When we were leaving, they asked us to finish signing and thats where the "merchant copy" receipt was relevant here cus the cost went up to $163 and they asked for extra tip. I thought it was just going to be $20 as in the gratuity that was mentioned beforehand but she said it was extra $10 and $10 for the oil. When at the start it was just presented as a choice to us when we first started. She said coconut or lavender and i said to my husband lavender since it's going to smell nicer more soothing. Anyway right after i told her this wasn't explained to us at the start the older lady at the desk started yelling at me, that it was xmas and saying that i wanted things for free. I was like how is this free? It's already $163 and my husband had to get in between us and explained to her that we aren't yelling at her? why yell at us? She told us the oil comes out of her pocket so my husband asked her to make the sign bigger if she's going to get like this about it. She calmed down and started looking down after and i imagine it was a very awkward experience for us both. We paid and when we asked for a receipt she said she couldn't give me one. My only recommendation is ask the patrons and employees to speak softly. When clients come in the conversations were sometimes loud and that can impact the ability to rest and relax. This didn't happen frequently but just a point to note. They did an excellent job and the place is very clean, especially the table used for the body scrubs, the bathroom and massage rooms. They have plenty of therapist, at least 3 per day per shift. So you will not have to wait. I do recommend calling ahead and making an appt to ensure your place is secure. Great job! I asked to get a foot massage and the lady seemed unsure if she had an employee to give me one. She went to the back and was gone a few minutes, and then reappeared with a man that looked like he just woke up. His old t-shirt looked wrinkled and sweaty as he greeted me. He walked me to room #1 and it looked nothing like the photo on their website. The massage chairs looked old, but I still sat down. The man said he would be back with a foot soak tub and I agreed. As I waited for him to come back......I looked at the massage chair next to me and you could tell it was never cleaned up from the last customer. Eventually, I was led to the massage room in the back corner where the foot massage chairs were along with a body massage table. They had to move items around as they used one chair for naps and the other had towels and some boxes stacked on it. I guess they don't get many foot massage customers even though they have photos of the chairs on their website. The massage was good and it was nice to stay in the same room for both parts of my visit. Several weeks later I called and attempted to make an appointment with Eva, I was told she no longer worked there. The lady that answered the phone was a little rude so I opted to go elsewhere that day. On another day I stopped in to see if they had anyone new to replace Eva however I found Eva sitting on the couch in the lobby when I walked in. She had no idea why her coworker had told me she didn't work there anymore. At the time she was waiting for an appointment to come in and she was the only one working so I had to go elsewhere that day as well. The following week I returned, Eva was available and I requested a 90-minute combo. She began to show me to a regular body massage room. I told her I would like the foot massage in a foot massage chair, she informed me that the room was not available but then went to the room opened the door, and began having a conversation with someone inside. Turns out her coworker was sick and laying down in a foot massage chair. Her coworker also had an appointment coming in that Eva had to take so now they were not available to give me a massage at all. That made 3 attempts in a row they were not available, I have not returned since. I pass by this place often but the open sign seems to be turned off in the evenings long before the posted closed time. They have also been removed from Google Maps.

You private parts are covered during the process. So there is no funny business, (H.E.). Nice place and they are busy though, so go early in the day. Otherwise you may not get in.
