Very convenient if you live close by like we do. Parking: I come to Sephora often which is right next door so there is always ample parking. Staff: front desk staff were friendly and greeted me upon arrival. Mersha - was my therapist. Experience: only caveat was that I was booked with Derick at 3:15 and apparently he didn't work on Saturday which was Valentine's Day. Mersha was waiting for me at 3 but I was taking my time because I figured I was early. No one informed her or I that my appt was moved up and my massage was cut 15 minutes early which no one apologized for. Again, I didn't fault my therapist but the staff should have informed me or my partner initially and I could have arrived earlier to get my full experience. Overall, the massage itself was emasculate! She did a phenomenal job. I would definitely come back to get a massage on my own.

The Massage & Facial: The massage felt great. I asked for a deep tissue, which was an extra $10. I felt the deep tissue massage that I got was really good but it wasn't any strong pressure. It felt like a regular massage. Though the massage felt great, the masseuse for my wife and I were both very chatty. We were there to relax but they were talking our heads off about self care at home and how we should come back more often. I appreciated the info but we wanted to limit our talking. This was my first facial and it felt amazing! I did have pimple and was hoping for an extraction but didn't happen. Overall, I would give this place 3 stars, but the affordable prices make them 4 stars for me. I'll be back.

We go here because it's very close to us but now they've even gone up. We pay $40.00 more at this place for two hours than we do at two other places and the other two places do the full amount of time in the room. It's very aggravating because you have to pay upfront and then they don't give you what time you pay for.

I actually picked this spa because it had good ratings in the area. The spa itself is very clean, well decorated, the front desk staff were friendly and my massage therapist was friendly. But the service I got I feel cheated out of my money for. I basically paid to have someone slather lotion all over my body and nothing more. There was no massage technique used, and it seemed on multiple occasions my therapist was either distracted by something or falling asleep because her hands would frequently just go still on my body for several seconds before starting up again. It was awkward and I wasn't sure if I should ask her what's going on or not, lol. Like I genuinely feel like I paid someone random and completely untrained off the street to give me a massage. I left with my hair in mats too because the scalp massage was basically just her twirling her fingers around in my hair and tangling it up. My experience was only with one massage therapist, so it's very possible that the other ones working there are great at their jobs. But I definitely want to spend money on a massage that doesn't have me considering getting up and walking out halfway through again I'm not saying don't go here but definitely proceed with caution if you're expecting formal massage technique.
