My last review of Spring Massage was over 9 years ago, and that's how long I've been coming here…read more It continues to amaze me that over the years, they've maintained the quality of their massages and listened to customer feedback to make improvements. I pretty much exclusively get foot massages because I have severe psoriasis and I'm really self conscious. The massage therapists here are extremely understanding of my health issues and my decreased mobility over the years. They always make it comfortable and welcoming for me and are mindful of my autoimmune flareups. Some days I can't move properly, have zero mobility in my hands, and they accommodate me and help me move a bit better. Some days I scratch myself silly and it looks like terrifying, but they still help me find peace by putting the lotion on my calves and loosen up the muscles. I always add CBD (additional $10) but it helps calm my skin down a lot and it's great for my rheumatoid arthritis flareups. The quality and care Spring Massage delivers is comparable to those of high end "spas" without the hefty price tag. The prices are more than reasonable, their massage therapists are incredibly skilled and are willing to listen to your needs. I overheard another customer who came here for a pregnancy massage, and she had a few special requests. The owners listened and made sure they understood her completely before setting her up with a massage therapist. If you're looking for relaxing self care session that won't break the bank and walk away feeling like you're ready to face reality again, I highly recommend coming here to check it out for yourself. It's not a luxurious spa with all the fancy amenities. It's a small treat that's affordable enough to work it into a proper consistent self care routine.

Found this place from Instagram, and it was very relaxing, overall! I texted their number to set up…read morean appointment. They had next-day availability! My appointment was for 11:30 AM. I arrived on time, but since they were running about 10 minutes behind, they offered me a free, warm, milk foot bath and exfoliation! It came with a snack of a cream puff and some apple-flavored water. (They give you throw away house slippers to wear.) I did the supreme head spa, which comes with a facial. They showed me my scalp before the head spa started, so I could see that it was slightly oily. (They also give you a stretchy, strapless top to wear.) I wish I had thought to talk with the esthetician beforehand, to tell her that I carry all my stress in my shoulders, and to use light pressure for that part of the massage. With the facial creams over my eyes and mouth, there was no way to tell her that the pressure was much too hard and that the shoulder massage was hurting me. After the head spa ended, the esthetician showed me my scalp up close again to show me how clean it was. She also blow-dried my hair. Other head spa places make you blow dry your own hair, so that was a nice touch! She also gave me another cream puff and more apple-flavored water, along with a flower clip for my hair. She did brush my hair with some random hairbrush, so I should have insisted on using my travel hairbrush, but I'll know for next time!

An unforgettable, relaxing experience!…read more I booked a 90-minute head spa session with my mom, and it was truly incredible. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel so welcomed and cared for. We had a detailed scalp check, relaxing facials, a heavenly scalp massage, and tension-melting neck and shoulder work. As a sweet surprise, we even received a complimentary milk foot bath, which was such a thoughtful and luxurious touch. The entire experience was peaceful, professional, and deeply rejuvenating. My mom and I left feeling lighter, glowing, and so grateful. If you're looking for a place to truly unwind and be taken care of, this is it!! My mom and I will definitely come back again.

If you are looking for a true therapeutic deep tissue massage, go see Luca. I have a degenerative…read moreL5 disc and chronic tension, and Luca spent every minute of our 90-minute session (60-min body / 30-min foot) pinpointing and correcting every "unruly" muscle I had. The facility is unassuming, but the service is world-class. It felt like a $300 resort treatment for a fraction of the price. Luca's technique is firm and precise--he doesn't just go through the motions; he actually identifies the source of the pain and works it out. I walked out feeling like a new person and tipped well over 100% because the quality was just that high. Highly recommend

It's honestly such a shame I have to give this place a one star because honestly, the massage was…read moregreat. ALSO, IF YOU ARE A BIG/MUSCULAR MAN, DO NOT COME HERE. Called in advance to get the massage and went in. I went in during a weekday morning, so it was pretty empty. I asked for a one-hour whole-body massage, which was really great and i really needed it. Comes to time for checkout, and i gave a 10-dollar tip. The lady paused for a second, gave me the receipt, and said ".....just 10 dollars?" and I asked her what you mean by that, and I quote, "You are only gonna give me 12 percent? You would tip more than that if you were to eat at a restaurant." AND THEN SAID, "You are a big guy, it's harder for us". That caught me off guard so much because she has been very nice up to that point , she was communicating what I want, gave me water with ice in it, and then hits me with that when I didn't give her expected tip. I ended up giving her 10 dollars more to make it 20 because I was honestly just looking to get away from that whole situation, but needless to say, I will not be coming back. It's not like I didn't tip either, so idk why she gave me such an attitude about it. What a way to turn what could have been a 5-star review and a returning customer into a 1-star review and a customer that will never recommend your business to anyone I know
