This is one of the best massages I have ever had. It is very clean and relaxing. Highly recommend this place!

This place is amazing! My words just won't do it justice, but I will try. I have gotten massages for over 35 years from various places and this ranks on top. The owner is very professional and organized and has created a very comfortable and soothing environment and experience. My husband and I have gotten couples massages and all the massage therapists have been skilled, strong, and intuitive. We leave there relaxed balls of mush. I highly recommend them!! read more

Service was above and beyond. Best massage I've ever received, and I've had more than a few. Sarah is truly gifted, and she worked her magic with a deep tissue approach (requested) on my chronically uptight neck and shoulders. I felt immediate relief and range of motion improvement. Incredibly worthwhile investment, and I will be back in the future. Grateful to have found such a skillful practitioner close to home. read more

We're somewhat new to the area and was searching for a masseuse. Came across this place and saw it had great reviews so gave it a shot. The place is a typical massage establishment. Toned down, calming setup. Both my wife and I got the 90 min massage. Told them what our trouble areas were and they went to town. My wife has notoriously tight shoulders and neck muscles and they managed to loosen them up. Overall, fantastic massage, which includes hot stones, hot towels, etc. we've been back twice since and will be regulars. Jia and team are fantastic. read more

I got a 1 hr massage and it was great! I asked to focus on my back & neck and nearly the entire hour was spent on it which was wonderful. The staff is very friendly and polite, and the massage therapist was professional and highly skilled. I definitely recommend! read more

Best massage around! Professional and clean environment with easy appointment scheduling. She uses excellent pressure and has relieved multiple knots/pressure. She used heated blankets on the table and hot stones for a portion which is a nice added bonus. The only complaint I would have is she asks if you want cream for $10 once your already undressed on the table saying it's good for the skin but it's regular old lotion you can get anywhere which is normally included in all massages I'd rather that $10 go towards tip or her change the price of the massage to $70 for 60 min or $100 for 90 minutes vs saying it's for cream cause that is included. I've been back a feW times and will continue to go cause I get so much relief read more

I've suffered from lower back problems for a few years now, and I would highly recommend Beautiful Balance Massage to help relieve all your body aches. I was in need of a last minute massage and Jia was definitely the right person for the job. I tried to walk-in without an appointment and the door to the business was locked, so I tried to call and see if they were open at all. Jia responded via text letting me know they were busy at the moment but they could schedule an appointment for me. She was very polite and sweet as we were getting this set up. After I arrived for my scheduled appointment, Jia waited for me at the door and quickly gave me a tour of the business, asking me if I needed to use the restroom or anything before we got started. Jia was very professional as she worked her hour of magic. After the session was over, I wish I had opted for the 1.5hours, and highly encourage for those reading this to. read more

Will be back again! Called a day before to schedule an appointment. When I arrived I was greeted at the door. Had my temperature checked and was given hand sanitizer. Jia had her mask on the whole time. Felt completely safe to receive a massage during these times. The massage was absolutely wonderful. 60 minute session. I specified my Preference of a firmer massage which was certainly delivered. I asked for real-time feedback about my asymmetries which were gladly pointed out and we focused on these areas a bit more. A thorough warm/moist towel was used at the end to finish. Overall very pleased with the whole experience. Professional and respectful from start to finish. Will be coming back here and recommending to my family. Cash or Card accepted. read more

I am so happy with the immediate response from Jia. She responded at a time I didn't expect and I absolutely love that type of above and beyond customer/client service. I will continue to book my husband massages here because of that amazing service provided. My husband has been so pleased with Jia's massages. He manages restaurants and she really helps him find relief that he needs from those long standing hours. read more

I read other reviews and was convinced to give this therapist a try since I was in the market for some really good deep tissue work and not only that - I was looking for a therapist that would actually LISTEN to what you say are your problem areas and STAY in that area long enough to make a difference. I'll be back SOON :-)) read more

My experience at Beautiful Balance was excellent. My wife and I met Jia and she was warm and accommodating to our schedule. My first massage was with Sarah, I chose the 90 minute session and every minute of it was delightful. I highly recommend them. read more

Best massage ever!!! Yelp has never steered me wrong. I found Beautiful Balance Massage through a Yelp search and I am so glad that I did. I wanted to find a reputable massage place for a chronic pain that had flared up recently. I contacted Beautiful Balance via phone and although they were unable to answer when I called, Jia followed up promptly via text and was able to get me scheduled. I received a reminder text the day before. The facility itself is super cute and exceptionally clean. I felt relaxed and at ease as soon as I arrived. Now to the best part... the massage! It was EXCELLENT. I've had many massages over the years but this one takes the cake. You can tell that Jia knows what she is doing. She is thorough and identifies areas you didn't even realize were a problem. She wore a mask the entire time as well which I really appreciate. I felt safe and relaxed. Highly recommend and can't wait to return! read more

Jia and Sarah are first-rate, professional massage therapists. I'm always impressed by the cleanliness of the facility and Jia's adherence to CDC guidelines, including precautions such as temperature checks upon arrival and visible use of sanitizer at the start of session. I arrived in pain and left feeling good. I managed to fall asleep.

My wife and I have been going to Jia for awhile and loving her work. Best in Atlanta! She recently hired Sarah and I was initially reluctant to try someone new because Jia was always the best. However, Sarah is also fantastic and although slightly different techniques they both work extremely well. I was recently cramping badly after a 3hr tennis match and Sarah worked it all out beautifully. So now the best two massage experts are in one place. What could be better!? read more

The best massage I've ever had. My BF raved about this place and I see why. During one of his previous visits, it was raining and he was met at his car with umbrella. At a different visit, he was on the phone with me and the owner gifted ME, a random person he just happened to be on the phone with, a gift certificate for a free 30 minute massage. Jia was very welcoming, sweet, and professional. The space was clean and calming. The massage was great - pressure-wise and all. Can't wait to come back! read more

I just moved to the area abs was desperately in need of a massage. I am an athlete and normally get massages for once a month & Jia was awesome! She worked out all of my knots and gave an extremely relaxing massage. I left feeling so good! Moreover, it was a super clean, COVID safe and relaxing environment. I highly recommend I will be visiting regularly! Thank you Jia! See you soon! read more

I'm so happy to have found Jia while visiting my parents. Months of stress caught up with me and my neck and shoulders were knotted in pain. Don't let Jia's petite frame fool you. She is very strong and has expert body mechanics to work out any kinks you might have. It was 90 minutes of bliss. My husband also got the 90 minute massage. I loved it so much that I brought my mom the next day for 90 minutes. Jia will be my go-to therapist whenever I visit again. read more

I've had 2 massages here now and I really enjoy it! You can't beat the price for the quality of the massage, plus hot stones at the end. I've had a massage with Jia and now Sarah. They have different techniques but I enjoyed both. I will keep coming here, because it's a great experience. I always feel like a new woman afterwards! read more

Simply put... Jia is the best. Period. She puts her entire body into the massage and from head to toe, you will experience the best of massage therapy. I had extreme tension in my neck and jaw. Lower back pain is just something I live with. I pointed out these trouble spots, and Jia was completely clued in and ready to work her magic. After a 90 minute massage, (I went with a hard touch), I was relaxed and rejuvenated. There was a certain level of soreness the next day, but it was a 'hurt so good' kind of sore. And the trouble spots were managed. During the massage, she is very quiet and this is important to me ... I don't want to chat during a massage. Totally defeats the point. Jia clearly gets this ... the music is soft and she doesn't try to engage in conversation. I recommend Jia highly. She is worth every penny. read more

I started using during my pregnancy due to some hip pain I was having along with typical back issues associated with pregnancy... She was a lifesaver!!! Her technique was just what I needed. She was extremely accommodating to me and my comfort was her utmost importance during a time when comfortable doesn't come easy. Will definitely be returning as well as recommending her to anyone who needs a great massage pregnant or not pregnant. The establishment is very clean, quiet and relaxing. 5 stars are well deserved! read more
