An amazing an beautiful find at Georgia Rug in Acworth. Ask for Mike. We live in Dunwoody and it is worth the drive.

What a great experience we had at Georgia Rug today. It was worth the drive from Dunwoody and the prices were excellent especially for the quality of the rugs. Mike was very helpful and led us right to the size and type of rug we were looking for. We bought one for our den which can be cleaned only with hot water which I love and we will be going back to buy others.

One stop shopping! Its a large store so come with comfortable shoes. We had lunch at the cafe halfway through our shopping trip. The food was amazing. I highly recommend the grilled cheese and the chicken salad! Checking out was easy even though they were slightly busy. They had 2 registers open and the line moved quickly. It was fast and friendly. Everyone was so helpful. Highly recommend shopping with The Market all year long!

I ended up driving out here to check out the outdoor market which I came across on Instagram (which had some cool finds as well). But going inside had so many fun vendor stalls! Whether you are into home decor, vintage collections, or other tchotchkes, this should be a place you add to your list to check out. While I came here today with my 3 year old, this is definitely a spot I can (and will) come back to explore solo with an iced coffee in hand so I can take my sweet time to really take in all the nooks and crannies of this market. Plus, they have a little cafe inside if you find yourself working up a thirst or appetite from indulging in some retail therapy. While there were several things I would have liked to purchase I narrowed it down to a cute framed painting of a ghost reading a book, but I'm sure my next visit I'll manage to purchase quite a few items.

It's got goods from all over the world and the items are good quality and reasonably priced. On any given day they will have handmade paper from Tibet to chocolates made by a small factory in Vermont to candles from New Zealand. I particularly enjoy their international food items. I like their imported chocolates and I should note that the Haribo that they carry in their store are the genuine German made not the same that you get at Wal-Mart or Dollar Store which are made in Portugal. It taste different. (yes, you are taking to a gummy bear snob didn't you know?) I also like how they carry lots of Twining loose leaf teas and Rishi teas at prices below what you get at Whole foods. For some reason now the Publix by my house only carries Twining Decaf Earl Gray instead of the regular Earl Gray....So I will come by here and grab a tin for about $8.99. One loose leaf tin will last me 3 months easily... They also have lots of funny stocking stuffers which are great when you have those lame office Christmas exchange gifts for people in the office that you just can't stand....I usually buy them $20 worth of different mini bottle liquor...liquor is like George Clooney of gifts....everyone likes it...unless they're religious then well they can regift it....back to me....
