In addition, (and most impressive), they installed hardwood stairs and landings and were able to match the stain to the vinyl floors perfectly! It all came out better than I ever expected. The job was done as promised and on time and the whole team was friendly and efficient at ensuring we were happy. George was amazing at helping with product selection. Amber was great and stuck with me to answer any questions I had and track down samples to compare against. Once we had worked through all the details and found a good match, they had it installed in a matter of days. Their crew was quick, courteous, and cleaned up after themselves. They vacuumed not just the new carpet, but all the areas they had walked in the house! In the end, it was like they hadn't even been there. They try to convince me that they are professional in building showers and installing tile and flooring. End up damaging all my house. And leaks came down to the basement. They installed a garbage piece of wood under the shower with no support underneath, I am glad I caught it before they installed the tile, or the shower floor will break as soon as you walk on it. All the tile uneven, they never used leveling clips I had to take all the tile out. They charged me 75% down. And I had to stop them and when I ask for refund. The owner went and changed the invoice, and he raised the price of everything and told me we don't owe you anything. Scam company don't waste your money with them. They are asking for 75% down because they don't know what they are doing.

I am extremely disappointed with the store's return policy in returning a defective product…read more I purchased a rug that began falling apart almost immediately under normal household use. It shed fibers everywhere, and the fibers pulled out after routine vacuuming. I returned the rug within the stated return window and had my original receipt. After inspecting it, the store manager acknowledged that the rug appeared to be defective, yet I was still told that the store could not issue a refund. To make matters worse, this rug was extremely large and very heavy. I had to drag it into the store myself, and I was caught in the rain while bringing it inside. Instead of showing understanding, the manager complained that the rug was wet while I too was standing there dripping and explained it was raining outside. That interaction made an already frustrating experience even more disappointing. A customer who returns a defective product with a valid receipt, within the published return window, should not have to struggle physically to bring the item back only to be denied a refund after the defect is acknowledged. Standing behind defective merchandise is a basic part of good customer service. This experience has seriously damaged my confidence in shopping here. I hope the company reevaluates its policy and gives store managers the authority to resolve situations involving defective products fairly.
