking I would just peruse, but left with 3 rugs I absolutely LOVE, but most importantly, friends in the rug business. I won't shop anywhere else from now on. They are the best and you can't beat the prices! Thank you DiLaura, Ali, and Mike! read more

We enjoyed shopping at Designer Rug Warehouse much more than any other Atlanta rug stores. They have thousands of contemporary rugs are hanging on rug racks with very clear rug details and have competitive prices. Also, having an unlimited budget was not an expectation. However, we received great advice about specific rugs and what would look best for our needs. We found the entire rug buying experience quite empowering which was very different from the traditional rug store experience. read more
