It was a $100. I told her I wanted to tip $20 and she looked at it like I was trying to give her a counterfeit bill because it was folded. But she didn't even know how to properly check. No pen, no holding it to the light. She refused to take it and made me tip via card, this forcing the 3% fee on me. It gave me a bad prejudice vibe, especially being a black woman. The place to lay your head (facedown) has a pillowcase over it. Not the most comfortable for breathing. At one point during the service, another massage therapist just walked into the room to talk about something with my therapist while I was getting my massage. Very unprofessional. They massage your rear as well, so my backside was showing. My massage therapist also climbed onto the table and straddled my head and each of my legs during my session so that she could reach further. I've NEVER had another massage therapist do such a thing. It was very uncomfortable. They also didn't utilize my full time that I booked. I won't be back.
