A keeper I was a little skeptical at first. I've gone to some pretty good massages spots in Duluth Ga. It's difficult to find the perfect match for my concerns. Well, I think I've found a keeper. I booked online for a Sunday @2pm. When I arrived I was greeted with a warm smile and a pleasant attitude. I signed in and was promptly taken to a room, Lights were dimmed soft music playing (relaxing). I was offered water and my tech would be with me shortly. My tech name was Briana. Brains entered the room with a wooden pale of water to soak my feet for 10min. Nothing is added to the water. After 10min of soaking, Briana entered the room and listened to my concerns I have with my foot. She began the process of massaging my problem areas. She took note of some problem areas within my ankle and explained some factors. Briana had knowledge about the foot massage practices. I was well pleased with her work. I visited with a friend for a little self care. We were greeted right away but since we were waiting for a 3rd person it was about 20 minutes before we got started. They explained that only 2 people could be in a room together so we had to split up. This place is for sure not an upscale salon however it was clean. I decided to get the 40 foot massage. I did not like my technician. The massage was just not great . She seemed to just not know what she was doing. All of us in my party seemed to have different experiences. Foot massage absolutely sucked. Started basically rubbing with no pressure. Had to ask the man (owner) twice to do harder but didn't change much at all. Massage mechanism also sucked. Foot soak was 20 mins when it should've been 10 mins. So massage ended up being 40 mins only. I would recommend elsewhere. read more

I don't appreciate this business intentionally squeezing more money out of any customer. I will never patronize or recommend this business again. October 5th, I walked in to pay for a $60- 60 minute massage for my boyfriend. His birthday was October 8th and I wanted the massage to set his morning. I made the appointment for 11am with an older man. He wrote down the appointment details in a book and made copies of the receipt. I left a $10 tip at that time as well because I didn't want my boyfriend to have to pay for anything on his special day. That's tacky to me. So great, $70 later and the appointment is set in stone as I wanted everything taken care of before his arrival. I was WRONG. He shows up to his appointment and he tells me everything was great until she asks him what type of massage he wanted. I'm unsure why that was even asked because she should've known as he was NOT a walk in. Look in the appointment book. He stated a deep tissue and the masseuse charged him $10 extra. After the massage was over, he began to check out in the front and the same older man who made the initial appointment asked did he want to tip. Excuse me?? Being the person my boyfriend is, he tipped $10. Unbelievable and went he came home to tell me, I was understandably ANGRY!! He came out of pocket $20 when it should've been $0! What was the point of me paying for the service and tipping before hand, just to turn around and charge for the same service and ask for ANOTHER tip. Never again! The lady named Annie did my massage focused on the area of my back where my pain was. She gave me a whole body massage for an hour and she would come back to massaging my problem area. Well I went in for a chair massage for my neck and back. However the chair was incredibly uncomfortable as it was digging into my inner thighs and the heights needed some adjusting. The gentleman didn't really know how to make any adjustments even though he did try. It was obvious that he wasn't that familiar with the chair. The whole time, there were two ladies at the door watching the whole matter unfold and one didn't have a mask on. I was uncomfortable being watched by them. I had my mind set on a massage so I opted for the table massage which costed more but was for a longer time. I should have left since I couldn't get what I went to get. The face cushion wasn't a cushion at all, but a towel. This was not good. It was hard and did not lift my face a bit while providing comfort. I want them to invest in face cushions. Also, it was hot in there. Also, the lady that did my massage had on shoes that clacked when she walked. The massage itself was okay, I guess. I'm not sure because I was hot and that clacking was killing me. I always get a one hour massage here monthly and the owner is very kind and remembered me after one visit. Massage therapists always know what they're doing and will ask you if the pressure is too light or hard to ensure you are comfortable. Will keep going here as long as I live in this area! I would give this massage place a 2.5 stars due to a lack of consistency in our massages. My siblings and I decided last minute around 6p to get foot massages. I called ahead to make sure they can accommodate 4 people which the staff person said he could. We arrived and was greeted promptly. The front staff told us about the combo deal which is 30 mins foot and 30 mins body for an extra $20 = $60 total. We decided that we would try it. Everything was decent until the end. Here's why: My sister and I were put in a room together, while the boys were in another room together, in the middle of my relaxing massage, my sister's person decided to take a phone call and spoke loudly while doing so. End of relaxation. He then went and answered the front door because he was both the front desk person and my sister's massage therapist at the same time. I understand how small business owners are struggling to keep things open, so I didn't mind too much about the interruptions until he came back in... and seems to rushed the rest of our massages. Overall, my massage was okay... nothing memorable. My lady spent the whole half portion of the time on my shoulders and didn't touch my lower back, she also spent the last half of my time doing my foot and didn't touch my calves. As bad as our massages were, the boys' experience was the total opposites. They said they had an amazing time and joked that we chose the wrong room. They had their whole back massaged as well as their whole leg. And for that, I gave them 2.5 stars rather than a flat zero. Yayyyyyy to Victor on his new establishment because it is much deserved. Victor and I have a history. From the first time I had him as a masseuse, there has been no other. We are in a day and age where it is always trial and error when trying something new until you find that perfect complement. It was time for a massage and I contacted Victor to setup an appointment and he informed me that he had moved to his own establishment. I ventured to the new location on its second day of opening. I was greeted by Victor and offered water while I waited of my friend girl to join me for our couples massage. Upon entry, the decor is very simple which made it feel soothing and relaxing for me. I like the entry being separated by a door leading to where services will be rendered. On this visit, I was not talkative as I usually am because I want to review the service honestly without being bias. The couples massage is administered in a room where the beds are facing each other, lighting is low and the music is calming. Again, Victor never fails to give a gratifying and stress relieving massage. He possess a vast knowledge of the art of Chinese massage and his hands allow you to experience this. I would like to partake of other services when time and money align. This has been a great start in the new location. Thanks again Victor for all the memorable massages. You and other members of the staff provided professional and courteous service from beginning to end. My wife and I experience a bad massage. They took us to couple room where one young girl gave me massage with one hand while playing with her phone with the other. Never asked what kind of massage I wanted.(deep massage is what I wanted) After 10 minutes of massaging my back she started rubbing my legs still playing with phone with one hand.
