You can come back to tip later but I'd suggest just bringing cash if you can or use the CashApp + Venmo QR code there. I had Mae as my masseuse and Nicole. I heard Nicole was good as well. I want to personally thank heaven for the serendipitous session today as a walk-in and receiving the best massage of my life from seasoned Chinese masseuse Chloe. I've had massage therapy for about 20 years now with different therapists here and there as seasons and locations have changed, and I can tell who are better at customizing their work on what my body needs versus the ones that just go through their set routine on generic auto-pilot for all their clients. I was particular grateful for how I didn't have to explain anything about what I needed, or when to lighten up or when you push harder. She was intuitively and instinctively adept at reading my body muscles response, or something, and put every single minute to work my muscles out so masterfully. Went back to Atlanta with the family and I've been to the Korean spa in Atlanta, didn't think my family would be ok going. So I called to see if they had any availability for 4 people on a Sat. They had to call me back, but they were able to get us all in. We all got a massage for 1.5 hours and it was suppose to be $80. I got the coconut oil which was an extra $10. My total ended up being $100. I thought it was going $90 but I guess they charge extra for an oil anyways & an extra $10 for coconut. But $100 for 1.5 hours is still a good deal. My massage was AMAZING. Plus places like this- you don't know who you're going to get as a masseuse, but we all enjoyed our massages. In a world where there are so many different places to go for massages, I must admit... this place isn't all that great compared to the ones I've visited. I gave them 2 stars because of the following: 1. Location: the location is super convenient. Parking isn't a problem and it's easy to get to from the exit. 2. Price: it's the same as all the other places... $30 for an hour foot massage, $50 for an hour body. 3. Setting: the place is clean and smells nice when you walk in. 4. Service: this is where it went south. I was brought to a room quickly after I check in - which is a A+, however, the massage therapist was horrible. Her demeanor was something along the lines of... So after the horrible experience I had at Wonder Massage down the street. I came here. I am so glad I did. This place is heaven compare to Wonder Massage. They do the foot massage in one big room with others then move you to a private room to do the body. I enjoyed my scalp, shoulder, and back massage. The main reason I went was to treat my sister who had been working in the restaurant for long time. She was tense. Her lady was Lina. Lina is strong and really relaxed my sister. I'm glad that she enjoyed it. I felt bad for taking her to Wonder Massage and they treated her like crap. I will have my birthday massage here. For more than 5 people, they will offer 10% discount. Roommate and I are big lovers of deep tissue massage. I have scoliosis and she has some previous neck and spine injury. We really enjoy getting hard and deep massages (sorry if that sounds sexual but there's really no other way of putting it). We came here on a Sunday on the recommendation of one of her high school friends. We both got a 60m massage and I do not recommend getting the $10 upcharge on the medical balm which was just a fancier lotion which definitely wasn't worth $10. The massage was just... ok. There wasn't much tension release or even a lot of strength put behind it to really dig deep into the tissue where the tension lied. I kept asking my masseuse to put more pressure or to go deeper into the tissue but felt like a jerk about it after the third time so I just laid there feeling really unfulfilled. My hour was up and we both looked at each other and felt that our tension headaches had worsened. If you're into just a relaxing massage this place might be for you as the ambience and music was great, but if you're into deep tissue or tension relief, this is not it for you. read more

A few of us found this place for a girls afternoon out. After calling around it was the first place we found that could accommodate a group of 5 at the same time for an hour foot massage. I strongly recommend calling ahead to book an appointment. While we were waiting we did see a few groups that though smaller (2-3 people) did have to come back at a different time due to a lack of masseuses. There are plenty of private grooms to accommodate groups of different sizes but it did sound like they call in masseuses as needed for reservations. This establishment is clean and spacious, quiet and the chairs are recliners with blankets and pillows available by request. The masseuses are Chinese, and very sweet. The hour long foot massages are pretty standard - starting with a foot soak, then foot and calf massage (using Vaseline, not lotion) with use of a hot stone at the end, followed by a quick 5-10min shoulder and arm massage (where you are sitting up). Great place, easy to get to, clean and spacious, good massages. PS the parking lot is a bit small (in case you're bringing a big group, maybe think about carpooling) read more

I decided to do the 1 hour combo massage (30 min feet / 30 min body.) so while I was getting my foot massage I thought she wasn't Applying that much pressure but when we got into the body room and I asked for a stronger massage- she did just that. I had just worked out my legs the day before, so my legs and back were super sore... She did a good strong massage when I asked for it. I was happy and my body did feel better after wards. The place is small but nice. I find it peaceful, relaxing, and very accommodating. Don't be afraid to tell your massage therapist to go stronger! You are getting what you pay for. Oh, and the table shower photo they have is not the same table shower they have at the facility. They do have it, but it not the same one in the photo FYI... The decor inside is beautiful and this place definitely had more of a spa feel to it than the other place I usually go to. I've gotten several great 1 hour full body massages here over the past couple years. They've always been really good, inexpensive and relaxing massages. I had another one today that I'd put in my top 5 lifetime massages (including ones at real spas that costed 3 to 4 times more); prompting this review. Today, Vincent was my masseur and he struck the perfect balance between medium and firm; effective but relaxing. I wasn't sore afterwards like I often am after massages, but I still feel as though he got my knots out and all my computer-sitting-caused damage has been reversed. This place gets a 5/5 even though the massage therapists often step out to answer a ringing phone or say hello to a new customer because it's only $50 and the actual massage itself is more than worth that. Also, the place is clean and not creepy at all. It's basically a you-get-what-you-pay-for thing and this is a good deal. I started coming to Soo Relax about two years ago just before the Covid-19 pandemic and initially the massage therapists were personable, polite, and appreciative for the tips added to the price of the message. I usually left a $10 tip. The massages were really great so even during the Covid-19 pandemic I gave this establishment my business knowing that many massage parlors had to close down and many massage therapists had lost their means of income. Mid way into the pandemic the price of a one-hour massage went up by $10 and the co-owner (the blond-haired Asian woman) told me that the price had to be raised due to a shortage of customers. I went ahead and paid the higher price, even though I knew that other establishments had not raised their prices so drastically. With a $10 increase my tip was about $5-$7. I went in today to get my usual one-hour massage, which was very good. After the message I went up to the front counter to pay my fee plus a tip, but I was told by the blond-haired Asian woman that the establishment was charging a 20% gratuity, which would have been an extra 12% on top of the $60 massage. When I questioned the logic of demanding a $12 tip if the customer did not have that much money at the time, I was told to go to another parlor and not to come back if I could not give them the 20% extra, which was not optional but mandatory. I was then told that the actual massage therapist was only being paid $10 per hour even though the massage therapist was doing all of the work. This is price gouging at its best. The blond-haired Asian woman was rude and very disrespectful and showed absolutely no gratitude for the tip that was added to the actual cost. Both of my sisters have gone to this parlor on a number of occasions, but after hearing my experience today they have decided to take their business else where. It's a shame that this place would rather lose $60 per hour massage just to gain $12. Do the math. In the long run people are going to get wise and realize that they are being taken advantage of. I desperately needed a strong feet and body massage. It is hard to find a place that can do that. I found this place by using yelp and was a bit skeptical when i visited the place. Greeted by an older lady around the age of 44-50. I asked for a 30mins feet and 60 mins body massage. It was just me and her in the big room with dimmed light and no music, because their system was broken. I ended up playing the music from my phone. She gave me a quick rub on my feet. I asked to add more pressure, in which she did. After the feet massage we went to another room. I asked if i need to show her the spots that i need her to focus on, but she did not understand me. I started to have doubts that i may picked the wrong place for the massage. She returned to the room and that was when my attitude changed completely. She asked if i need a deep tissue. I told her yes. She massage the back of my head and neck, then climbed up on my back. Both of her knees were pushing hard on my back and in every single trigger points. This is the kind of massage that i always dreamed off. After 10 mins, that is when she started to use her hands to massage my whole body. I have to say that this was the best massage i ever had. I even gold her that and her response was "you feel Good but i feel tired" lol I felt like i was on cloud9 after i left the place. Lesson learned. Never judge the book by its cover. I came here for a foot massage on a Thursday at 11:10am. I somehow felt that it could be a good one because it was clean and the atmosphere was nice. I decided to upgrade to a 1hr 30 min foot massage! BIG MISTAKE! It was probably one of the worst foot massages I've ever gotten. He was nice but didn't do at all close to what I get at other places I go to. No hand massage, no neck massage, no face massage, and barely a back massage.. NONE of it. Plus he didn't even do the entire 1 hr 30 min. It was about 20 min cut short! I had to wait about 10 min for him arrive while my feet were soaking so I guess they consider it part of the time you pay for. AND the worst part was they don't even make you turn over to your back. They make you sit up-right for a back massage, which lasted 5 min. It was hands-down terrible. They charged me $50 for that.
