This was the craziest massage experience of my life. I called in advance because I wanted to take a group of 4 to get massages at the same time. I found this place through a Groupon and she mentioned the Groupon when I called and she said it was fine for all 4 of us to come at the same time. So she called me on Saturday to confirm and she said that we would have to go 2 at a time and I said that was ok. When we arrived she said that someone would be there to assist the other 2 guests in 10 minute so we went ahead with the appointment. I was startled to see that all the beds were in individual rooms since I assumed we would be in a couples massage setting, but I went along with it. The bed had this thin sheet the size of the bed that was used to cover my body. I was pretty cold under this but went with it. The atmosphere was not spa like at all. There was no aromatherapy or relaxing music, but I knew this was a low cost experience so I wasn't about to complain. The owner confirmed that everything was clean, but I noticed pieces of hair in face hole. I pulled them off and attempted to get comfortable. The owner began my massage and explained to me the difference between a Swedish massage which is basically a back rub and a deep tissue which was $10. I was a little annoyed but I kept the Swedish massage pressure. The massage was ok but it was essentially just hear rubbing a nondescript oil on me. Near the end of my massage I began to hear the other guest I arrive with ask the owner for their money back. She had answered the phone and left the room several times during the massage which was aggravating. I also heard another customers voice banging on the doosr and getting angry at the owner. She came back to try to complete my massage and explain to me that we need to go two at a time. I said ok but that point it was too late and the lack of communication disturbed my other guests to the point that they didn't want to move forward with the massage. The other disgruntled customer was still banging on my door so I got dressed because at that point I was no longer in a calm state. After a back and forth with the owner she did provide my other two guest their money back, and she gave a free massage coupon to the other party. She had overbooked herself and she was understaffed. Outside of that disturbing experience, I still wouldn't return. Pay a couple more dollars and go to a legit spa! Even the nondescript oil begin to irritate me and my other guests skin soon after the massage. It was a nightmare.

This place is amazing! WES, the owner, puts your mind at ease while helping you maintain overall wellness. There suite is in the heart of Suwanee. They have a multitude of services such as colonics, foot detox, massages as well as many others. This is a MUST STOP whenever! You won't regret your visit! Tell Wes I said Hey!

    Spa-like atmosphere at Oasis.

I had a hydrotherapy service at this location and it was surprisingly relaxing. My holistic counselor was very impressed at my level of comfort. I am a vegetarian and regularly detox, so I was more than excited about the service. This facility is very inviting. The decor is spa-like and puts you in a relaxed state of mind.

That water was clear when I started.

We walked in for massages and they told us "no." It was very confusing and they were extremely rude to us.

Wasted my time and money. Been here twice and was very disappointed each time with the massages.

Massage was good. But they asked 20 dollar for tips. Is it too expensive for 60 dollar massage?

    Spring Massage

My last review of Spring Massage was over 9 years ago, and that's how long I've been coming here…read more It continues to amaze me that over the years, they've maintained the quality of their massages and listened to customer feedback to make improvements. I pretty much exclusively get foot massages because I have severe psoriasis and I'm really self conscious. The massage therapists here are extremely understanding of my health issues and my decreased mobility over the years. They always make it comfortable and welcoming for me and are mindful of my autoimmune flareups. Some days I can't move properly, have zero mobility in my hands, and they accommodate me and help me move a bit better. Some days I scratch myself silly and it looks like terrifying, but they still help me find peace by putting the lotion on my calves and loosen up the muscles. I always add CBD (additional $10) but it helps calm my skin down a lot and it's great for my rheumatoid arthritis flareups. The quality and care Spring Massage delivers is comparable to those of high end "spas" without the hefty price tag. The prices are more than reasonable, their massage therapists are incredibly skilled and are willing to listen to your needs. I overheard another customer who came here for a pregnancy massage, and she had a few special requests. The owners listened and made sure they understood her completely before setting her up with a massage therapist. If you're looking for relaxing self care session that won't break the bank and walk away feeling like you're ready to face reality again, I highly recommend coming here to check it out for yourself. It's not a luxurious spa with all the fancy amenities. It's a small treat that's affordable enough to work it into a proper consistent self care routine.

Went in at 3/20/26 and was very disappointed…read more First things first - the light in the rooms is way brighter than in the normal massage places. It does not feel like a very low, dimly lit room, you can close your eyes and relax. After a while, you can definitely feel it in your eyes, especially when they turn you over. Second, the massage lady kept taking calls and getting appointments set up - TWICE. While making a first call, she just used one hand to massage my neck and the second time she actually walked out of the room to take a call and talk to another masseuse. She did apologize and gave me an extra 10 minutes, which is why I am giving 2 stars instead of 1. Third, the technique was questionable. By all means, I am not a licensed in any of the massage techniques, but im sure stepping on someone's spine directly is a safe technique for relaxation. The room that I was shown had one of those bars on top of the bed so you can do thai-massage like technique where they step on the back to relieve pressure. Not only did this lady put her whole bodyweight on top of me (and im 6 foot 250 lbs guy, I can handle weight), but she was definitely stepping on my spine area, making the whole experience really nervous and unsettling. The thing about stepping on my back is that she really did not ask me if it is okay for her to step on my back. Luckily, I'm not one of those people who have medical conditions or rods in my spine or anything like that. But imagine if I were - this could have gone really bad. I feel like the price is fair but unfortunately, I don't see myself returning to this place.

The massage parlor was amazing with greet staff. Super friendly! I would visit this establishment…read moreagain whenever I'm in the area.
