I have been a customer of Hong's massage in Buford for over 2 years. I have never left without receiving the best massage that they have to offer. Each masseuse delivers a high level of performance and professionalism. Their prices are unbeatable! When you go, tell Mr. Wei that Pam sent you! I have been getting fantastic massages at Hong's every six weeks for seven years. You pay for massages in a clean and safe environment and not a bunch of fancy surroundings. During my visits I have had several different and talented masseuses, all delivering excellent massages! I have never been disappointed. read more

I visited hongs massage in buford. They offer a weekly special of 60 min massage for $50 Mon-Thurs, before 2pm. I opted for the table shower and the massage for $70. They didn't tell me that they shorten your massage time based on time it takes for the table shower fir the $70 priced point. I opted to pay full price for both. My cost was $80. They use a massage table for the table shower, as opposed to actual table shower table, which I prefer. May (my therapist), did a very nice job with the shower. Keep in mind your private parts are covered during this process. The massage was ok. Meaning, it was not a traditional Swedish massage, which uses long flowing stokes such as effleurage and Petrissage. Many therapist like to use knuckles, arms and elbow. I ask her to use her hands and she was kind to adjust. If you want a safe environment to get a massage without the funny business. This is a great place to go. Prices are reasonable. They do charge $10 for a traditional self shower and $20 for table shower. Other locations offer self shower service complementary. Total Health Spa about a half mile from Hongs massage in Buford has a very nice self shower (free) and they offer similar massage services, with no funny business. I tip generously because I want a good experience and people will remember you if you return. Try them out and reference my review if you stop by. read more

This is one of my favorite places for massage therapy. Yes, it's not fancy with online appointments, no tea/wine offerings etc. I go just for the massage and even though they have specials i never seem to need one during the special period My favorite therapist is Grace and I always make sure to ask for her. I should know by now to return when she's working because when i receive the massage from someone other than her, they're either not applying enough pressure or applying too much pressure and I have to crab walk for the next few days due to the pain. They have a punch card for frequent customers even though i lost mine right before i got the last hole but whatever. Hongs is a no-nonsense massage spot worth checking out imo. read more

Alice gave me a wonderful 90 min body massage. I give four stars because I asked for 90 min combo and I think the only option given to me over the phone was full body massage. Maybe there was a language barrier but I still don't know how much it is for a 90 min foot/full body combo. read more

I've been here over a year ago and didn't return. I was in the area and wanted a 30 minute foot massage. Since I couldn't remember why I never returned, I decided to try them again. Well, now I definitely know I will not be back. The 30 minute service was approximately 25 minutes. I asked for deep pressure and she replied it would be an additional $10. I said "no". She talked most of the time which could've been okay but some of the questions were odd, almost condescending. I let it go and just tried to be kind. Afterwards, as I was paying, I asked for change. Unfortunately, she didn't want to give it and told me they didn't have small bills so I said "fine, I'll pay a generous tip next time". I could tell she didn't like that. She told me to give her all of it and I replied "no". Then, she asked why I couldn't give all of it. The audacity. She continues saying they work hard and she wanted all of it. Wow. If I wanted to give a 25% tip, I would've, but in this instance, I didn't think it was merited. This discussion went on for another 3-5 minutes with me explaining to her the definition of a tip. She went to the back to ask if the others had a change. She came back with the requested change. The mere fact that I had a discussion about how to spend my money and what tip SHE thought I should pay, left a bad taste. I won't be back. read more

Scheduled and paid for a one hour massage that only lasted 45 minutes. They thought I wasn't paying attention to the time but I knew exactly when it started and when it should have ended. The lady who serviced me focused so much on my upper body and didn't get enough time on my lower body and feet. Felt really rushed. read more

New customers beware !!! Don't go here!!! They will take "established" people ahead of you as a newcomer who are 40 minutes late, even if you booked an appointment a week in advance, and they will refuse to refund your money from a gift card. Save yourself some frustration, and go elsewhere. read more

I went back to this place to try it out again and I updated my review from 2 to 4 stars. I took a 2 hour, yes, two hour massage and the lady massaged every aching muscle and it felt great. I will have to admit that 1.5hrs is more than enough and you can tell the masseuse was losing strength and interest as well - can't really blame her either. They aren't as clean and friendly as Total Health Spa (which is epic) but they are a bit cheaper and when you're trying to save and get a good massage, this place is the choice. Glad I went back and tried them again. Great back-up. read more

Highly recommend this place Sophia was amazing. Extremely professional love the music overall definitely worth what you pay for.

We went to this place yesterday and had one of the best massages ever! Hong's is Asian style, so if you don't like strong massages I would go elsewhere. Another thing to note is that Asian massage places are generally more bare bones than day spas, so if you're looking for a place to hang all day, this is not it. The venue was super clean and spacious compared to most Asian massage places. Our masseuses were super friendly and applied the perfect amount of pressure. Good technique too! Finally the pricing was very good. I think they run $45 specials for 60 minutes. We'll definitely be coming back the next time we're in Buford! read more

I went today for a quick 30 minute massage. I was completely impressed with the interior and ambience of the place. My massage was perfection - I was having a shoulder issue and she did a amazing job working it out. I'm so glad that I found this place I will be coming back for a full hour soon. Completely impressed ! read more

Friendly and has a great special before 2pm for $45 hr full body massage! They are always so pleasant and give great massages. I would recommend them to anyone in the area. Usually don't have to book too far in advance! read more

Ask for Jessie ! I've had many massages in many different states and she is one of the best. I will definitely be going back. I asked for something between deep tissue and Swedish and she was perfect. Very attentive. They charge an extra $10 for lotion but their prices are so good it doesn't matter. Thank you Jessie, you're wonderful ps. I got the 2 hour massage and not a minute was wasted. Love love love read more

If there were six stars, I'd award them here. I am from out of town, and booked a massage. I was exhausted and in pain. Wei was my masseuse, and after a few minutes, I asked to extend to 90 minutes. And hot stone. Just delightful. Relaxing, quiet, intuitive. I came away so serene and comfortable. This type of massage is on the deeper tissue side, so be sure to voice your preference. (Loved it, personally.) I get weekly massages at home, so I am accustomed to good massage. Wei is a treasure. Seriously. read more

I have a contract with a massage large massage franchise. I was in a lot pain and could not get a apt. on a Friday afternoon. I called Hongs, walked in 15 minutes later. Deep tissue was great. Less corporate pleasantries. But at the end I was completely pain free. Also! Less expensive than the contract I'm a hostage of. read more

Nice place, nice people but not as professional as I hoped. Multiple times my masseuse left the room to answer the front door and took a business phone call while massaging me. Maybe they were just short staffed but they did not add minutes to my massage from these interruptions. She seemed to be sick & coughed on my body several times which made me less relaxed & afraid of catching a cold. The oils they use are free but if they offer to use the cremes prepare for an up charge. I suspect the foot massage is the way to go. The location is in a nice shopping center, the massage itself is good. Some of the positive reviews on yelp are from the owner. read more

Very nice massage, will be back. I did add the hot stone for an extra $10 and that was not worth it- that part of the massage was very short. read more

Came here on a spur of the moment foot massage for me and my boyfriend and they were able to get us right in. They hit all the pressure points and sure know how to. Do an excellent foot massage!!! read more

They scam you. We got two massages which is $30 each and they charged me $120! They scam and talk crap about you!

BEST PLACE EVER TO GET A MASSAGE!! My massuse, Wei, did an excellent full body massage. He worked out all the kinks in my back and my hands and feet felt so relaxed. Thank you Hongs Massage! read more

Great place to get a massage. It's not a fancy spa but the price is great and location works for me.

My husband and I stopped at Hong's after a long day of shopping. I have been to many Chinese massage establishments and was very happy with the therapist and the quality of the massage. I will definitely be back! read more

Simply amazing. Great customer service! This is my second visit and both times the deep tissue massages were nothing short of brilliant. The setting is very quiet and relaxing. read more

The massage was awesome very well taken care of I felt great afterwards. The table shower is awesome also. They took good care of me. Demanding 20% tip was a turn off though. read more

Um, just no. A massage shouldn't hurt unless you are a professional athlete getting kinks worked out. I had to tell him (there was no female therapist there) twice to use a soft touch. I cringed 90% of the time and couldn't wait until it was over. I guess I don't know understand Chinese massage but it was miserable. Also, I'm sorry but I just thought massage cream/oil/lotion came with a massage!!! He springs it on me 5 minutes into my hour long massage (after I'm already laying down and established) that it's $10 EXTRA for it! Nope, not making this up. I reluctantly said yes. Who wants a dry massage?? They get one star only because the therapist was nice and ask me a several times if I was ok (probably because I was holding my breath & cringing!). I was in major need of a massage and thought it would be nice to indulge while out running errands. They take walk ins and that's why I went there. Sorry, but I felt sick as I was leaving because I'd just waisted $70 ($50 for massage, $10 for OIL! And a $10 tip). read more

I needed a last minute massage and decided to call in last night for a 60 min Swedish massage. I was able to get in 30 minutes after calling. The prices are great and 100% worth every penny for the treatment you receive. My massage therapist was Coco. She gave me one of the best massages I've had. I have already recommended her to my friends & clients. I will be back for sure! read more

They're conveniently located next to my house which is near mall of Georgia and have the lowest prices in town. I always stop by and they accommodate me fairly quickly. One of the best massages I've ever had! Highly recommended! read more

I took my daughter here for a 1 hour massage for $45. First the lady asked if I wanted special lotion. I thought she meant for after her massage, I can buy special lotion? I said no thanks, it's okay, just the massage for her. Well when I came back, I was actually there early but my daughter was already done and sitting in waiting room. It was more like a 50 min massage. Then I go to pay, and she tells me $55! I said, no, it was $45. Well, she used special lotion on my daughter after I said no and that cost an extra $10!!! My daughter then tells me after we leave, that the woman kept leaving the room to answer the phone or to greet someone at the door!!! She also told me the woman was texting at the same time while giving my daughter the massage! To top it off, my daughter told me the massage was not that great because all she did was apply pressure and not actual massage. NEVER AGAIN!! I am so disappointed! read more
