Very helpful staff with amazing Korean skincare to address my skin concerns, definitely recommend!

I came here to check out a lip bar and the color I wanted was not available here. So I guess I have to be patient and wait for it to arrive after I get home and order it direct from the official site. No lip bar, so I went on to look around at the cushion foundation (never mind if you have no clue what I was talking about). My Whoo cushion is running out so I thought maybe I would try another brand. Aritaum carries a few brands like Sulwhasoo, Laneige and Iope, all under Amore Pacific. Staff was helpful. She told me the shop does not carry all colors for the lip bar. I told her I wanted to get the cushion in #21. The staff rang up my order and I wanted to grab the shopping bag after paying. She asked me to wait a min, opened a drawer and gave me lots of samples. She also invited me to sign up for this free membership thing to get discount? Overall, this is a great place to shop for korean skin care and make up products. I just wish the shop is bigger and carries more products. read more

Besides sushi.... I'm a sucker... Literal sucker for korean skin care products (especially if it has cute packaging). I was introduced to Korean beauty products from my mother. However at the time, you could only get these items from a Korean grocery store. The Korean 10-step (I prefer the 5 step) routine has blown up on the last decade or so (in America), and now you can find Korean beauty brands at a Sephora or Ulta. However, I love to stick to the masters and visit the shops that are tucked inside the Korean stores. They know way more and will have more tips and tricks for you. I've been visiting Aritaum stores since living in Oahu. I would frequent the locations inside Palama (Kalakaua ave). I didn't know this was a franchise, but was extremely happy to see it inside H-Mart here in GA. I noticed they carry the big dogs such as Laneige, Iope, Sulwahsoo, Mamonde, but sometimes I see they must have ordered other brands because I do see items mixed in from Nature Republic and the Face Shop. Not only do they carry skin care products but they also carry make-up, hair products and recently face masks. If you are having skin problems I would def come into these stores and talk with the ladies so they can address and help you with your skin problems. I do have to warn you, ITS EXPENSIVE and a terrible addiction. Unlike my mom and sisters, I only re-up when I run out. They have so many face cleansers and moisturizers. I stick to one. The ladies are usually very friendly and always give me tons of samples. If you're like my mom you might walk out with a purse or extra products for spending so much money! Don't be afraid to ask for samples either. The face cleanser I purchase is amazing. Your skin feels tight and smooth after using. The new milk toner is a two in one, toner and moisturizers. I haven't noticed a huge effect yet but I use it before my toner and still moisturize after. Both smell really nice. read more

So in love with this store. I learned about Aritaum (formerly Amore) through my best friend and I'm so glad she introduced me to the world of Korean Beauty. The associates are very helpful and friendly (I always go to Hana, the store manager, or Natalie if she happens to be there during a busy holiday weekend.) My trips here do get spendy since we don't have an Aritaum in FL and I load up on a bunch of products to hold me over until I can make another trip back up. My purchases usually qualify me for their "Spend $90+, get a free gift" deal, and I'll also get loads of free samples on top of that! :D This Aritaum has recently gotten a face lift and is sporting a brand new look that's bigger and offers two more lines from AmorePacific--Mamonde and Hanyul, along with more skin and hair care products. If you have any questions about any of their brands, what the product is used for, how it's used, etc. the associates are very knowledgeable and will explain it to you without making you feel dumb. Every month Aritaum has specials on some of their products. They're mostly buy this, get that free; occasionally on the smaller ticket items, like sheet masks, they'll offer a bundle deal. I highly suggest signing up for an Aritaum membership (it's FREE!) especially if you foresee yourself making frequent trips and/or dropping more money than you want here. You'll get $10 off for every $200 or $300 you spend there (which is quite easy to do) and once you reach VIP you get a free gift worth $60 and a gift on your birthday along with other random perks/invites to exclusive store events. I know, it sounds like the benefits are trivial compared to what you have to spend to get them...but(!) if you'll be spending that money anyway on the products you need, something is better that nothing ;) Also, about the comment someone made about them selling expired products, in Korea the manufacturer *typically* date stamps the Manufactured Date instead of the Expiration Date. Who knew this place would be inside H mart!? Needed some stuff for brows and because I'm a newbie I had no idea what to look for. The employees helped me out a lot. Even showed me how to put them on because the pencil isn't the normal kind of pencil. She even recommended a lot of other products without being pushy. She had so much knowledge about all the products it was amazing. The store has so many unique products that you can't find else where and each month they have a special sale. This month was buy ten masks and get five free. They even give some samples if you buy stuff there. If you want to be a regular customer you should definitely sign up for the rewards system. It doesn't require a credit card you just get points and after a few you can get some stuff. And if you ever buy a product and want to refill anything or buy the same thing you had before but forgot you can enter your phone number and it'll show what you have previously bought!! Not a bad place to come to for Korean makeup and skincare products! Missy, now Aritaum, is located in H-Mart in Duluth. One of the few places in Atlanta where you can actually go, test, and purchase Korean makeup/skincare products. Missy really kicked it up a notch after renovating recently, becoming a part of the Aritaum franchise. They now offer a larger selection of products from several brands, including Aritaum, Iope, Mamonde, Laneige, etc. You can find everything here, from lipsticks to tints to eye shadows to foundations to mascaras to falsies. Basically a makeup lover's heaven! I especially love coming here because after being so used to ordering everything online, it's nice to come and actually test out products and pick out what is best. In fact, Aritaum's prices are comparable to online prices--meaning, their stuff is not overpriced, generally speaking. Aritaum also offers a lot of good packages and deals. Ive been here a handful of times now and I really like this cute little shop. It provides a mixture of items here from skin and haircare products to cute accessories like school supplies and fashion accessories. The prices are very reasonable and the customer service is great. They always welcome you when you arrive and happy to help you find anything. They always give a generous amount of samples also for you to try everytime. Dont be fool by the Missy next to Hmart (im not from here so im not familiar,walked in and the store is messy with old products). This one is inside Hmart, look to your left when you walk thru the door and u ll see this Aritaum store soon. I had a great time here. They have very good customer service. Usually in Korean cosmetic store,they dont feel that welcoming if u dont speak Korean but this one is amazing in customer service. They speak both Eng and Korean and are willing to explain,show products,offer wipes and find the products for you! They have Iope,Mamonde,Sulhwasoo,Laneige,Aritaum etc the higher brand like Laneige is a bit more on the expensive side but u can still find affordable ones if u look around. I got an Aritaum concealer for a friend and for $8,its pretty big. They have mask in bundles and gift sets. This month they have buy 1 get 1 free for hand lotion and they smell rlly good so i got a pack of 4 for $14. Im glad i found this place. Cant wait to try on their products!
