Microbladders usually start the fronts of your eyebrows slightly further apart to permit natural front growth. This means that there are hairs infront and the ink starts a little bit further in the actual brow. Today, the fronts of my eyebrows completely threaded off because the threader wasn't aware that she should follow my natural shape - not take out hairs until where my actual microblading starts. I made it a point to tell the salon on numerous occasions not to remove the fronts too far back. Unfortunately, today who ever did my eyebrow took off a huge chunk and now I am missing the front of my eyebrow. She also took away a lot of hairs within my brows so it looks like I have patches missing.

Expectations around timing and policy enforcement were not clearly explained upfront, and when I tried to address my concerns, I felt dismissed rather than genuinely helped. What made the experience more frustrating was the way the situation was handled afterward. Instead of receiving clarity and customer care, I was left feeling like just another transaction. As someone who understands that policies are policies, I also believe customer service is about how those policies are communicated and enforced.
