They are discriminatory in this establishment!!! They watch you like a hawk while you're shopping and act accuse you of stealing for no reason. About 10 family members all behind the counter staring at you with judgement instead of helping as you wait for someone to help you check out your items. This place has strange energy and I do NOT recommend, please take your money elsewhere to people who actually want to help you and not accuse you of stealing. They only wholesale to salon owners, schools, students, and licensed cosmetologist. Prepare to show your ID and License before enter. The store is huge and wide open. Very organized and clean. Easy to navigate products. The staffs are knowledgeable, helpful, and extremely friendly. Lots of discounts and free products when you purchase in volume. Nail shows and classes available twice a month. They even offer one to one nail demo for dipping powder, chrome, and new trendy products. The price is competitively low. Lots and lots of brand name products like OPI, Essie, CND, Color Club, Young Nails, TNC Dipping Powder, Gelish, Gel II, Perfect Match, IBD, Kiara Sky, and much much more. Whatever brands are out there, they have it all. Showroom for salon furniture is super nice. Lots of pedicure chairs like Whale Spa, JA, Gulfstream, etc. They also carry over 200 spa chairs online. Their showroom furniture also consists of manicure tables, stools, polish displays, trolleys, dryers, reception desks, and massage beds. Would highly recommend friends and family to shop here. I've been looking for another nail supply store in the area and this is very close by. They make it clear on the door that you must have a license. I went straight to the counter and showed my nail tech license and she said she could not register me due to out of state license but said I could still shop. She was very sweet and helpful and so were the other employees. I didn't have time today to do a lot of shopping but in a couple of weeks I'm going to spend more time and get my supplies. read more

I have been to this nail supply many times. The staff is usually nice; this visit was different though. When I walked in I was greeted with smiles. I came in 20 minutes before their closing time to pick up 3 items. While I was trying to find those items when one of the workers turned off the store lights, I checked my phone and it was not 7:00pm yet. The other staff apologized and asked me to take my time and continue to search for what I needed.....in the dark.... I usually always do my shopping from this supply store because it's so close to my place. If it wasn't for the 10 minutes drive vs 25 mins to other nail supply stores then I wouldn't shop here. **LA nail supply has friendly employees too...also their collection of colors are more complete. I love going here for all of my supplies. Their prices are very competitive. We just opened our shop in May and we shop here for our supplies and we even bought our spa chairs. We love the spa chairs because they make our shop look so elegant and our clients enjoy them. Consider getting chairs with plastic liners because a lot of my clients tell me how much they love it more! We even had the option to upgrade the seats to real leather which my husband and his partner loves. I'm all about customer service. This supply store makes me feel welcomed. I'm always greeted with warm smiles by the staff. They always offer to carry stuff out to my car which is really nice. I've attended several events at store which I find very informative. One was an ANC class and the other was an art class. I feel like ATL Nail Supply care about their customers and they keep us well up to date with all the new nails products and techniques. They would send out reminders to my email of different classes. I wish I had more time to attend some of the other classes they have. And the best thing is that all the classes are FREE. I dont normally write reviews for good service. Its to be Expected. I mostly write negative reviews...... but my online experience was quite awesome! Good prices as well. I had an ordering problem, called and the issue was quickly resolved. Great friendly customer service and they have a HUGE selection of products! Being on the manufacturer side of things, I knew people who worked and formulated for OPI, worked with them! so I'm biased when it comes to polishes, and their prices are some of the best. OPI gets pricy, but you pay for quality! Here you get the best of both worlds. I haven't been to the actual store, but it looks like a really fun place to explore on a weekend, with all their cool products on display! read more

Worst experience ever!! Will not be back and dont give them your service . I went into there store looking for a lash glue adhesive, when I saw where they were located, which was behind the counter, I began looking for some one to assist me , so as I'm looking lost there were two women next to me that worked there and didn't ask if I needed help, granted they seemed busy but could've gotten someone for me. So I walked to the cashier and asked her about the glue , she walked me over there , I explained to her that I was looking for a glue that dries very quick and last long .. she points out to me this $45 Glue !!!! To me that was a reach for some lash glue, but I assumed it should work wonders for the price. So I bought it and yes I was giving a receipt along with it of course. So that evening I got to use it on my client , and when I tell you this was the worst glue I've ever used , nothing like I explained to her . It was very thick and wouldn't dry for nothing. I was so upset . That next morning I go to bring it back with my receipt. And would you believe this lady reads the receipt as I'm talking to her, Just ignoring me , and in very small writing it says they don't to refunds, only exchanges (which I saw on the receipt ) but what I didn't see is that they don't exchange, liquor, powder, electronics, the list goes on, but basically everything in there store except towels , like wtf kind of scam is this lol. So you tell me something works and it doesn't, I bring it back and it's oh well? . I feel like with a policy so strict, that is something you let the customer know before they walk out that door. After the lady read there policy to me she put the receipt down and walked away, like conversation over. So I just lost almost $50 because of there fake advertisement. As black woman I am done going to any Asian owed beauty supply and nail salon bc they constantly disrespect us and take advantage of our service and we're like 75%?of there clientele at most establishment. read more
