I have no idea why this place has a rating of 4.9 because this place is horrible. I have NEVER EXPERIENCED what I experienced at Zen Massage. My husband and I were put into a hallway room with a curtain on the most uncomfortable spa table ever for a massage. The massage linens and towels are thin and rough. The massage itself was not relaxing and although I paid for an extra service, the service of biotin oil with coconut was never applied. The massage was RUSHED and ROUGH. SO UNCOURTEOUS. I have massages frequently, I would not have my pup massaged here. They also over charged, I asked for a swedish massage and they charged for a lymphatic massage claiming they this is what I said that I wanted. SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICE. Wow! Found this randomly on Google - called at 10:45am on a Sunday and they were able to schedule me for an appointment at 11:30am. Everything is so clean when entering and the customer service was very welcoming. Jessie was my masseuse and was amazing. I can tell she took her time with my body and definitely made sure to hit my target areas. I only booked a 60min Swedish massage but I'll make sure to book a 90min next time. This was my first time visiting Zen Massage. I received a gift certificate for my birthday, March 8, 2025. It was an absolutely wonderful 90 massage!! I added on the CBD oil to enhance the massage and it was a great suggestion by the owner. I can't say enough good things about this place. I was warmly greeted when I first walked in. The different massages were explained to me in detail. The vibe was good. It was clean. The massage room definitely had a zen feel. I give the masseuse an A++++. I even fell asleep for a few minutes. Prices are reasonable and they are very transparent when you're picking out your massage options and telling you exactly times and prices before your massage. I've gone a few times now and have been satisfied every time. We had heard about this place from a friend that they had amazing foot massages. So we went in to do some (4 of us total) and mine was not great at all. The other 3 in my group said they had a pleasant time. 2 of us got the foot massage + shoulder massage, and the other two got a half upper half lower. I was very upset because I wanted a relaxing time but her motions were SO rough. I'm not sure if that's a certain style but I did not fully enjoy my time because I was trying to hold my breath during the back portion. I really wanted to love this place for a go-to quick massage, the other 3 had a great time so I don't think it's a business problem just a masseuse issue. Absolute horrible experience today! Really needed a relaxing foot massage! I've been to this location several times and it started out amazing! But my last three visits have gone from bad to worse! The quality of the massages and the overall experience is severely lacking. On my visit today, I took me and my daughter. I got a foot massage and she received a head to toe massage. We arrived at 5:15 PM, however the massage services didn't start until 5:30 PM. Starting at 5:30 PM, the put our feet in water and then just disappeared for about 10 minutes! All the while we could hear ridiculously loud laughing and talking... Certainly not a relaxing ambience!!! Then one of the ladies comes in and starts working on my daughter... And I sit there another 10 or so minutes waiting for someone to come and start on me! CRICKETS!!!! Then she finally enters, her and the girl are talking nonstop, laughing and just making all sorts of outrageous noises while my daughter and I were trying to relax and possibly enjoy the massage that is about 20 minutes late to start. Now for the actual massage... I do not think that this woman, either of them actually, were licensed in any way! She just literally pushed on my foot, nearly in the same location for 20 minutes! It was the most horrible massage I've ever received! Like... If you intended to give a horrible massage, that would've been better than this! My daughter had the same comments about the other girl that was working on her. My lady kept disappearing for minutes at a time, and imagine my surprise when she said OK you're done, and literally only a total of 38 minutes of my hour massage, was completed! My daughters was a little bit longer because the lady started on her first... So I would say hers was about 45 minutes, but neither of us received the one hour service that we paid for! They have previously been guys there that were pretty good... But this is the second time that I've had this particular woman, and it will be the last because it was an absolutely horrible experience! Save your money... read more

They said yes, but once we got there I saw they closed at 9! I have mixed feelings about my visit here. The people were polite and professional. The pressure they use for a full body massage is very strong. Definitely speak up when they ask about the massage pressure because you will be sore. This is not your normal day spa type of experience where there is relaxing spa music playing and warm eucalyptus or lavender scented products used. The room is private but you can hear the phone ring at the front desk and my masseuse excused herself twice to answer the phone. I could hear other people in the rooms next to me so it was hard to truly relax and zone out. I got the 1 hour massage with a 30 minute foot massage combo. The foot massage at times was painful but strangely good. I don't know much about chakra or pressure points but the intense pain felt like it opened my chakra or something in my brain... strange, I know. I wouldn't consider this a "spa" because there are no spa amenities and it's not somewhere where you can sit and relax. You are literally there for your appointment. The prices here are great compared to a fancier massage facility and considering the length of time. The pricing is what bumped this review up to 3 and not 2 stars. Bottom line, don't expect to be pampered or super relaxed here. Come for the pain, pressure and price! In regards to precautions for COVID-19, they all wear masks and take your temperature before you are allowed in the back rooms. read more

I normally feel pressured to chat with the massage therapist because they make conversation throughout the massage but here, I was able to enjoy the massage in quiet and listen to the relaxing music. Love coming here and love how close to home it is. I went in originally for a foot massage, but they had a promotion that said head to toe massage for the same price, so I went with that instead. (It is not the full body massage where you take your clothes off). They're always so kind and they accept walk-ins. I give this place a 3 star only because although the massages are great, it's hard to relax fully when you can hear everything going on in the front desk and hear the loud customers come in and ask if it's ok for a full body massage even though they just came straight from the gym. Now instead of relaxing, I'm imagining someone how it must feel for someone to massage someone's nasty sweaty body and that makes me cringe a little. I think to get the full relaxation ambience they could possibly add some more sound proof walls, or put up a sign to "PLEASE BE QUIET". If you ever go, ask for Maggie. She's got that strong finger power that gets all the knots while also being very gentle. read more

This place is fantastic! I screw up my back a lot (and have a lot of issues with it in general) and this is honestly one of the best massage places I've been to. Since they're still new it's always been easy to get an appointment, all the staff I've met has been super friendly, and most of all, they listen to you and your body. I got my second body massage a few weeks ago, and had incredible pain in my mid back, and was hoping to just get a little relief. The masseuse asked me what pressure I needed, and when I said I needed really firm pressure on my shoulders and mid back, she really listened, found the issue in my back, and made it possible for me to sit and walk comfortably again. Wow! I have religiously only book with one person to take care of my therapeutic massages for the past few years. I just moved to the area and was looking for a new place as the drive was a bit far for me. I was hesitant at first, but this place did not disappoint! I believe it was Linda who took care of me. Every time she felt a knot, she would keep focusing on that area to smooth it out. She even felt there were more tension on on my left hand and spent more time on that one then my right! I hadn't had a massage in years and have been having so much neck tension and pain in my lower back and hips that I decided at 7 pm on a Saturday night to google the nearest massage therapist. I found Zen and to my surprise found them to be open until 9 pm. I called right away and scheduled an appointment for 7:30! I was going to just get the inexpensive $35 head to toe but after consulting with them in person opted to just get the Full body 1 hour massage. So glad that I did. Do NOT hesitate to call and schedule your appointment immediately. Jennifer gave me the absolute best massage I've ever had IN MY LIFE. As soon as she began I knew right away I had been in a lot more pain and discomfort than I realized. An hour later I floated out of the room on cloud 9 and was so sad that it was over. I cannot express enough how pleased I am with the service, the massage itself, the professionalism and care taken to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Received the foot massage here today and it was EXCELLENT. It's much deeper than what you would receive when you get a pedicure but it was heavenly. The foot massage option ends with about ten min on your back and shoulders and they really take advantage of those ten minutes and get all the knots out. I've battled rather or not I should submit this review, but I can't seem to shake my experience. I'm a long time customer and rarely had issues. A few days ago, my visit was eventful. The woman who normally works the front counter was my massage therapist. Initially, I didn't have a problem with this because she always appeared somewhat friendly. Well, on this visit, her friendliness turned into rudeness. I normally request the 60 minute foot massage but on this visit, I decided to try the 60 minute head to toe massage with firm, deep pressure. She started with massaging my neck and shoulders. It wasn't firm pressure but more like pushing into my neck which I quickly replied no, that's not firm pressure. A few minutes later, out of nowhere, she asked if I smoke. At first, I thought why are you asking so I responded "no, maybe the client who was here previously smokes". She immediately commented "she doesn't smoke, I've known her for long time." Now, I'm thinking what is your point and I proceeded to inquire. She didn't say why she asked. Meanwhile, I'm still noticing the pushing into my neck and shoulders. Awhile later, when she was massaging my feet, it was obvious pretty quickly the technique was repetitive and not a full massage of the foot. I instructed and guided her to massage certain areas of my feet in order for me to experience the full benefits of the massage. She seemed offended by this and stated "I know what I'm doing, I've been doing this for 12 years". Well, if I have to tell you how to be less repetitive then you don't know what you're doing and clearly you've been doing it wrong for 12 years. As a frequent customer/client of massage therapy for the past 30 years, I'm pretty certain her technique is not the result of extensive, formal, classroom training. I mentioned at least five times that her pressure was not firm but rather a push into my body and requested a lighter pressure. After my last request, she responded as though she was clueless to what I was referring. During my service, she answered the business phone and made an appointment for a client. At one point, she walked away to the front counter and assisted another client. Although she apologized, it was still a disservice to me. I was so frustrated, annoyed and upset. I seldom, probably never, use my cell phone during massage therapy but, on this occasion, I played games on my cell phone just to ease my nerves and to ensure I remained composed. Towards the end, she asked if I lived nearby. This was the second time she posed this question since I've been a customer. Not sure why she's inquisitive about my residence except maybe she was trying to make conversation, but frankly, when I'm trying to have a relaxing session, I prefer minimum conversation. I'm really sad this experience occurred. This was one of my favorite spots and now I'm reluctant to go back. I'd suggest ChaoChao for a foot massage. He's really good. I wouldn't recommend the woman who works the front counter. read more
