I called an hour before and they said they could take me in for a foot massage. When I got there, one of the ladies came out of a massage room where she already had a client waiting and the other lady didn't seem to be interested in servicing me, after they "aggressively talked" no care that I was right in front of them. The other lady said to me okay let's go, I was sat at a tiny room with a comfy couch but when I flashed my phone light, all I could see was stains, mold, storage items and of course the room had musty moldy smell. The lady bought a bucket of hot water for me to put my feet in, I was like oh this is really hot to which she looked at me and completely ignored my comment and left the room without saying anything. I was sitting there for at least 20 minutes, before I heard the front door bell and it was someone asking for full body massage and she told him, she was available to take him. I could not believe they just left me in the room like that for over 20 minutes. If you can't do something then say NO! I have never been to any establishment, that was not only completely non-hygienic, but also utterly irresponsible and lack communication. I ended up putting my socks and shoes on and left. First time here and I loved it. I'm not sure of the therapist's name but she was the receptionist. She was very pleasant and listened to my problem areas. This was the craziest massage experience of my life. I called in advance because I wanted to take a group of 4 to get massages at the same time. I found this place through a Groupon and she mentioned the Groupon when I called and she said it was fine for all 4 of us to come at the same time. So she called me on Saturday to confirm and she said that we would have to go 2 at a time and I said that was ok. When we arrived she said that someone would be there to assist the other 2 guests in 10 minute so we went ahead with the appointment. I was startled to see that all the beds were in individual rooms since I assumed we would be in a couples massage setting, but I went along with it. The bed had this thin sheet the size of the bed that was used to cover my body. I was pretty cold under this but went with it. The atmosphere was not spa like at all. There was no aromatherapy or relaxing music, but I knew this was a low cost experience so I wasn't about to complain. The owner confirmed that everything was clean, but I noticed pieces of hair in face hole. I pulled them off and attempted to get comfortable. The owner began my massage and explained to me the difference between a Swedish massage which is basically a back rub and a deep tissue which was $10. I was a little annoyed but I kept the Swedish massage pressure. The massage was ok but it was essentially just hear rubbing a nondescript oil on me. Near the end of my massage I began to hear the other guest I arrive with ask the owner for their money back. She had answered the phone and left the room several times during the massage which was aggravating. I also heard another customers voice banging on the doosr and getting angry at the owner. She came back to try to complete my massage and explain to me that we need to go two at a time. I said ok but that point it was too late and the lack of communication disturbed my other guests to the point that they didn't want to move forward with the massage. The other disgruntled customer was still banging on my door so I got dressed because at that point I was no longer in a calm state. After a back and forth with the owner she did provide my other two guest their money back, and she gave a free massage coupon to the other party. She had overbooked herself and she was understaffed. Outside of that disturbing experience, I still wouldn't return. Pay a couple more dollars and go to a legit spa! Even the nondescript oil begin to irritate me and my other guests skin soon after the massage. It was a nightmare. read more

I will definitely be back! Kina was my massage therapist; I will ask for her everytime. Somehow she managed to do deep tissue on my back without it being very painful. I told her my back issues, so she made sure to spend a lot of time there. The place seemed clean, but there was an odd smell when I came in. It dissipated later or maybe my nose adjusted. I'm not sure what that was, but hopefully it's not the norm. The walls are very thin. I'm sure there isn't much that can be done about that, but since they are thin the staff should be conscious to keep their voices low. The person up front was literally yelling through the halls for someone and then she started taking to my therapist through the door, wtf? We went in for a couples massage and while everything started off great it quickly went down hill about half way though the massage the kids in the building next door begin screaming and yelling for the rest of the time. While it is not the massage places fault it was extremely hard to relax. The women doing the massage was sniffling and sneezing the whole time while she did have a mask on it still made me feel uncomfortable. On the way out when I paid I gave them a 20%tip and was asked if I was leaving more of a tip. When I told her I has already left 20% she informed me that it was not enough and I needed to leave more. If a larger tip is expected than it should be communicated before the services are provided. No one is obligated to leave a tip and it is very unprofessional and off putting to be asked for more of a tip. Due to this unprofessional and uncomfortable situation I will no longer be returning here. read more

There are two ladies, maybe 3 that work here. One, Sophia, I've been seeing for a year even when she worked elsewhere. She's amazing at knowing how to adjust her technique to what her customer likes or needs. She's well trained but also seems sort of a natural at massage, and she delights in making her customer happy. Last time I went, Sophia was busy, but her co-worker Judy took me. Judy was every bit as skilled as Sophia, and despite not having seen me before, took some directions and gave another wonderful experience. Next time, I won't know who to ask for!
