While two of those times were understandable, only once did she clearly explain where she was going. At one point, it seemed like she was more focused on her tip than on providing a quality massage. I pretty much exclusively get foot massages because I have severe psoriasis and I'm really self conscious. The massage therapists here are extremely understanding of my health issues and my decreased mobility over the years. They always make it comfortable and welcoming for me and are mindful of my autoimmune flareups. Some days I can't move properly, have zero mobility in my hands, and they accommodate me and help me move a bit better. Some days I scratch myself silly and it looks like terrifying, but they still help me find peace by putting the lotion on my calves and loosen up the muscles. I always add CBD (additional $10) but it helps calm my skin down a lot and it's great for my rheumatoid arthritis flareups. The quality and care Spring Massage delivers is comparable to those of high end "spas" without the hefty price tag. The prices are more than reasonable, their massage therapists are incredibly skilled and are willing to listen to your needs. I overheard another customer who came here for a pregnancy massage, and she had a few special requests. The owners listened and made sure they understood her completely before setting her up with a massage therapist. If you're looking for relaxing self care session that won't break the bank and walk away feeling like you're ready to face reality again, I highly recommend coming here to check it out for yourself. It's not a luxurious spa with all the fancy amenities. It's a small treat that's affordable enough to work it into a proper consistent self care routine.

We thought we might be distracted and not relaxed being so close to the door in the open lobby, but they put one of those room dividers next to us to separate. Service was superb from the massages to the service. The place was very nice, clean, and relaxing. Our masseuse would ask if the pressure was okay. They took us to the rooms to continue the back massage. The only thing I did not like was when my masseuse got on top of the bed with me with her knees on either side of my head as she's massaging my back. In my culture, no feet/legs area is supposed to be close to a person's head like that as it lacks respect. We only wish this place was closer to us or else we would come here more frequently. Several months later I stopped in and they were not too busy. I Requested a 90 minute foot and body combo. Even though they had 2 foot massage chairs in the lobby she told me they only do foot massage while laying on the table. I pointed at the chairs that were the same foot massage chairs pictured online and asked why they had them if they didn't use them. Her reply was that the chairs were just for relaxing. I opted for a 1 hour body massage instead during which she attempted to get me to agree to adding a foot massage on the table which I again refused. The body massage was ok but why would a business buy those chairs and post photos of them if they have no intention of using them?

It does not feel like a very low, dimly lit room, you can close your eyes and relax. After a while, you can definitely feel it in your eyes, especially when they turn you over. Second, the massage lady kept taking calls and getting appointments set up - TWICE. While making a first call, she just used one hand to massage my neck and the second time she actually walked out of the room to take a call and talk to another masseuse. She did apologize and gave me an extra 10 minutes, which is why I am giving 2 stars instead of 1. Third, the technique was questionable. By all means, I am not a licensed in any of the massage techniques, but im sure stepping on someone's spine directly is a safe technique for relaxation. The room that I was shown had one of those bars on top of the bed so you can do thai-massage like technique where they step on the back to relieve pressure. Not only did this lady put her whole bodyweight on top of me (and im 6 foot 250 lbs guy, I can handle weight), but she was definitely stepping on my spine area, making the whole experience really nervous and unsettling. The thing about stepping on my back is that she really did not ask me if it is okay for her to step on my back. Luckily, I'm not one of those people who have medical conditions or rods in my spine or anything like that. But imagine if I were - this could have gone really bad. I feel like the price is fair but unfortunately, I don't see myself returning to this place.
