It is important to note that I wanted to keep my money within the store, so I did not request a refund- merely an exchange. Per the owner's direction, I attempted to exchange the purchase 3 times (even called and left a message!), however the store was closed, despite my arrival being within the posted operating hours. On the fourth attempt to exchange the suit, upon entering the store, the owner rolled her eyes at me, huffed and puffed, vented her frustration about the 2 piece set being recently marked down and her frustration in me not exchanging the item earlier- to which I countered with her lack of presence at the store. The owner then ultimately told me she would not be willing to exchange the purchase. I suggested to the owner that if no refunds nor exchanges is the store policy, it should be visibly posted- to which she began rifling through stacks of papers behind the counter to "find" her policy BTW. She was unable to produce her store policy It is disheartening, as a customer intentionally supporting this small minority owned business, that the owner is employing such unreasonable subpar business practices. Her unwillingness to honor her word, explore alternative solutions, and do right by a customer crystallized the last time I will frequent her store.

High light: Your typical shabby chic urban boutique for women's clothing with $$ in terms of clothing price (since many of it came from China) , with clothes that range on the larger ends, good end of seasons bargain, with good attentive service, cozy warm interior. Style is usually made for teens ages 15-24. Good for casual or hanging out or going out. Sizes and styles: Run towards the bigger size. Most clothes here are flowy rather than fitted. Casual rather than professional. Relaxed rather than polished. Summery bright rather than edgy and urban. so if you're into that kinda eternal summer, flowy, casual, boho, hippie look this is the place to be. And sizes are always a little too big, so shoot for smaller sizes if you can. Selection: They got a good selection for seasons. Again, don't come here if you want professional or polished looks. Their off season of end of season rack when it's half off is not bad at all, so I recommend coming in in beginning of every season to see what's half off. I got some knee warmers, bomber jacket for (10$), and a leather skirt (21$) when I was browsing the other day. Service: Good service, attentive and always checking on you to help you find sizes, suggest alternatives, give you feedback, and start a room for you. Tips: No refunds and only exchanges, so don't feel pressured to buy something if you're the only one in the store. Very nice staff and cozy environment.
