The front desk lady ended up coming back and giving me a massage. She put her phone next to my feet and was texting and answering calls while giving me my massage with ONLY one hand. The phone was vibrating and she was talking loudly throughout the entire time disturbing not just me but everyone in the room. My brother was with me and he didn't get person until 20 minutes after me and ended up walking out very shortly after me meaning his massage was cut short. It was most unrelaxing experience. I usually get my foot massages up the street at H massage, but they are always booked now & have this new guy that doesn't know how to massage feet. I won't say his name but i can't keep chancing on going there and getting him. Bad for business !! So the last time i was on my way there I passed Massage Natural Spa, I was going to stop, but i don't do good with change lol, so i continued to my usual spot. and BOOM ! i got the horrible dude again & that was my last time going there lmaoooo. So today I decided to try Massage Natural Spa. I did a walk in, there was no wait, and i was seated immediately. It is very quiet when you walk in and the staff at the front desk greet you with a smile. The foot massages are done in a room with 20+ Chairs, this must be their foot massage room. I got a 1 hour foot massage and it was $35. My leggings were too tight to pull up and the massage therapist offered me a little massage skirt lmaooo (thank you). My foot massage was so relaxing, pressure was perfect, and the atmosphere was wonderful. There is a small parking lot. and prices are mid to low compared to other massage parlors. I had a really mediocre massage experience here after trying it on the recommendation of a buddy who had a good experience. We got there right after opening and they clearly had the heat off over night. We each get into our room and it is absolutely freezing. The lady massaging me couldn't understand me and, every time I asked if they could make it hotter, she told me she would rub HARDER. Finally I grabbed her hand and she yelped, "So Cold!" I said, "Exactly what I've been saying!" She put a blanket over me then but with all the sheets and blankets I really couldn't feel the massage anymore. When I left they told me I really shouldn't come so early as they aren't ready. (Maybe don't open then if you aren't ready ?) Back to HMassage for me. That place never fails. read more

I've been to Treat Your Feet twice now and I would definitely consider myself a fan. I've become slightly well versed in the foot massage offerings on Buford Hwy and this is certainly a solid choice. First of all, the chairs are gigantic. Pretty sure three of me could sit in each one, and therefore they're a little uncomfortable. I feel like I have to scootch down in order for the masseuse to be able to reach my feet and it leaves my neck and shoulders at a not-awesome angle. Also, since there are more chairs crammed in to the space it seems a bit less serene than other spots. However, the benefit to the number of staff is that you rarely have to wait, no matter the hour. Major bonus for that. My massages here have always been very strong, even to the point of a little bit painful. This is most noticeable in the neck/shoulder/face portion of the massage, when on my last visit things got downright uncomfortable. While I heart Treat Your Feet when looking for a mini-splurge, I gotta say I'm really looking forward to booking an appointment at a "real" massage spot soon. There's just no comparison. read more

I have been here twice and both times they were cold and unwelcoming. I decided to give them a second chance because anyone can have a bad day. When I first walked in, the lady at the desk just got up and pointed to the hallway and led me to the room without smiling or greeting me at all. The masseuse probably didn't speak 5 words the entire session. Her massage itself was ok, not that bad but not that great, but she did not acknowledge anything I said. I pointed out a particular spot on my shoulder and another on my calf that I wanted extra work on, as well as to go easy over one of my kidneys. She ignored all of that - barely even touching my legs. When I was finished and walking out, the lady at the desk never said thank you or goodbye or anything. Just stoic and unfriendly. My second visit was pretty much the same. There are at least six massage studios in/around that same block of Buford Hwy, plus at least four more within a five minute drive, that I have been to and all are friendly and warm and with better service. Natural Spa Massage (formerly Treat Your Feet inside the Perimeter) is an amazing find. They moved from a small strip mall located near a Mexican Restaurant to a stand alone building near Chamblee-Tucker Rd and Family Dollar. The foot massage includes foot soak, foot and lower leg massage with oils, hot stones, and hot towels. During the foot soak, shoulders, neck, head, and face are massaged. After the foot soak, you flip over in the same chair which converts to a massage bed. Much preferred over other locations where the client has to place their head where the feet once were. Once you flip on your stomach, the masseuse massages the back of your legs and back with accupressure massage. When I initially started going to this massage place, I had issues with my back. I had gone to a chiropractor for months, only to have the pain move from upper to mid-back. After 2-3 visits, my chronic back pain were a thing of the past. Now, I return when I feel mild discomfort. Another reviewer mentioned how the parlor resembles some type of opium establishment. I've never been to a place where opium is sold, but the lights are dimly lit to promote relaxation and calm. There is relaxation music played through speakers. If you need more, they offer 1/2 body and 1/2 foot massage, 1 hour of each, and 1 hour body. I've done them all and all are worth the money and provide great value. I find that it's best to call for an appointment, but not required. I have run into a few instances where I scheduled an appointment and everyone appeared to show up at the same time. My appointment helped me avoid a long wait. If someone does a great job, I'm always sure to tip. I also ask for a name so that I can have the same masseuse next time. Everyone that I have referred to Natural Spa loves it. I had no idea their old location was called Treat Your Feet Massage near the Bangladesh grocery market. If I knew they moved over here and changed their name, I would've NEVER tried them out... again because I did once at their old location and it was awkward and horrible just like at this new location as well. I only went here because my friend begged us to try this spot out, but on a serious note, go to Harmony Massage & Spa off of Chamblee Tucker Road. They're extremely nice and professional. An hour foot massage is $25. An hour and a half foot massage is $30. You can't beat that. But continuing my story... My friends and I (us four girls) got foot massages. First of all, the lights were on bright as hell. I could not relax whatsoever even when my eyes were completely shut. The gentleman that worked on me kept putting my hands and fingers near his belly. So... awkward... The worse part of all was the owner or manager or whoever she was at the front desk, was LOUD AS HELL. Not to mention she continuously came in and out of our room and kept SHUTTING THE DOORS while bumping my chair at LEAST 5 times. I was praying to Jesus at that exact moment for me not to lose control on her. I also sat right next to a door that was apparently connected to a body massage room and the guys that worked there kept coming in and out, slamming the hell out of THAT door now, as if my ears were not right there and as if it wasn't suppose to be a quiet and relaxing massage place, but a nightclub's restroom door. Don't get me started on the awkward as hell flip-over-on-your-stomach full back massage you get. Some people may like that but I asked for a foot massage, why are you massaging my back more than my feet? Oh and while he was massaging my back, he kept pushing my body down on the chair and I swear every push he did, the closer a fart was going to come out because he was pushing me down that chair like his life depended on it. At that moment, I felt like he wanted me to become one with the chair. Like my life purpose was to be smushed into that chair. I don't know. It was weird as hell. This place was horrible! They claimed that they didn't close until 10:00 p.m. My family and I arrived there at 8:30 and noticed that the closing time posted on the door was at 9:00 p.m so we asked if we were able to get a massage. The receptionist said that they closed at 10:00 p.m and showed us to our seats. The massage was very quick and when we were done, a lady rushed us out to the back door (through the ally way). We were all confused while the workers quickly got into their cars and left without an explanation of why we exited out the very back door. While one of my family members was paying, they told her that they actually closed at 9:00 and not at 10:00. They should not to taken us in if they closed so soon. I'm an once and a while customer to their store prior to the change of location, Treat Your Feet, and I do tend to spa hop to different companies in search of a good massage therapist. I did found a few; however, they're usually off or preoccupied when I request for them. Alan would be my go-to for this new place. Not only is he receptive to my injuries and every twitch my body produces (reason: I'm somewhat ticklish), he makes sure to ask every now and then for my satisfaction based on the current pressure. Did a full hour, too, so that's a plus. I rated this a five star based on the person I've received tonight. I'm not sure for the other staffs, but I'm keen on sticking to one person. read more

I would like to point out first that a foot massage here is $30 for an hour. Although it says "spa" in their name, do not come here and expect a full luxury spa environment like experience. However, you can still get a great massage for $30! With a foot massage, they do also massage your scalp, shoulder, hands, and back a little. They also have a frequent card where you get a free foot massage during your 10th visit! I have been coming here for a couple of years. I usually stick with one person and call ahead for her, and she does a great job every single time. She never shortcut anything, and I'm usually the last customer of the night. However, she's no longer there. I've continued going as a walk-in lately though, and it has been a hit or miss. I came in this evening and didn't get the greatest massage. The massage therapist wasn't really focusing. She didn't really put any pressure. It just felt like she was applying oil to moisturize me. The massage therapists there were quite chatty and giggling the entire time. I put on my earbuds to listen to my own relaxing music, and I can still hear them. During the hand and arm session of the massage, she basically just tapped and glided through my hands for a few seconds. I really wanted a hand massage, so at the end of my hour massage, I requested an extra 10 minutes to focus on my hands. I shouldn't have asked for that 10 extra minutes though, since she didn't really put effort the past hour. As soon as I checked into this place on 4sq one of my guy friends texted me "Really?" And to that, I would counter with, "Yes, really!". Obviously he hasn't had the experience of Treat Your Feet himself. Someone massaging your feet for an hour for $25 is a bargain and it feels great. You start off with ten minutes of your feet in a wooden bucket listening to various women talking about whatever. Then you get a 40 minute foot rub that waffles in intensity between the touch of a feather and an alligator bite. I told my masseuse to calm down the alligator bite to a iguana level and she was cool with it. I never understand why people complain about intensity. If it's too hard just tell them, they won't stab you with a samurai sword or anything. They used a ton of oil during the massage, but wiped most of it away at the end so I didn't slide around on my luxurious leather seats on my way home. The final 10 minutes ends with the strangest massage I've ever had. It starts with a scalp massage (ahhhh), then a face massage that felt like they were making my face look weird for fun, then a couple of fingers in my ears (ummm?), then an eye poke for good measure. It's kind of wacky but I liked most of it. At the end, for $25 plus $10 tip I thought an hour of relaxation was well worth the cost. Since the closing of my favored Foot Massage Jian Zu Feng (right as I had a filled buy-nine-get-the-tenth-free card, too), I've been coming to Treat Your Feet for my foot massages. If you're familiar with the setup, it's your standard fare--10 minute foot soak, 40 minute foot and leg massage, and 10 minute head, neck, shoulders and arms. Contrary to some of the other foot massage places on Buford Highway, the head, neck, and shoulder portion is performed while you're fully reclined, so there's no undue pressure on your lower back. The nice part that differentiates Treat Your Feet from some of the other places, however, is that, despite the small space, there's over 10 (close to 14 or 16, actually) chairs for massages, and there's frequently plenty of staff to address the customers. read more

*Update: My wife was treated for body lice/scabies... Not bed bugs. Also, the response from the owner is not accurate! He did not call the health department, WE did! The health department didn't go out there until Tues afternoon ( my wife got the parasites from here on Fri evening), so the establishment had a chance to clean/hide any evidence. If you want BEDBUGS crawling under your skin...I highly recommend this place...GROSS! I took my wife to treat your feet because she had been watching the kids for four days while I was out of town. Within one hour of leaving she had BED BUGS CRAWLING ALL OVER HER BODY! She came home and we had to get the house sanitized and ended up spending several thousand dollars$$$$ to make sure we did not infest the house. The WORST PART is that I called up their very politely and told them that they needed to close or clean right away and explained the story. They kept the place open, i know this because I had to drive by to go to a CVS and I could not believe it!! I believe they need to close right away and am seeking legal action to get repaid for cleaning an medical expenses at this point. I tried being very nice and they kept hanging up on me because they knew they had a problem. First of all I am a Asian Massage Hobbyist with a particular addiction to foot massage. So when ever I am travelling one of the first things I do is search for a good Asian massage establishment. While visiting Atlanta for a few days, I found Treat Your Feet on yelp. I was elated to read so many excellent reviews for Treat your Feet, so I immediately sought out the place to try a foot massage. The location is in a small plaza with an ample amount parking. As you walk in, you will notice this is a busy establishment, I believe they have at least 10 masseuses here of both genders . Everyone whom I encountered was very courteous and friendly. The interior is a dark dimly lit place perfect for relaxation or some shut eye during treatment. There is a large flat screen TV to the right in the front. The price for a 1 hour foot massage is unbelievably 25$ unless you upgrade to use the ginger oil for 30$, I chose the 30$ option. Lucy was the masseuse assigned to me and she put me into a heavenly cloud with my food massage. Lucy was very personable and attentive to what pressure was most comfortable for me. My legs and feet were massaged to perfection, close to the end she used some kind of rubber hammer to hammer my calves. Once that was done she used hot stones and stroked them up and down my legs, which was very therapeutic. When my legs were done she moved behind the chair and proceeded to give me a face and shoulder massage. When the session was done I could barely stand, I wanted to curl up and go into deep sleep. I came back the next day and had another girl who was just as good and friendly, but I cannot recall her name. I had to go back to South Florida the next day, being I was only in Atlanta for 3 days. The room is flanked with two rows of huge plush armchairs and ottomans. You're offered a cup of green tea or water upon arrival then guided over to one of those colossal chairs to sink into. I was looking up massages on yelp and this place was one of the top choices. It was 9 pm when I decided to call this place to see if my boyfriend and I could still come in for an hour foot massage. They said they are still able to accommodate us even though they close at 10 pm. The prices were very cheap. We got the 1 hour foot massage - $30. It wasn't just a foot massage though, they did back, shoulders and head. As we went on to our chairs, they asked if we wanted the half foot and half full body massage (which is more expensive than just foot massage). I think they were possibly trying to get us to pay more for the other option. Let me tell you how the whole procedure went. They first soak your feet for about 10 minutes as they rub your head. They then massage your feet for about 20-30 minutes (with 10 min hot stone). After that, they ask you to lie on your back and do some back rub. The whole time, these masseuses talk to each other in chinese so it's so hard to relax!! They kept asking if I was Chinese too, I guess trying to see if I would understand what they were talking about or not. It just felt like they were talking about their clients the whole time they give you the massage. Overall, I would say it was worth it to do this just because it was $30. This was a very interesting experience. Upon arrival we stated we had an appointment and said our name, the acknowledge that we did. Unfortunately, it was only after the massage that we realized our appointment was at a different treat your feet, the one otp. They should of been honest with us that we didn't have an appointment. As customer this was upsetting. This location was mediocre. The massage was good, but the place was a little dirty. My wife complained that her massage was too forceful. And the guy giving her the massage kept coughing / burping (which was really gross) We were suppose to receive only a 30 minute massage, somehow that turned into an hour. I have a physically and mentally demanding job. So relaxing is a definite must. The ambiance is great at this place. The lighting is dim, the music is set at the correct volume, and the TV is there but it is on mute. The body and foot massage (given by Eric) were better than all day spas I've been to in Atlanta! This experience was great! The most telling part of the whole experience happened as I was leaving because it started pouring. I walked to the door, debated if I should make a break for it, or wait to see if the rain would stop. Before I had a chance to make up my mind, Eric (the masseuse) came to the door, grabbed an umbrella, and actually walked with me to my car so I didn't get soaked! I ended up here as a second choice actually. I started at Royal Foot spa my usual place. But once again they were all booked up for several hours. So I decided to try a different place. Wow oh wow was I happy once I got here. It is right past Royal Foot Spa. Customer service was great as was the massage. I got the $30 vip foot rub that has ginger massage oil. They also do hot stone on you to. Also I had no wait at all. I also like that they have a good bit of males there working. I prefer the strong touch of a male over most females. They were younger and more attractive then most other reflexology places to which also helps:) Only suggestion for improvements here would be to not have tv on. I was relaxed cause I couldn't hear it but also just don't find tvs relaxing in general. read more

I usually believe that if something seems too good to be true, then it probably is, but the foot massages here are just that good. When you walk in, you will be greeted with dim lighting, soft music, comfortable temperatures, and hot tea. Cozy up in one of the oversized chairs and prepare for bliss. I would compare the way I felt at the end of the hour to the way I would feel if I spent a 60 minute yoga class in savasana. I like moderate pressure, and without saying anything, that's what I got. He also didn't do too much "chopping" with his hands, which I totally appreciated because I don't get anything out of that. There is something totally euphoric about the neck and head massage, which is saying something because I normally get uncomfortable when someone touches my face. There is a bit of a language barrier, but I feel certain that you could communicate effectively if you don't like something that the guy or gal is doing. If you've never had a foot massage before, then my advice is to go into it with no expectations. I'm on a mission to get my mom here because I know that she would love it. Went because a co-worker ranted and raved about the place. Walked in and I was taken to a seat. No one really explained how the process worked so needless to say I was shocked I got soo much done for $30. I kept getting up assuming the massage was over when it wasn't. You get head/neck/arm massage while your feet soak and then the foot/leg massage. THEN a light back massage! I'm not sure if it's always dark in there, it may have been just because I walked in at 8 pm but either way it was soothing.Very quiet even though they were busy (on a Monday) Only reason I have 4 stars instead of 5 is because I wasn't offered tea upon arrival. Very disappointing experience today. We went to break up our day and relax, but we had anything but a relaxing experience. The "massage experts" seemed very hurried and cut our 1 hour foot massage over 10 minutes short. The actual foot massage wasn't that great, however, I would consider coming back to try a different person. BUT, I will NOT return here for quite some time due to the fact that the owner is putting in a nail salon next door and isn't concerned at all with how that affects the massage clients. As we tried to relax, even shut our eyes and dose off a moment here and there... we were abruptly interrupted with extremely loud banging, sawing, drilling and construction etc noise from next door. It wasn't just a few minutes either... It was for our entire "47 minute foot massage." When we asked if we could be moved into a different room, we were told the owner was going to ask them to try to be more quite. Construction is Construction and there isn't a quite way to do it. The front desk personnel was not apologetic about all the noise and the not so enjoyable experience, did not offer any comps etc for us to come back and said that the construction would be going on for another 6 weeks. I have been to this place twice now and I have to say that even though I am no foot massage connoisseur, this place really helped me out with some issues I am having with my feet at the present time. Both visits have been around 5 pm on a week night after work, and although there were plenty of other customers there both times, I walked right in and was immediately served. You start out with a hot water soak with 'some medicine' for about 10-15 minutes (or longer if there is not a staff member to start your massage right away). That is followed by about 40 minutes of foot and lower-leg work. The last 20 minutes focuses on some reflexology and massage techniques to your face (yeah, OUCH!), head, neck, shoulders, and arms. On my first visit, the face portion was extremely painful and the head/arm/neck/shoulder bit didn't do much for me. On my second visit I asked for all foot and leg and was much more pleased with the massage. The chairs there aren't extremely comfortable if you have a short sitting depth (butt to posterior knee crease) as they are quite deep but they are not awful... You just have to slide forward on the seat and then lay waaaaaay back (not a bad thing!) The music playing in the background is a somewhat bad version of Muzak. But then there is the TV.... On my visit this evening, the TV was set on what appeared to be Hispanic News. The images on the screen were that of a dead, bloated body floating in some body of water somewhere and the local police wading into the water with family members to identify the body and the subsequent emotional breakdown that followed. NOT what I want to see on the news or when I am having a massage! So the tele can be a bit of a distraction. As for the actual foot massage, on my first visit I felt I got a pretty good rub down. However, after a second visit, I realized that the massage given on the first visit was too soft and didn't really get down in there and work the tissues well. The second massage really did the trick, although it was a bit painful at times. No pain no gain right. (??) I was very happy with skipping the upper body work tonight and just focusing on the feet and legs. Oh... and you can't beat the price! $25/hour. Sweet. No funny business there despite the fact that on the first visit, the overly friendly gal that massaged my boyfriend's feet looked as though she was working over a giant ummmmm.....male organ. If I could give this place no stars I would!! They knocked Off the name of treat your feet. I was taking my husband to an hour massage and we showed up at this place (the NICE correct place is 1 mike away but we did not know). They acted like we had a massage and took him right back. The place was very sketchy. Smelled terrible. I never would have gone back. I kept asking if this was treat your feet, associated with the other locations and the front desk lady kept saying yes. When I asked her if they would honor our gift card she finally admitted that no, that is a different place. The correct location said they steal Business all the time, act like you're at the right place until they get you back there and start massage. I'm so furious. I demanded to get my husband out and his massage had already started and he felt awkward so decided to finish. This place is gross. Please make sure you're in the right location. They should be shut down for stealing a nAme and business. read more

Been coming here for years for foot massages, worst experience today we have ever had. It was burning up in the massage area. Husband told the lady it was hot in there several times but nothing was done about it. Then people were coming in and out of the body massage room, turning the lights off and on, reckless chatter, the environment was not relaxing at all. My massous didnt talk to me at all, didnt even speak to me. Had his ear buds in the whole time. We didnt even finish our massages, we still paid and left. Told the manager and her reaction was like oh well. After years if going here, doubtful we will be back now. Sucha shame. read more

Check their website for discount coupons, print out one per person. People keep posting $25.00 for one hour, I have always paid $30.00 unless it's before 3 pm Monday thru Friday WITH a coupon. Either way they do it right in a clean and relaxing atmosphere. Next time I may try a massage as they do the feet & neck wonderfully during the one hour deal. read more

I've been to this place quite a few times and haven't ever gotten a bad massage. The people there have been great, but there has been one lady working there that just talked and talked and talked! The atmosphere is my biggest complaint here. It's dim, but still pretty well lit and the set up is horrendous. First, you walk in and in order to go to the counter you actually walk past rows of people getting feet massages. Then they show you to your seat. The seats are comfortable, but it reminds me of a very old, used armchair you would find at maybe a nursing home. There is a big screen TV right in front, so its hard to get into that spa mind set with all of this going on. read more
