I asked some more questions (also through Yelp) and was able to get all my questions answered promptly - and this was post business hours. Communication/Promptness = +1 Scheduling service online was a breeze. Even mentioned Yelp to get free deodorizing. Ease of Scheduling = +1 On day of service, I received 2 calls - one to let me know the technician was on the way, and the second when the technician was almost at my residence. Keeping me updated = +1 I explained what work I needed, and asked for some prices of additional items I was considering. Once I had decided on what I wanted cleaned, the technician got to work. He explained what he was doing, gave me some tips on keeping my rugs and carpets cleaned. Pricing = +1 (very reasonable, check online for average prices) I had my couch, dining chairs, three area rugs and bar chairs cleaned. Took the technician about a hour and a half and I didn't ever feel like he was rushing or doing a shoddy job. In the end I was happy with the outcome! Plus the free watermelon deodorizer.... Final Result = +1 (very happy) The process is simple - steam clean :) For larger areas they need a supply of water. Since I had rugs and chairs on two levels of my house, I was initially concerned, but they have an extra large hose in their truck, which can accommodate multiple level houses (2 in my case). I will definitely be using them when I need my rugs or carpet steam cleaned again. P.S. While I didn't use these services, they do spot cleaning treatments and help with pet odor removal too!

I originally reached out to Citrus Fresh Carpet Cleaning to clean my sectional sofa. The technician came by, inspected my couch and told me he could not perform the work because it is a cotton blend material and water would ruin the fabric. He recommended I reach out to ChemDry. I reached out to ChemDry, explaining my experience with Citrus Fresh and verified that they have the tools to clean this type of material with no water and I was informed by the Office Manager, Solybeth, that they could. The technician arrived early and was very friendly. I explained to him why the other company wouldn't attempt our couch and he assured me it would be fine, but we might not get the stains out. I told him that was fine as long as his methods don't ruin my couch. I left him to his business and when he was done, he said it would look a lot better when it's dry. It's been a couple of weeks and my couch cushions are ruined. He used water which he should not have used. The original stains are hardly visible, but the cushion color completely changed from cream to black/green. I have included photos. The small cushions dried to normal color and you can see the large cushions did not. I will say, someone from Chem-Dry tried to call me once after I emailed them. I returned the call, but did not receive any calls back. As I mentioned to them in my email, I'm not sharing this information looking for a refund. The damage is done and the $200 is nothing compared to the cost of replacing my couch. We called Duraclean to discuss carpet cleaning. We had pet odors and the usual wear and tear, but…read morenothing major. I spoke with the owner, who took the time (on a weekend) to explain the process to me, answer my questions, and explain the difference between his service and the service I used to use (a major carpet cleaning chain). The price was very reasonable, the reviews were all positive, so I booked the appoitnment. Greg was my technician. He was right on time, and called me 20 minutes prior to his arrival to let me know he was almost at my house. He was super polite, professional, wore a mask, and seemed like someone who takes great pride in what he does. He said he specializes in major remediation work, like after a water heater bursting. From his demeanor, he's exactly who I would call in a nerve-wracking situation like that. He cleaned the carpets in 4 bedrooms, 1 hallway, and a walk-in closet for us. Our house smells great, and it's been 2 days and we still don't smell the dog odors, so we think he really resolved our issue. I would use this company again, especially for some of our fancier area rugs, and I would definitely recommend Duraclean to anyone. I don't have any pictures to upload because staining wasn't an issue for us. But if you could smell our carpets before and after, you'd be a believer!
