I think someone went to a store and picked the loudest clocks possible, even over the music you could hear every tick as the seconds pass. They do have fun music, it's all instrumental versions of popular songs from the Beatles, Sting, Disturbed, etc. I came in numerous times and had great massages from Judy and Heidi but on one visit I was told the owners were changing and on my next visit there were all different people there. During a massage at a place like this it's common for them to "brush against" certain body parts while massaging your thighs. I'm a guy so I don't really mind it and I know some of them probably do it in the hopes of a larger tip but she was doing it enough to make it obvious that it was on purpose and attempting to get me aroused. It took me a looong while to find the perfect therapist and I specifically want to write a review on Sam at this location. I randomly booked my appt with him because I've had almost every other therapist there and figured I'd give it a shot. This is not to knock on the other therapists but I had to explore my options and see who was the perfect fit. Sam was very attentive to my specific needs. He always checked to make sure pressure was ok and I appreciated that. He seemed to be the only one who actually cared about my body and advised that I book a 90 minute massage next time so he could help. If anyone is looking for the best one, go book with Sam! You will not be disappointed! Sadly, I had to cancel my membership because of location but I would pay the full price to have Sam work on my body again. Front office staff is always pleasant and lobby is always clean so I applaud them for making sure everything is up to par. I love the essential oils diffusing right when you walk in and the sign that tells you what they're diffusing for the day. Their membership policy is really hard to get out of if you need to cancel so make sure you read all of the fine prints before agreeing. You cannot cancel your membership until after 12 months so make sure you're committed to going as often as planned. Overall, I'd give 5 stars for Sam and staff at this location and 1 star to ME policy.
