I've been here 3 times in 3 years now . This is my yearly relaxation spot for a good full body massage. The vibe is so chill and love the serene setting . Their salt room is super calming . read more

I didn't even know this place existed! The entrance is around the back. Lots of parking, too. They do massages and also have a hair salon and gift shop! I had a deep tissue massage with Anna and it was everything I needed and more. As a postpartum mom that carries her baby all day every day, my muscles have become extremely tense. I loved how Anna carefully reviewed my paperwork in front of me, and confirmed the places that I specified needed more attention. She listened to my concerns and was super friendly. It was such a relaxing experience. The room was clean and the warm light set the tone. They also have a membership that I will be considering! Highly recommend. read more

I booked the Royal Getaway package at Bluefern Spa in Suwanee for my mother's birthday, and it was a truly special experience. Anna was lovely, and Sarah at the front desk and Alina were incredibly kind and attentive. They went out of their way to make my mom feel celebrated and even called me in to join her during the tea and chocolate session so we could share part of it together, a small but meaningful gesture. The spa has a quaint, calming atmosphere. It's relaxing without feeling pretentious - a very genuine and grounded feel. My mom left feeling cared for and pampered, which was exactly what I had hoped for. I'm very grateful to the team and would absolutely recommend Bluefern Spa for anyone wanting to treat someone special (or themselves). read more

Terrible. Don't try and surprise your spouse with this Bluefern spa. They called/text my wife immediately after getting off the phone with me today and ruined the surprised and then gave her info about payment when I specifically told them to call me at my number and that it was a surprise. Customer service is terrible. It was just like oops, oh well read more

I have been coming to this Tamara at Blue Fern spa for many years. Her facials are so customized that she has helped me with rosacea, aging, and random allergy flairs. She is such a kind presence that I always leave feeling pampered as well. I can't recommend her enough. read more

Amazing place if you want to relax. I had my first facial here and it met all expectations.

Several days ago I gave a less than glowing review. I over reacted thinking that too many days had past with not receiving a gift card. My previous post was made in haste. Bluefern in Suwannee had indeed promptly sent the gift card. It was the recipient that had not noticed the gift card in the mail. Larry Jenkins read more

Absolute best place for massages, facials and stretch therapy! I couldn't recommend them more and plan to use them for years to come!!

My girlfriend and I came and got massage and facial packages. We each got the same massage and the same facial. Everyone was very nice and the environment was relaxing and clean. However my girlfriend and I spoke about our services and they were not totally the same. During my girlfriend's facial she got arm and hand massages and a hand mask with warm gloves. She also got a head and neck rub. I did not receive either of those things and was a bit uncomfortable but couldn't speak because my lips were covered in a product that felt like Vaseline. I was a little bummed about the differences especially because I didn't get the little add ons. But other than that everything else was great. read more

This was exactly what I needed! I haven't been to a spa in a while and this was the perfect pick! The ambiance here is something to soothe your mind, body and soul. All the staff was so warm and welcoming. I cannot wait to return! #ashsaidit read more

I had a first time facial with Tammy. It was an awesome experience all around. My husband was able to call and make the appointment same day. They reserved enough time so I could speak with the esthetician and learn a little about my skin before starting. The process was great. Relaxing. Informative. Tammy was so sweet and shared information well. I really did enjoy the entire process. The only thing that I didn't LOVE was that I didn't feel the facial options were presented to me very directly. I did get the best facial available but because it was my first time ever I wasn't aware if I was receiving a basic beginner facial or a full out facial. I am very happy with what I received and will be back for more services. I have started a better skin care regime for myself simply based off of the information Tammy shared with me. Very happy with my experience! read more

The absolute best day spa that I have ever been to. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. The aestheticians are absolutely top-notch. They don't ever try to push products or items or add-ons that you don't need, which I truly appreciate. Most big chains will always try to upsell you and push all of their products on you! read more

Did not enjoy my time here. My husband got me a gift certificate for the salt room, red light therapy and tea/chocolates. The sound proofing in the spa is not good at all. While in the salt room, i could hear the people in the hair salon talking. There was someone in a room across the hall vacuuming or doing something that required a machine for several minutes. The salt room had a window that is only partially covered by salt blocks so you will have quite a bit of brightness in the room if you sit on that side. The tea and chocolates was nice however there is a massage or treatment room right next to the area they seat you in. I had the pleasure of hearing a man talk loudly about Taylor Swift concerts and the spa employee laughing along with him for 10 minutes. The red light therapy room faces Peachtree Industrial and at 5pm you will hear all the traffic, horns, and loud mufflers. There wasn't any music in the room. The staff was plenty nice but the loud talking and distracting noises have to be addressed. read more
