During a massage at a place like this it's common for them to "brush against" certain body parts while massaging your thighs. I'm a guy so I don't really mind it and I know some of them probably do it in the hopes of a larger tip but she was doing it enough to make it obvious that it was on purpose and attempting to get me aroused. When we arrived, there was no receptionist. We had to look around for someone to check us in at 2:57. Two ladies left their clients to greet us. We were informed that they were only expecting one person. We were checked in and led to a room. By this time, it was 3:10. We were told to allow them 15 minutes to finish with their current clients. We waited 25 minutes and they still were not ready. We had to leave without our massage to get to our dinner in time. While I was there, I noticed a pot of lotion, where it seemed pretty clear to me that they used it on other clients, which is unsanitary. It's called double dipping and has other clients skin cells in it. There's no way to know what body part they would use that lotion on. They could be spreading athletes feet, among other things.

We were put into a room. My Masseuse left the room for 10 mins and a different person came and finished my massage. The person massaging my wife left the room a total of 5 times. So we're touching our phones and then massaging our face...I know she didn't have anyone up front but thats not our problem, we paid for a service and we are being short changed. so we missed sections of massages due to our masseuses coming and going, leaving the door open with our bodies exposes. all said in done when it came time to pay the person in charged pressured us for tips asking how much of a tip we wanted to leave, and giving us her suggestion of $20 each.
