Eventually, I was led to the massage room in the back corner where the foot massage chairs were along with a body massage table. They had to move items around as they used one chair for naps and the other had towels and some boxes stacked on it. I guess they don't get many foot massage customers even though they have photos of the chairs on their website. The massage was good and it was nice to stay in the same room for both parts of my visit. Several weeks later I called and attempted to make an appointment with Eva, I was told she no longer worked there. The lady that answered the phone was a little rude so I opted to go elsewhere that day. On another day I stopped in to see if they had anyone new to replace Eva however I found Eva sitting on the couch in the lobby when I walked in. She had no idea why her coworker had told me she didn't work there anymore. At the time she was waiting for an appointment to come in and she was the only one working so I had to go elsewhere that day as well. The following week I returned, Eva was available and I requested a 90-minute combo. She began to show me to a regular body massage room. I told her I would like the foot massage in a foot massage chair, she informed me that the room was not available but then went to the room opened the door, and began having a conversation with someone inside. Turns out her coworker was sick and laying down in a foot massage chair. Her coworker also had an appointment coming in that Eva had to take so now they were not available to give me a massage at all. That made 3 attempts in a row they were not available, I have not returned since. I pass by this place often but the open sign seems to be turned off in the evenings long before the posted closed time. They have also been removed from Google Maps.

The therapist began to massage body with the sheet on, which is typical, to prep your body for massge, but since I was doing a 30 Min massge and I already had a table shower this step could be skipped. It's my experience that the therapist is there to take care of you, not to perform a routine that they do on every client. My comment was the beginning, After that she spent time massaging my back.
