No lip bar, so I went on to look around at the cushion foundation (never mind if you have no clue what I was talking about). My Whoo cushion is running out so I thought maybe I would try another brand. Aritaum carries a few brands like Sulwhasoo, Laneige and Iope, all under Amore Pacific. Staff was helpful. She told me the shop does not carry all colors for the lip bar. I told her I wanted to get the cushion in #21. The staff rang up my order and I wanted to grab the shopping bag after paying. She asked me to wait a min, opened a drawer and gave me lots of samples. She also invited me to sign up for this free membership thing to get discount? Overall, this is a great place to shop for korean skin care and make up products. I just wish the shop is bigger and carries more products.

They are highly knowledgeable in skin care so ask questions if you need help! I normally like to do my own research but quickly realized that they knew their shit lol. I esp love the heimish all clean balm- it's like the Clinique take the day off cleansing balm but the scent is much better and it's more affordable. Also they carry Kevyn Aucoin products which is amazing- sculpting powder is what I use to contour and it creates such a natural look without making you look orange. Ask about the peeling gel for your face, it rolls the flaky dead skin away and makes your face feel smoother- def one of my fav. The pink sunscreen is so hydrating and doesn't leave white film on my face, kinda pricey but worth it since I can't seem to find anything that doesn't dry me out or turn me into a ghost. Found it strange since it gave me the pickup barcode literally while in the store. Afterwards, noticed that it showed as "cancelled". But, that did not happen until after going into the store to get it. So, they must not have updated the system that they had put it back until AFTER went in for pickup. Had it said cancelled, I wouldn't have bothered. Also, had 3 family members go into this same Ulta months ago. They had their hands loaded with items (and not cheap ones). They were looking at a display right by the counter. Suddenly, one of the three people standing behind the counter doing nothing (which was the same as when I went in) says "We are closed". They never went on the intercom to saying closing in 15,10, nor 5 minutes. The family members apologized and put there stuff on the counter to checkout. The person said "you are going to have to come back tomorrow". It was unbelievable. And, one of the family members even works at an Ulta in a different state. She said she'd never imagined such brazen rudeness. Ulta lost out on a big sell. Because two of the family members were leaving to go back to their homes in other states. Unless they get better workers, or get the others to pretend they are not rude jerks, this Ulta will not survive. I will take my business to the one in Cumming. It's a farther drive but at least they have helpful workers who actually work!

The greeter then proceeds to greet us in a very loud and obnoxious tone asking us if we were here to buy something. I said yes, that's why we're here. Then she asked if there was something in particular I was looking for and again, I said yes, I'm looking for Estée Lauder. She pointed to where the section was on the wall and I proceeded to the area, found what I came to purchase and went to the register. The girl at the register was not at all friendly. We paid and left but that detector did not go off as we left because I believe they are using it to alert staff when black people enter the store. Ulta do better! To customers, go to Sephora or if you must shop at Ulta try to order it or do curbside if they offer it. It's not a good feeling to feel profiled when you go somewhere to spend your money. Just know I won't be back to Ulta at any location!
