STRICTLY FOR URBANISTAS!…read more This store is very urban and I was attracted by the crazy colors and patterns. Sometimes, you just never know what you might find in these stores so I ventured inside to take a look around. The clothing in this store is just very cheap and tawdry,( very tight and short dresses, mini tops sheer tops and dresses). Much of it should not be worn outside of one's home, but to each his own. If you like "hooker heels" (very tall in gold, hot pink etc), this is the store for you. They had it all but The store is rather large and also has a section for men, (the store next door). The men's selection was urban as well but more tasteful with a nice selection of colored and patterned shirts. They also carried shorts, jeans and hats. I liked the men's colorful shirts with matching hats and think that they are a great statement for summer. I would definitely recommend the men's wear but ladies look elsewhere. You deserve better.

They have many options to choose from: Hair care products Hair synthetic & real Makeup Body oils/ perfumes Clothes/Hats/Scarfs/Gloves Luggage I found everything I was looking for & then some. They also have a reward program which is great for frequent shoppers. I think it's worth checking out.

I was quickly followed by an Asian woman as I made it to the second wall of face care. She spoke little English. When I asked her can I help her with something? she thought I was asking for help. I've spent plenty of money with this store and to be racially profiled is disgusting behavior. I've been stolen or gave reason to have suspicions. I guess being black and looking at face washes is all the suspicions needed to follow me . Will not be back and would hope all other ladies follow.

I already don't like shopping at stores like that because you have to dig through to find what you want, but the way that store was set up. It was so cluttered that I didn't want to even look for anything and then the line to check out was up and around and down, so it was a long line of people. I don't even know if it was a good sale that was going on because again it was just so much stuff I did not feel like going through it so essentially if you are looking to shop at Burlington right now is a good time because they have a overstock of stuff at this location. I turned around and went to the one in Fayette, not too long after this one, and it was such a calmer experience

This Express store is easily the worst I've ever shopped at. The customer service is horrid. They…read moreare so disrespectful and won't take the time to explain what is wrong with your return even when there's no one in the store. It's truly a shame, the clothes are great and it's the closest one yet now I find myself driving further to deal with reasonable people. They will take the security tag off 5 out of every 10 times it's truly a crapshoot and when you try do deal with it yourself it's as if you've broken a law. I came in with receipt in hand to return a sweater and they said it was unacceptable. Anyways if you can avoid this spot and find another location, the mall it's in is dead anyways. Nice old timey architecture if you're into 1980's stuff.

Their prices are on the high end of reasonable; although they ALWAYS have a sale going on, plus I get coupons from them every week in my email and once a month in the snail mail. Oh and sometimes if you check-in via foursquare you'll receive a coupon code! The Gwinnett Place store has what seems to be less of a selection than other locations, but I've found more often than not it's easier to find smaller sizes here that are sold out at other locations. I have noticed on occasion that the MSRP price has been removed from the sale tags on clothing and remarked with a sticker gun to mark up the price $5-$10 so beware. I've often taken two of the same shirt to the counter to get them to honor the cheaper MSRP price.

The customer service is left to be desired. Once I was ready to check out the manager requested a young woman come from the back to ring up my merchandise. The young woman wearing her Alpha Kappa Alpha Greek lanyard around her neck was very rude and unbothered to greet me or appropriately conclude the transaction. I had to give proper retail salutations to the associate who tossed my bag handles towards me and Turned to her manager without saying goodbye, thank you or have a nice day. The manager noticed this exchange and looked with very wide eyes shocked by the disrespect the young woman displayed. Hopefully the manager spoke with the young woman and I can only hope that she does not treat other customers in the same manner especially while representing AKA.

There's really nothing too special about this particular location other than the fact that I found a really cheap (and cute) umbrella. Lol! I know. It's pretty random. My mission was to find a super adorable umbrella that wasn't tote sized for $8 or less. Long and behold, I found one here at this location. :) Parking was plentiful as the store is located in a large shopping complex.
