The massage was not the best nor the worst I've had. I asked for a Swedish which is supposed to be relaxing. The therapist kept putting too much pressure and I kept having to ask her to decrease the pressure. I think she called me a baby or something to that effect. I wasn't offended. When I got to the counter to pay, she made sure that I left a tip. I didn't feel like the Service deserved a tip. She insisted I leave a tip. She would not provide a receipt without a tip. I did not appreciate that at all. I tip based on services that I feel have been rendered. Needless to say, I will never return. I was very stressed out and needed to relax, and this place didn't help. read more

Cute massage place! My best friends husband booked a couples massage for me and her as part of her birthday gift. We arrived about 15 minutes early for our 10:30am appointment and was greeted when we walked in. The waiting area is very clean and has a relaxing feel. We were given a form to fill out with our information and a questionnaire on any trouble areas or areas to avoid. I don't think they really review this however because they still massaged our heads despite us putting it on the form. Which by the way I'm glad they did go ahead abs do it because it was very nice! I've been to massage chains before and hated when they would massage my head as the lotions they use for your body make your hair greasy. Not here! They clean their hands so your hair is not greasy. We were taken to a room with 2 massage beds and asked to remove all clothing except our underwear and lay on the bed with the cover over our bodies. The rooms were cold however the beds were warm! After we were ready they came in and asked what pressure for the massage then it began. My masseuse was amazing! I'm a bit sore today however she got all my kinks out and they say that you know it's a good massage when you're sore after. During the massage they would check to ensure the pressure was ok and that the bed was warm enough. They use hot oil on your body for the massage but don't worry because they will place hot towels on your back and legs and wipe the oil off when done. The oil was nice as opposed to other places that use lotions because it is warm and soothing as well as made my body feel incredibly moisturized. Our massage was an hour and very enjoyable. It also includes hot stones which is never had before and have to say was a nice touch. We agreed that this will be a new tradition that we will do when I come to visit. And this coming from my friend that was very skeptical of the massage since she had never been. I also thought $120 for the couples massage was very reasonable. Highly recommend. Very professional and you will leave feeling refreshed. read more

This was my first getting a massage, the lady Cindy was great. But my one disappointment was I didn't realize they charge a $2.00 fee for using your card! I got a massage here after a trip where I drove for 4+ hours. When I went in my sore spots were neck/shoulders & hip area. I got an hour massage with coconut oil and hot stone. I used to recommend this place to lots of locals, but recently due to my most recent experience, I will be going somewhere else. First of all, I had a 90 minute deep tissue massage. The massage started late, and ended early. The pressure was firm, but not deep in my opinion... I then went to pay. I tipped, and the woman immediately stated to her coworker in a language I do not understand, but am pretty sure it wasn't really nice...because the coworker then immediately told me to tip 20%. Yes...I was TOLD to tip 20%. This has never happened to me before. I've been multiple times. I asked if this was new?... She then got pretty sarcastic and rude. Said "do you feel good? Don't you feel good?" It was the rudest interaction I've had in a while. Will not return. Will not recommend. And also, if you want a good tip, do the full time, and the correct pressure. I started going to Cozy Massage in Buford about 3 months after it opened in May 2017. Until recently when I moved to Florida from Georgia I went to Cozy at least once a week for a massage. Every massage I received over that time, which was over 150 massages I never once received a bad one. Every lady was Professional, the communication was understandable and the massages were always of the best quality one could receive. The place is always clean and during COVID-19 they make sure that they keep the place sanitized, disinfected and wear masks all the time. Like I had said TOTALLY PROFESSIONAL. I would recommend Cozy to anyone who for anyone of their services. I also loved the foot massages. Too bad I can not find a Cozy Massage like the one in Buford here in Florida. This is a hidden gem. $60/hr for any type of massage. I have gone here two times. Both times it was last minute and I was in extreme pain with my back. Both times they helped me tremendously. Last time I had Aida. Very personable. This is my go to massage place. They only thing I don't really like is the give you about a quarter of a sheet to cover up with. I wish they would give you a whole blanket to cover up with. I am a size 12 and it barely covered me up. read more

I've had hundreds of massages - get at least 2 per month. This one was different from most. For the most part, it was very relaxing. It was supposed to be deep tissue with hot stones. There was very little work on knots and not much firm pressure. She moved very quickly and kind of all over my back, not really on my muscles. She used the hot stones all over very quickly even hitting the back of my head as she went up and down my back with tons of oil. I specifically told them that I had a very tight neck that was giving me headaches. She rubbed the left side of my neck for all of 3 or 4 minutes. It felt like she was trying to get the whole body massage in within an hour rather than focusing on the areas of concern. She never even massaged my feet at all and zipped through the leg massage at lightning speed. She did the front side of my massage in about 8 minutes or less. The massage was very jerky and fast. The best part of the massage was truly the face and head massage which was actually very relaxing at the end. read more
