My carpet also has a dirty water odor and doesn't smell as if he used any type of carpet deodorizer. I still see stains in my carpet that should've been removed with a simple carpet cleaning because it's not the kind of stains that dyes/Penatrate the carpet. Last but not least I have tried to call him several times and left text messages about my concerns...... have he responded back or called back absolutely NOT! I feel like I was ripped off and he didn't clean my carpet with anything but cold water. Beware he talks a good game but is full of sh@t when it comes to doing his job!

Great price, great service. Highly recommend…read more I used D&M to give my carpet some life after a bit of wear and tear, walking through grease then walking up the stairs and a few puppy stains. I am moving out of a townhouse and wanted to get my deposit back! From the beginning McGarrett was courteous and thorough. I paid exactly what he quoted which was in line -perhaps even a little less expensive- with other companies who were actually much slower to respond. My technician, "E", was professional and very personable. I wasn't sure of the right etiquette so I gave a small tip and he was so gracious. I highly recommend showing your technician a little 'love'. I would use them again and highly recommend them to anyone.

First I spoke with Magarret, letting him know the reasons why I needed my carpet cleaned, which was because of pet order and urine stains and he let me know in detail what service would be best for me and why. Very satisfied with their service!! I highly recommend them and will be a return customer.

He went around the house and said that we had 10 areas and 32 stairs. He also had some blue light that showed him urine. We just bought this house and the owners before had a large dog. Because of that he added $250. The original quote was $420, but when he came he said it would be $700. Which was high but it was fine as long as there wouldn't be any urine and stains on the carpet. We agreed to the price and he started his job. We have a big house over 4,000 square feet, so we thought this would take him the whole day. He started at 9:30 and was done by 12:30. Both me and my mom were confused and thought how could he be done so quickly. He tried showing us pictures on his phone of before and after, and to be honest we didn't notice much of a difference. I didn't take before pictures but I've attached the after pictures. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe it's because it's still wet and we should wait till it dries to see a difference. No the carpet looked exactly the same. This was disappointing and I would never use this company again. Also not to mention he was being incredibly rude to my mother and talking down to her. She doesn't speak good English and he would say things and make little rude remarks. I didn't say anything because I thought it would be fine as long as this guy cleaned our carpets the way we wanted it. I would stay away from this business all together.
