The facial comes with a neck and shoulders rub that is so wonderful! As though that wasn't enough, you'll also get to have the boots massaging your legs while the technician works on your face. I didn't hesitate to purchase the package of 10 sessions right afterwards (should have bought it back in November before the price went up!). Had my second session yesterday and can't wait to come back for my next one!

A package of 10 is $1200. And my last one was 2 hours! Typically it's 1.5 hours and they'll do whatever treatments is necessary for your skin type so every session can be different. My SIL even got her skin tags lasered off! The focus isn't just on skincare. The massage is AHMAZING. I'm literally glowy jello when I leave. It's predominantly neck, shoulder and arms. They'll put compression device on your legs and feet which gives you a lower mini massage too. I'm obsessed. Easiest way to schedule an appointment is via text. They do have some English speaking aestheticians that they can set you up with! I don't want this place to get too booked out that I can't make an appointment but your girl cannot gatekeep so enjoy!

I was really hoping to find someone who could recreate the style I was used to back home. I found this salon a few months ago and had been seeing one of the brow stylists, who was fantastic. She understood exactly what I was trying to achieve and helped me gradually get my brows back to the shape I loved. Since eyebrow growth takes time, we've been working toward that goal over multiple appointments. Unfortunately, her schedule has been a bit inconsistent lately, so I stopped in today after the gym hoping another stylist could help. Before we started, I explained in detail what I had been working on with the other brow artist and asked several questions to make sure she was comfortable maintaining that same shape. She assured me she understood and told me to trust her. Unfortunately, the result was the exact opposite of what I had asked for. It felt like my concerns weren't listened to, and months of progress toward growing my brows back have now been undone. Brows take weeks to grow back and often months to reshape, so it's incredibly disappointing to feel like I'm starting over. What made the experience even more frustrating was that I spent a significant amount of time explaining exactly what I was trying to accomplish because I wanted to avoid this outcome. I left feeling like I had wasted both my time and the progress I'd made over the past few months. It was simply a very inconvenient experience that could have been avoided if the stylist had been upfront about not being familiar with the technique or shape I was looking for. I'm sure this stylist may do a great job for clients looking for a different brow style, but if a client is asking for a specific approach that you're not confident you can achieve, it's much better to be honest than to promise you can. Setting the right expectations is so important. I wondered if I was just being overly critical, but when I got home, my fiancé immediately noticed the difference and even commented that my brows didn't turn out as well as they had before. I'll continue booking with the original stylist because she truly understood what I was looking for, but I wanted to share my experience so others know to request the stylist whose work aligns with the look they're trying to achieve.

Yuna suggested IPL laser treatment. To my surprise, one week later all my freckles were gone. I tried a few other places before but this one really worked. Too bad I don't live in Hotlanta, otherwise I'd be a frequent customer. Yuna was also pleasant and doesn't oversell. I think she has a lovely family too. I asked the difference, she says the coconut is more, more upselling, I said the regular please. She proceeds to give me a massage with one hand, then started using her elbow and forearm. I asked her to please just use her hands that what she was doing hurt. Then she climbs on top of me--yes she is straddling me, I'm confused but don't say anything. Then she says can I use my knees on you? I said no thanks, just the "hands" please. She maybe had two hands on my for 5-minutes, the rest of the time she used one hand and continued to use her forearm. At this point I'm really wishing I was anywhere but there. The one place I said I'm hurting was my neck, she rubbed my neck, with one hand, for about 2-minutes. Oh and she kept pulling the tiny sheet down past my butt, I'm fully exposed. I don't think that's to health code. And when my head was in the face hole, which was covered with a regular paper towel, something down there smelled stale. I kept moving my face from side to side to get away from it. She also asks me at some point did I want hot stones, I said I don't think that's part of what I bought, she said yes it's Extra--more upselling. I said no thank you. The whole thing was just bizarre! It has to be the worst nonmassage massage I've ever received. I will also say yes she indeed had two hands, just refused to use them. Even though the whole thing wasn't a total 90-minutes, I didn't care I wanted to pay and leave. I go to check out, the guy is still sitting there cracking open sunflower seeds. There's a pile of shells sitting on the counter (kinda gross). There was an ATM machine there he wanted me to use, I said no thanks I'll use my card and he says he has to charge me 3%. I'm like ok cool your eating into the small gratuitous tip I was planning to leave, only out of courtesy, not because I enjoyed my massage. Mind you the girl is standing there right beside me staring at me the entire time. He asks what tip, I say $10, and she immediately huffed off. I was not asked did I enjoy my massage. Obviously I didn't as I kept telling the girl she was hurting me, stop digging your arm in me, etc. Needless to say I will never go back, I was so stressed and hurting when I left. It was completely unprofessional.

This place is heaven for pampering at an affordable price. I stopped by one afternoon and the sweet lady did like the most amazing job for my eyebrows. I inquired about the prices for other services and to my surprise they were amazingly affordable!!! I made an appointment on the weekend for full body waxing, facial bleach and body massage and I must say best quality service at affordable prices. Hence I can go and pamper myself much more often than I was able to an some of the other places. I am gonna try the mani and pedi for sure next time. I would def tell all my fellow girlfriends that if you are looking to get pampered and get your regular beauty fix at great prices, look no further. 21 Instyle makes you feel like 21 all over again and gets you polished up to be the Instyle fashionista that you are. I drove by on Peachtree Industrial and saw a sign that read "8 dollar hair cut", which is VERY RARE unless you are somewhere in the middle of nowhere. But for suburban Atlanta, never. It turns out this was a school where students worked on your hair. The young lady who cut my hair was Judith, and she did awesome. At first I was nervous about a student cutting my hair, but what the hell, I thought. There was someone, who I assume was a teacher or apprentice supervisor, named Tatiana, and she was very nice. DEFINATELY do this. They do better than the salons where you pay 20 bucks or more. Its a woman owned business that gives students/apprentices the chance to get some experience under their belt. Making someone as sloppy as me look good is difficult, and they are the few who can do it! LOL read more

I got my service done with Payal, one of the professionals, and all I can say that I've finally found my stylist. I was very happy with my service as Payal is not only experienced with her work but also was very kind and patient. I am so glad that my friend suggested 21 Instyle Beauty! The salon is always so clean, and I really feel like I can relax there while I let Payal go to work on my hair. Payal is so amazing! She is very fast, and always cuts the perfect layers into my hair. I trust her completely with my hair - and as all women know, it is nearly impossible to find that one person that always does hair right! She also does eyebrow threading, henna, and nails. It seemed like she just wanted to get the whole haircut thing over with without caring about what the end result was. She cut for 30 minutes, taking away 9 months of growth. I asked for a small trim, some texture, and showed a reference of how it was supposed to be like. She damaged my hair, and turned me into a spiky raccoon. Enter Hairbar. I chose this place for my 9 year old to get her haircut for her first day of school. She has wavy/somewhat curly hair and she wanted it straightened, along with a trim. The stylist took her back, shampooed and then brought her to the chair. She straightened it first, and then cut it with her standing up. My daughter was cringing the whole time she was getting the blow dry, and finally said the dryer was hurting/burning her scalp. The stylist commented that she burns her own daughter all the time, which really wasn't all that comforting. I could tell my daughter was uncomfortable with the straightener because she was so fearful of being burned. She's never acted like that before at any salon. I just held my breath, and thankfully that part went okay. When she finished the back of her hair, I could tell that her haircut was visibly crooked. I asked her to fix it, which of course meant taking off more length and then she kind of haphazardly cut the sides in a tapered look, but not even on both sides at all. She could tell, I guess, and then just kept snipping away at the sides. For $35, I felt that's a bit steep for a child under ten's haircut. They did have a 10% off offer on Yelp, but she denied it, saying they don't accept it. Well, someone should take it off the Yelp check-in page then. The other part I didn't like is that she literally stared at me the whole time I was paying, as in watching to see how much tip I was going to give. I gave the standard 20%, but felt uncomfortable being observed like that while trying to pay. Nice staff, but I can't say I'd come here again. The next day, I was speaking with one of my colleagues and she said she had been there once, and that she didn't like the haircut or style afterwards and never went back. Guess it's back to the drawing board.

Mona Mona Mona. Get a California cut, color and or style…read morestyle at Georgia prices. Mona took a lot of time listening, consulting, and processing my hair. She is easy to talk with and is super conscientious. This is a very updated and clean salon that Mona has owned for nine years. You hair is the first thing you notice. You want to invest in someone who cares, knows up to date styles and keeps it healthy. A good hair cut and color makes the world of difference. I am thrilled to have found Mona at Regency in Johns Creek. Excellent salons are hard to find. Worth the trip.

I had gotten a coupon in the mail for a full natural set for $75. The card stated original price is $130. When I looked this establishment up, although there were only 3 reviews, they were all 5-stars. I know the business is just starting up but felt for all reviews to be 5-star, great! I live close by and was hoping to fall in love with lash extensions and make it a part of my routine. I called and asked general questions. How long does the process take (2 hours), how long do the lashes last (~2-3 weeks, you come in for refills as needed), xyz. Beatrice (made my appointment and was very patient and polite). So I went on Fri Dec 15th. Kendra, the owner, (I was told is the only one that does the lash install there) did mine. Granted, after the appointment, I liked them. My plans were to go a bit shorter at the next appointment. In my mind, I was planning to return. She told me how to take care of them, how to clean my eye area daily and gave me a brush to use... She also stated that they do shed as natural lashes do and I may see a lash or two on my pillow case the following morning. Don't panic. Okay, understandable. No problem! However, the next morning, I wake to find 8 lashes in the bed. I thought wow...long stretch from 1 or 2. It could have been more but I counted and saw 8... As the day goes along, I'm losing lashes throughout the day. Even when I brushed them as instructed, I lost a few. I ended up calling the shop that day (mind you, this is only the day after.). I called a couple times, no answer. I figured, it is Saturday so they are probably busy. Looking at the lashes in the mirror and taking a couple pics they appeared to look okay. I thought okay, it really isn't noticeable that I've lost so many. Their answering machine sometimes say it isn't set up to accept messages and at other times you can leave a message. Weird. Anyway, I decided on Sat, I won't worry about it. HOWEVER, throughout Saturday, over Sunday and Monday, I was losing lashes left and right! I was like surely they shouldn't be shedding at this pace. On Monday (a closed day for them), the phone did allow me to leave a message. I did explain what was going on and asked that Kendra call me. On Tuesday (12/19), I believe it was someone named Alice called. Not sure why Kendra didn't call when she was available being I requested her to call me and she was the one that did my lashes... Mind you, I'd been super careful with my lashes, doing as instructed, xyz. Yet they we're still falling out. So Alice suggests maybe it was how I sleep. I mean they were also coming out while I was not sleeping as well...Alice said stomach sleepers typically lose lashes. I told her I sleep on my side. It felt as though the blame for this was trying to be placed on me... So after talking with Alice, she says she will talk with Kendra and give me a call back. No call back. So I will take this as a loss. $75 + $15 tip loss. Basically threw away $90. Disheartening! Check out the pics. Fri 12/15: beautiful full lashes. Compared to Wed 12/20: I can count the lashes that remain on each eye... Not sure if the other reviewers paid full price and got a better install and because I had the coupon, I got a watered down install. Not sure but not happy either way. Or maybe they reviewed on Day 1...if I'd reviewed on Day 1, it would have been 5-stars for sure. I left happy and lashes were nice. I've spoken with friends that wear lash extensions since this experience and was told theirs last typically 3 weeks but at least two full weeks (until they need a refill. They don't live in the area and this is not the establishment they use for lashes). They have swam in them, showered in them, workout in them and never had anything like my experience happen. Well, jokes on me and because they are so expensive, I'm hesitant to even try these again with anyone.

My sister also experienced the same issue and was quoted one price but charged a different, higher amount. Additionally, there was an issue with the tip on my sister's transaction. She left a 20% tip, but the amount was later manually adjusted to a significantly higher total (26$ was wanting to be left, $66 for a TIP was charged) without clear explanation or consent. Overall, there was a lack of transparency regarding pricing, and no posted price list was available. Because of the discrepancies and concerns about the charges, police were ultimately called to the scene. I would recommend that others be cautious and confirm all pricing clearly in writing before receiving services here.

Where do I start? OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!…read more I have had past issues trying eyelash extension-running eyes, pink eyes, burning, etc. So usually when I go to a place to ask questions before purchasing again, I get a lot of eye rolling, huffing and puffing but not here. These ladies were so incredibly patient with my questions, my concerns, my hesitation. They spoke to me on the phone before I made the appointment, spoke to me again while I was there and concerned and offered any resolution in case I was unhappy. I WAS AMAZED at the level of customer service here. They have a customer for life in me. I am big on place with great service, particularly now that its become extinct. My lashes look great! I will be back for other services. This place is a gem in the rough; I'm hoping it stays a secret.

2/5 stars -- Luxury Brow Art, Duluth GA…read more Came in on July 8, 2026 for henna and left disappointed. I showed the artist ("Som," I believe) a reference photo and she agreed to recreate it. She started with a stencil on the back of my hand, that part turned out the best, though it still didn't fully match the photo I brought. When I asked her to continue the design onto my fingers to match the reference, the front desk assistant pulled out several stencils to try to match it, but none of them looked right. The artist ended up freehanding the fingers while referencing my photo, but the lines came out thick and shaky instead of the fine, clean detail in the picture. I noticed the henna paste itself was drying out as she was applying it, which didn't help. I pointed out the unevenness and asked her to fix it more than once, but the fixes still didn't match the quality of the reference. Henna is $15, so I wanted my money's worth and asked for the full design to be completed rather than just the hand portion -- I don't think that was unreasonable. To make it worse, it's now been two days and the henna is already fading noticeably, which shouldn't happen this soon with a proper application. Overall: 4/10 experience. If a shop offers a service, they should be confident they can deliver it -- otherwise it's a waste of the customer's time and money, and now I'm stuck waiting for a design that honestly looks like it was done by a child to fade off my hand. I wouldn't recommend coming here for henna.
