I was welcomed in by two young ladies at the front counter who quickly set me up at a pedicure station. There are three parts to the salon and I was in the middle section and it was so quiet, even with other customers in the area. I hate that I didn't get my nail tech's name, but she was so great. I went with the 3rd tier pedicure which including a hot towel, scrub, etc. etc. No corners were cut, I was so relaxed! I opted for a pretty bubblegumish pink for my toes and she really made my feet look fabulous and renewed. After my pedicure package, gel removal and tip, I walked out paying under $100 and in this economy and with the level of service and class, I took that as a deal. I have been getting waxed for YEARS, so I am very familiar with the process and what to expect. I originally came in for a full-body wax with Maria. She cleaned my skin with rubbing alcohol, applied wax to my right underarm, and then left the wax sitting there while she moved on to start my Brazilian. The wax was being left on my skin for several minutes at a time and STILL was not setting properly. Removal was extremely painful. Maria repeatedly apologized throughout the service and seemed unprepared. She also did not have a fan available to help the wax set. At that point, I could already tell that the service was going horribly, so I told her I no longer wanted to proceed with the full-body wax and would only do my underarms and Brazilian. Even after limiting the service, I left with hair still remaining on my Brazilian. Then, after everything that happened, she attempted to charge me $80. I was honestly shocked. The service was painful, the wax was not setting properly, I had to change my original service because I no longer felt comfortable proceeding with a full-body wax, and my Brazilian still was not completed properly. I really wanted to find a waxing location closer to home since I recently moved to Duluth, but this experience made that decision for me. I will gladly make the drive back into Atlanta for my full-body waxes. First and last visit.

Jenny argued with her and pressured her to agree to SNS with extensions and didn't inform her of the prices. My friend had no idea what she was agreeing to as she has never had her nails done but was uncomfortable and went along with it. When I finished my service and joined my friend, Jenny was being snappy and rude with her and was pressuring her to take her phone out and leave a 5-star review. She brought it up multiple times. Jenny also looked my friend in the face and asked "Don't you want your eyebrows done today too?". My friend had never mentioned wanting her eyebrows done and this felt insulting.
