However, Neier from One Stop Restoration visited today, took full responsibility for his workers' lack of adherence to industry guidelines, and apologized profusely. He offered to leave equipment to eradicate spores in the entire house, oversee future work personally (or someone of his level), and send a third party to test the air for mold to ensure full abatement has been achieved. We appreciate his efforts to remedy the situation and make us feel safer! Some of the best customer service we have received. Thank you Neier & One Stop Restoration for following up on our concerns.

Nothing out of the ordinary, just standard plumbing work. The technician Suman who came out was genuinely great. Professional, courteous, and clearly knew what he was doing. No complaints there whatsoever. The problem? The quote came in at $1,300. For those repairs. I nearly fell off my toilet (the one that still needed fixing). That pricing is simply impossible to justify for the scope of work involved, and I couldn't in good conscience move forward with it. It's a shame, because the service experience up to that point was solid. But when your pricing is this far out of line with reality, it makes it hard to recommend or return. Do yourself a favor and get a few quotes before committing to Roto-Rooter.

I spoke with the owner, who took the time (on a weekend) to explain the process to me, answer my questions, and explain the difference between his service and the service I used to use (a major carpet cleaning chain). The price was very reasonable, the reviews were all positive, so I booked the appoitnment. Greg was my technician. He was right on time, and called me 20 minutes prior to his arrival to let me know he was almost at my house. He was super polite, professional, wore a mask, and seemed like someone who takes great pride in what he does. He said he specializes in major remediation work, like after a water heater bursting. From his demeanor, he's exactly who I would call in a nerve-wracking situation like that. He cleaned the carpets in 4 bedrooms, 1 hallway, and a walk-in closet for us. Our house smells great, and it's been 2 days and we still don't smell the dog odors, so we think he really resolved our issue. I would use this company again, especially for some of our fancier area rugs, and I would definitely recommend Duraclean to anyone. I don't have any pictures to upload because staining wasn't an issue for us. But if you could smell our carpets before and after, you'd be a believer!

When I had a question about a gap between the waterfall and the wall, they immediately addressed it and the work is seamless - you can't even tell it's a false wall! The team also did a great job cleaning up after themselves each day when they left - they didn't leave so much as a speck of dust behind. I am in love with my new kitchen.
