From the initial phone call I made to the company, Caryn was quite impressive with her knowledge about the carpet cleaning industry. Her upbeat personality and passion about the business, helped me make my decision to utilize their services. ARRIVAL - The technicians arrived on time (actually, they called me beforehand and asked if they could come earlier than the scheduled timeframe (great for me, because usually this call from various other companies is the opposite --technicians stating they would be later than scheduled). REPRESENTATION - Now, here is where companies set themselves apart from others. People coming to your home to provide a service speaks volume about the company they represent. In this case, I was blessed to have technicians Floyd and Steven. Both of these men were exceptionally nice, talented and knowledgeable about carpet and rug cleaning. We did a complete walk-thru and they determine the best strategy to move forward to complete the job. SERVICE- At one point, I went to check on them and discovered Steven was down on his knees cleaning my baseboards! Wow!!! No other carpet cleaning company I've used in the past has ever cleaned my baseboards. When I asked Steven about it, he gently stated, 'this is just part of our service!' I was truly amazed at how both of these guys worked and the dedication they demonstrated. Later on, Floyd was on his knees cleaning some areas as well even though their equipment was top-notch, these guys didn't mind doing whatever it takes to ensure my areas were clean. The pet areas they cleaned were superb as well. PRICE - I guess the old expression is true, you get what you pay for! If you want a $99 carpet cleaning job, that is exactly what you will get and I can assure you, you will not be satisfied (been there, done that, got the T-shirt...lol)! The quote explained to me before the job began was fair. I was even more satisfied with the price after the job was completed because of the quality I received. My carpeted areas are new again! THANK YOU - I can't express enough how grateful I am for the service I received. In today's competitive and challenging environment, it feels good to know I selected a company based on their quality of service opposed to the price quoted. Yes, price is important, but at the end of the day, it is the overall service I will remember moreso than the price I paid.

The technician called to say he was ahead of schedule and could come out early. (That's a first!!) I was surprised that the process did not involve a steam cleaner. Steven patiently explained the process and products. He also paid very close attention to the areas in the rugs that were stained. Afterwards, he assured me that when the rugs were dry the smell would be gone. The next morning, when I checked the rugs, the smell was gone! These guys are awesome. My husband wears dress shirts and slacks daily and I have the occasional dress or top to dry clean. We have been going here for about 5 months. We haven't had any issues with our main stuff and usually get a good turn around. However, I recently dropped off a chair and cushion cover made of microfiber to be dry cleaned. It is cream colored and had a little bit of dirt staining on arms where you normally rest your hands. I pointed this out as I dropped it off. Otherwise the chair was clean. When my husband picked it up he did not inspect but as I went to put it back on the chair I noticed a one inch area with pen mark. This was not there when we dropped it off as it was on the arms where I had shown them the dirt stains. Well, when my husband tried to bring it back and get it removed, the lady got immediately defensive and said it was already there. My husband explained that indeed it was not as I had shown her that same area when dropping off. She said they don't even have pens ( which there were several on the counter) and she couldn't get it out. Both my husband and I were really more annoyed with how rude she was and did nothing to fix the issue. I was able to remedy the situation at home but we decided we will not go back again. It may have been a one time thing but her attitude made it a bad relationship.
