A very unique experience! Here is a step-by-step guide 1. Enter. Pay the entrance fee.$40 2. You are given an electronic key, and a T-shirt and shorts. They are a jail bird orange. 3. Enter either the men's section or the women's. Find the locker number attached with your electronic key and take your shoes off. 4. Enter the main changing area and change into your clothes. 5. The mixed sex area has different kinds of saunas. I'm not sure if the type of sauna has any impact, however, there is a difference in temperature. The salt sauna seemed to be the hottest. Grab a cushion and go and lie inside one of the chosen saunas. There is even an ice room. 6. For the pools, go to the men's or women's section. This is where it gets a little uncomfortable. No clothes permitted. So it's complete nudity. There is a cold pool, a warm pool and a hot pool. You must shower before you enter to the pools. There is also a sauna and a steam room. Now for the services. There are multiple different kinds of services. I went for the foot massage, which was amazing. A shout out to Zaluda. This cost $70 for one hour. She was excellent. I also opted for a body scrub, which I've never had before. Boy was it beyond what I was expecting. There are two elderly ladies that have all the energy in the world that do this. You have to be completely nude and you lie down on a plastic covered table. It started off felt like someone rubbing my body with sandpaper. Ouch. I thought I would have to stop after a few moments. However, it got better and boy did dead skin get sloughed off. I was spun around, put in all sorts of awkward positions with one leg up in the air, my legs wide apart, my arms above my head, both front back and sides. As awkward as it was, I felt thoroughly clean at the end. She intermittently through water over me with a bucket. Things that concerned me: - you need to have your ID with you, which they keep at the front desk. They do return it once you have paid for all of your services. - nudity. I was not expecting this. One star, and unfortunately that's coming from someone who used to be a regular. I've been coming to Jeju for years and have spent a lot of money here on visits and services. It used to be a place I'd happily recommend to people looking to relax and reset. That changed recently when it became clear they are not welcoming to motorcycles. As someone who rides, that's a pretty disappointing stance to see from a business I've supported for so long. I'm not interested in supporting places that single out riders or create an unwelcoming environment for people simply based on how they arrive. It's a shame, because the facility itself has always been solid and I used to enjoy coming here. But culture matters. If a business doesn't want to be welcoming to the riding community, that's their choice--but it also means they won't be getting any more of my business. What Happened to JeJu? I visited this location in Duluth. I was excited because I had visited a Suana in Vietnam and Japan and I wanted to see how authentic. The gentlemen in the overnight was friendly but did not provide details about the 2 lockers you get etc. I removed my shoes and placed in shoes locker. They require you to walk barefoot in the locker room, bathroom and showers. This is a mistake that I didn't observed in Asia. They provide slippers that remain in the bathroom for people to use. When men use the restroom. There is bound to be overspray or missed opportunities. This causes the floor to be soiled. If guest are not wearing shoes. Their is potential for them to track urine etc residue through the location until the shower. I vehemently oppose this practice and ask that they consider using slipper that remain at the entrance of the restroom and are chgd out frequently for guest to use. Additionally they were out of towels and pillow. The establishment didn't feel clean. Their were several employees hanging around. In Japan they had lots of vending machines for guest TI use through the spa. This allows the. To get a drink or something to snack on when the rest is closed. The 2nd locker is adequate size for a carry on bag. I recommend bringing a twin size self inflating air mattress to sleep on the pads they provide offer little support and makes relaxing challenging. In Vietnam they had a variety of sleeping recliners with built in TVs. In several comman areas I like the shower area offered some privacy. I like the coed pool. Bring your own swimwear. And the various saunas are great. I think it's a good place to try and maybe stay for 24 hrs. The sleep options need upgrading. They had pool lounge chairs in the men's locker room. The space is small for what they charge, and there are barely any chairs or lounge areas--you're mostly stuck sitting or laying on the floor, which gets uncomfortable fast. It was also overcrowded, but not just with guests--there were a lot of employees taking up space, many of them just sitting around, talking, or even sleeping. It felt like they were using half the usable area, which made it worse for customers. On top of that, the staff wasn't helpful or friendly when needed. If you have never been to a Korean spa, this might be a good introduction. But if you're a Korean spa aficionado, this place is not for you. First of all there is no hot tub. There is only a cold plunge pool and two warm pools. Also in the shower area, they have bars of soap to wash your body which is unsanitary. All other spas I gave been to use liquid body shampoo. The main thing that I found problematic about Jeju spa was that in the coed jjimjilbang area, there is no place for you to lounge in between going into the different rooms which is the whole point of going to the Korean spa. Overall, this was an interesting and unique cultural experience to get a feel for the Korean spas in Korea. We had a great time visiting and enjoying the saunas! Overall, we felt comfortable and liked the ambiance. Wouldn't recommend this spa! As a matter of fact, I'd avoid this place at all costs and I'll tell you why! The scrub I got broke me out!!! I've been itchy and scratchy with rash all over!! The women's locker room felt super uncomfortable, several of the women seem to be there to hook up! I had some outright watching me while i showered and used the amenities! There's female couples in there that are making out in the pool! Rubbing on eachother under the water! I had one where as soon as I went to stick my feet in the water, get up and come where I was and just stare at me! Another woman in a shower stall across from me was watching me and rubbing on her self the entire time I showered! I felt so uncomfortable, it was like I was in a man's locker room! I couldn't sit in any of the pools after seeing what they were doing, I left the area! Because they're open 24 hours people were sleeping all over, it just made me wonder how many were there because they needed a place to sleep! It just felt weird to see folks cuddled up under the covers doing whatever! A few times security would go in the rooms and dismiss people! My friend ordered chicken wings! I tried one and it was the first time I've had flavorless sodium free lemon pepper wings! I thought it was crazy that they actually sold them but wings seem to be a part of Atlantas culture!! They go hand and hand with Hooka!! And while they didn't have a Hooka lounge, they had a smoking area upstairs where people smoked weed and cigarettes freely. Oh and regardless of how many procedures you purchase, you still have to pay a $40 admittance fee, there is no packages! Please note too, that you need to bring your id, which they keep and return to you when you exit otherwise you have to pay $200. My first Korean sauna I've been to in GA and comparing my experiences of visiting Korean spas from NYC/NJ, Jeju sauna fell short of my expectations. There were only 5 "hot" rooms, 2 of which felt similar and the others were just warm. The big dome in the middle was actually hot, so my friend and I spent most of our time in there, but even then, I've been to hotter. The food court was pretty small, always packed with no seats, so we didn't even bother eating. We waited till after to check out the plethora of Korean restaurants all within half a mile from the sauna. It's only $40 for the entrance fee which is cheap. Everything else like massages or scrubs are additional. We did try out the $60 basic body wash, which essentially is someone scrubbing off your dead skin; painful yet great experience. The whole process of soaking in different temperature baths to prep for the process was an interesting experience in its own. I definitely can see myself coming back every few months to get that scrub. read more

I love this place. In preparation for a busy 2025, I wanted to truly treat myself to something relaxing where I can appropriately and comfortably rot. And treat this was. There is a separate room for females and males for a hot, warm, and cold plunge pool, also separate steam and sauna rooms. This is especially important because the custom is to be entirely nude outside of the locker room, in this space. For the communal space, a t-shirt and pair of shorts are provided to wear here. There was the pool, fitness center (cardio only), cafeteria and even more hot rooms. There were charcoal, red clay, and cold rooms. Plus gold/silver, salt, and amethyst huts. Of course I had to take advantage of every room and found my favorites to be the charcoal and red clay rooms. It wouldn't be a visit if I didn't try their food. My friend got their mandu guk with a side of kimchi and I got the seolleong tang with a side of kimchi daikon and brown rice. Both soups were delicious and paired strategically with the appropriate side. The rice was so hearty and perfectly cooked. My friend's mandu took almost 30 minute to come out so the cashier felt bad and gave her a free soda as a result. But it was totally worth the wait since it was my favorite of the two. Although mine had a rich bone broth that was good in itself. To end our visit, we signed up for the basic body scrub which was thorough and vigorous. She was intentional with every movement and gave direct instructions to change positions. Overall, I had a perfect experience spending almost 7 hours there (you can stay up to 24 hours). It feels clean and like an authentic experience. The food is delicious and I cannot wait to try more from their menu. Love, love this place and am dying to come again. read more

Looked for a sauna. This place was one of the top places to pull up. It's a little different because it's completely nude to use the pool areas. It's not overly priced for the entrance. As seen in other reviews you can sleep pretty much anywhere. They also have a smoking area. As once you enter you are not allowed to walk out. Make sure to check the website about some of the heads up. I would recommend bringing some chips and cookies in your own bag. As the restaurant is overpriced and quite tasteless. The lady at the counter is quite rude and seems to be a little dirty. She didn't wear gloves and took payments then served food again. Take your own cup as they do offer water and everything else is overpriced. Did not try the services as the staff seemed a little rude and hostile as well. Overall it's clean and somewhere to take some personal space. Nothing to write home about, but worth giving a try if you have time to kill and want to relax. I came here for a relaxing Valentine's Day date. It was very crowded which I expected considering it was Valentine's Day weekend however I felt like the service was not great. There were no instructions in the male locker room so my fiancé got lost and was unsure where to go. Also it was not that relaxing of an environment considering while you're in the different rooms you can hear the cafe yelling loudly order numbers and people talking very loudly. There were also children running around screaming jumping in the pool which also was loud. When ordering food from the cafe they also were not friendly at all and were a little rude. It was also difficult since a lot of the staff didn't speak English so there was only one black lady there that we could speak with if we had questions about anything. At the cafe there was also not enough space to sit so we had to wait for a table to open up so we were standing to the side awkwardly with our food since you can't take food out of the cafe area. I think they put alot of money into the physical appearance of the spa but not a lot of energy into employee training or creating a relaxing ambiance. I'm not sure if I'll be coming back. read more

Everyone was so friendly from the people who check you in, to the ladies working, to the people who check you out when you leave. This spa is an experience, to say the least. Make sure you're comfortable with being nude because that is a requirement in some of their areas. Came to Duluth for the pure goal of being relaxed so Jeju sauna and spa was our spot! There was a $35 entrance fee when I went (I heard it recently went up in price to $40) and this covers the general amenities such as the gym, pool, heat and ice "rooms." You can add on certain services such as massages and body scrubs. Since this was me and my best friends first time at a Korean Spa, we went all out. We got massages, the body scrub, and even foot reflexology. Everything was definitely... intense. If you like your massages to roll out all the kinks, they did a great job with that here. The body scrub was the most interesting experience of all with you pulling a number and waiting for your turn to be called for the service. They do multiple girls at a time and they definitely scrub every bit of your body, even crevices you probably didn't know existed. My friend loved this because it truly felt like it exfoliated her whole body but for me, I wasn't the biggest fan of this. It was more of a once in a lifetime trial but I'm glad to say I experienced it. My favorite part of the whole thing was the different sauna and rooms. If you are looking for a place to unplug and relax, there are many you can choose from. They look like igloos but, funny enough, they are actually all hot in tempurature... minus the ice room. You can see a lot of people that choose to stay overnight or even sleep in different areas of the spa. You can even work from here but I would recommend not to since I feel like spa is synonymous with relaxation and no work. If you're hungry, they also have a lil food court area here. I like Jeju but started going to Gangnam to get away from the crowds. This time we had a New Year's vision board activity and birthday to celebrate, so we went early to beat the crowds. It was a smart move. The Jade Room was closed but all others are open. They still don't explain the process when you pay and get your scrubs, so there were people with shoes and wandering, just generally confused. All the other rooms work well. Honestly my favorite is wet steam in the ladies room bc it is also so good for skin and hair. Clay room is probably my favorite in the common area because it is a dry, gentle but effective heat which is good for detox--drink your water throughout the visit. We don't stay overnight, but I do enjoy the no phone time to pamper, read and enjoy a few small chats. Hip Bath and Body Shampoo are my favorites. The service in the ladies area was excellent, as usual. Free Parking, average cafeteria food, pool, workout room upstairs, something for everyone. JeJu was a great place to go early, treat ourselves, meet with friends and bounce before the new year's crowds got there around 3pm. read more

My body shampoo did the job. I got the gold deluxe package. Wanted a facial but it wasn't an option. The food quality is questionable. I had a bad batch of fruit that tasted like aloe and management refused to refund me. The customer service at night is awful (specifically the night "manager" (Cary) He is not helpful. And he talks way too much and does not listen. Non-helpful and ineffective communicator as manager? Someone lied on their resume. It was like talking to that annoying know-all middle school student. I think his colleagues would agree. He's not ready for that position. The only reason I wanted to go to Jeju is because they are open 24 hours...but if the standard of service declines at night... then it's not worth it to me. Plenty of spa choices in and around Atlanta with far better service and services. I look forward to the changes Jeju instills to keep up with their growing competition because every bad review becomes your competition. Long review alert --So many thoughts come to mind as I'm writing this. There are some many experiences one could have in the hours you're at Jeju. I was there for 4 hours. I've heard about Jeju from a bunch of ladies I work with in South Georgia. So when my close friend who lives in ATL wanted to start her birthday weekend here I was game. I hadn't read anything about it prior to. Not even the FAQ's on the website. I just know coworkers said don't leave without the body scrub. That's the service where you have your entire body exfoliated. Buttox and vaginal areas too. It's amazing, I would recommend and give it 100 stars if I could. Your body feels like cotton when it's all said and done. Just the scrub is $60. Worth it. You can have add-one for additional cost. Friday evening, upon arrival the parking lot is packed. We got there about 8pm. The place is lit up and glows from the road. There is a presence of security, just presence. They stand there. Entry fee is $35. You receive your short set for coed common areas and a wristlet with your locker key. It has a number on your wristlet that is how your a la carte spa service/treatments/food is billed. In the women's only areas expect full nudity. I would suspect the same for the men's only areas as well. Initially, you may find yourself shy, but it gets so hot that you are happy to be naked. I love the levels of confidence and the body positivity at this place. Women are friendly, they know when it's your first time and tell you about their first time to help you get rid of the anxiety. The overall climate is one of low pressure and reassurance that you will enjoy the experience. You must shower before you enter the baths. They have small towels for washing, drying, sitting around, hair etc. think sweat towel or hand towel. The baths are a hot tub, a medium hot tub, and a cool tub. All of which you will experience some point while there. Along with the wet sauna and dry sauna. I should have just stayed in the women's section because that was indeed the best part of the experience for me. There is also a hip bath treatment I may try for next time, but there was a long wait. The cafeteria gets packed, lines are pretty long, small table area. Sometimes people end up sharing. The food is tasty and reasonable. You're starving after being in the women's sauna section and having all of the various treatments. In the coed section is where the typical massage experiences are as well as the foot reflexology spa. Also, very crowded. Everything is first come first serve. No reservations. The coed areas after a certain time gets weird and seedy. You see friends coming for wellness retreats experiences (planning to stay overnight)-cool, solo wellness seekers-cool, people with children taking part in the pool- ummm, okay, but there is also apparently a huge houseless population of people that are there lingering because they take advantage on the 24hour facilities-ughhh. Which makes sense, but it just gets creepy and the vibe changes. They start lurking and making very strange small talk..."like, oh I stay here an entire month for my own self care". Yeah... okay. Sitting in the cafeteria looking at the large menu and making more small talk while you're in the line. Make no eye contact. The coed saunas are cool. That's where you will find more (male/female)couples hanging out together. That's because men and women are separated by gender in the bath section. I'm a heterosexual, cisgender, female and did not find myself uncomfortable around the abundance of women that ranged in gender expression, sexuality, etc. From stories I heard while there men who are heterosexual and cisgender were not very comfortable when the male only bath experience and would prefer not to come to Jeju. It could just very well be a cultural disconnect. But it was clear by some of the men who were present that they did indeed take advantage of the full men's only bath experience if you get my drift. Overall, I enjoyed my experience with my friend celebrating her birthday. I would come back. Now I know what I'm working with I would consider coming a different part of the day. Morning, or midafternoon. I hear in the wee hours of the morning is when you see or experience the magnificence of the girls with the bodies that make you drop your jaws because they come to relax after an evening of acrobatics . Jeju is just like a public bathhouse in Asia. Jeju is a 2 level authentic Korean spa with many services to enjoy. I came on a Wednesday night. I was greeted and paid my admission fee. The attendant at the front desk provided a uniform and wristband that tracks my service fees. I removed my shoes and familiarized myself with my surroundings. The services I added included Body Scrub, skin polishing, massage, and cucumber mask. My body shampoo experience was the most unique and amazing experience I have ever experienced at a spa. This service also came with hair shampoo, and the scalp massage felt good. I will say the shampoo wasn't thorough, but it was enjoyable. I loved being taken care of and pampered. I feel like I've lost weight from my experience. What a great reset and zen experience i needed to close my 2022 calendar year. This experience has helped my skin to absorb moisturizer better. The prices have increased slightly since my last visit. $40 now to enter and you have access to all the saunas, swimming pool, the wet area for me on the women's side of course I'm not sure about the men's side ‍ the women's wet area has a dry sauna, steam sauna, hot tub, slightly warm tub, ice bath, and more! I signed up for the body shampoo (body scrub) and for $60 you can have your entire body exfoliated whooo! They also offer full body massages at $100, hip steam for $40 I think... they have a food area and the food is good. I mean it's so much more you can get a foot massage, mani and pedi ... what else can I say just plan to be there all day I spent my New Year's Day here and decided to come once a month. The front desk is the check in and check out. The line was ridiculously long. They should have separate lines. The nude wet spa room was literally full of creepy stalker-ish gay guys and the steam room was over crowded and the jacuzzi's didn't even have jets, it was just a bath. So the wet room was meh. The food was good! I will give them that, but the lady up front was pretty rude and the line was just as long and the wait was long. The saunas were cute, but also over crowded and very basic to say the least. The facility need to renovate, remodel, or rebrand honestly. Jeju Sauna is one place that I frequently patronize to get spa services and decompress. The place is very clean and well maintained. I love the sauna, steam rooms, and water areas. I also enjoy the hip bath and body scrubs with facial options. Two services that I have tried on the past but will go elsewhere for is the massage because the pressure was way to light and although I kept requesting more pressure it didn't get much better. The other service that I tried but didn't like was the nail salon. I broke a nail on a full set after only 1 day and I felt like I was overcharged. DO NOT come to this place. my family was treated with incredible disrespect while staying here. even as koreans, we did not feel welcomed here and felt stared down at during our stay. this place is 24/7, so we expect 24/7 service. a family member of mine needed a towel in the designated gender sauna area at night, but there were NO towels and NO workers nearby (surprisingly when its a huge sauna filled with people). the area was where people dressed/undressed aka okay with nudity when you change and go into the hot tubs and sauna rooms. my family member tried calling a worker through their system for a towel or just a single person to help them, and a worker came and called the cops??? obviously, in a place with nudity, my family member felt INCREDIBLY vulnerable and exposed as this was happening, and was even kicked out as a result and had to find a different 24/7 spa to stay at. please find somewhere else to stay at where you'll have nicer, more respectful, and more responsible employees that will actually take care of you during your stay. read more

I enjoy coming here for some relaxing time with friends, usually girls only. Though, boys are welcome to join if invited. Lol.. They've raised their price from $25 to $35 over the years. But, I still remember when it used to be only $25 per 24hrs. It was an awesome deal! Now, my friends and I would debate how many hours we plan on staying altogether for the worth of the price. Towards the weekend, it will get really crowded. There will be a line at the food court. You are not allowed to work on your laptop if you're not planning on eating at the sit-in table. It will be restricted to dining customers only. It's funny how it took them at least 30-45mins to notice I've been working there for a hot minute. But, was glad I got what I needed done at the time and the lady came just in time for me to pack up either way. The body scrubs here can be brutal if it is your first time. But, I was glad to have #7 Ahjuma who served me with her gentle touch and directed me politely as needed to shower and dry sauna to dry off after shower in between scrub to prepare for a full body massage with glazed products. You have 3 options to choose from. Either 30mins, 45mins or an hour I believe. I did the 45mins one with Vitamin mask for facial. Towards the end of the scrub, she'll check with you if you needed shampoo to wash your hair. It was close to midnight when I had this service done but, proceeded either way. Usually, it's not healthy to wash your hair at nights, if you don't have a hair dryer handy. The hair dryers are removed from the public vanity stations after certain cut off hours. So, you'll need to bring your own for dry off as needed. Damped hair during sleep will cause headaches and long term bodily functions if not dried prior to REM sleep for the night. I would recommend coming here on a weekday. Less crowded, no lines for any services you'd like done such as body scrub, massages, mani-pedi upstairs, swim in the pool without spectators glaring at you. *Don't forget to bring your own swim suits!* I've recently heard of another competitor to this facility within 7 to 8mins driving called Spaland. If you're reading this... YES YOU SHOULD GO! It was $40 to get in, which gets you access to coed space with a ton of saunas and an ice room. The saunas were each different, including a charcoal room, salt room, and crystal room. The coed space also gives you access to a pool (must wear bathing suit). In the locker room, separated for womxn and men, you get access to three tubs: cold, warm, and hot. There's showers to use before you enter the pools. There are also two saunas, a dry sauna and a steam room, in addition to an infrared light area. You do not wear clothes in the pools. The staff were super friendly and nice! The people who went there seemed familiar with the vibe, friendly, and helped me out as a person who had never been before. They had plenty of additional services you could buy on top of the entrance fee. I got a pedicure for $40. They had waxing, massages, hip bath (yoni steam) and more! The food was delicious, refreshing, and well priced. I got a good meal for 12.99. The smoothies and desserts are a bit expensive and not worth it in my opinion. You get access to two lockers- one for your shoes, and another for your clothes and personal items. If you choose to stay there, it's worth it to bring a phone charger, a book, chapstick, a water bottle, etc. whatever helps you feel comfy! I came on a rainy Friday afternoon. Not too many people which is a plus. The place is a bit dated but if you can push past this thought, you're good! There were options for body shampoo, body massage, foot reflexology, etc. If you get any of the treatments, the spaces are divided only by a curtain. We went for the massage which was good. Still coming here 2 years later Food is still blah... Updates are you cannot buy your own bar of soap anymore. So bring your own. I use the shampoo as soap if I forget. But who uses other peoples bar soap with hair on it with the 19 and monkey shenanigans they got going on. Like wise they shut things down at a certain time. Admission prices went up $5 but so did everything else. A little more relaxed about cleaning things. But this is still my favorite place to be. I come here whenever I can. Love the hip bath, Love the infrared sauna and steam sauna. Love the ICE ROOM this is heaven for anyone having hot flashes!!! My two favorite things I do is the foot reflexology and the body scrub. Hip bath coming in 3rd but its the most affordable so do what you can. You can even just do the $35 entry Save the scrub for last so you can leave fresh.
