Bliss Mama is appropriately named! I don't get massages regularly or even often, but after my blissful experience at Bliss Mama Wellness, I may start! After dealing with aches and pains for a few weeks, I finally decided to schedule an appointment. I scheduled a 60-minute full body massage with Marissa. Prior to my appointment, BMW emailed me a form to fill out my preferences as well as medical history. The day of, Marissa went over them with me and customized my massage based on my problem areas. She was amazing! She applied the right amount of pressure. I felt great after the appointment and even better the next day. I am hooked! The space is clean and relaxing. The staff is friendly and professional. The prices are very reasonable. I will be back soon! read more

This was by far the best massage therapy I have ever received. I am not good with remembering names, but the lady that did the message was very respectful, nice, and honest. She went over the treatment process and if there was anything I wanted her to focus on the most. It was very relaxing! Afterwards she was very nice and told me to take my time to get dressed and she would have some water for me when I left the room. I will definitely be going to this place again. You will not regret it. Also, I had certain places in my neck that was troubling me and since I had this massage and she focused on my tension, I have not had anymore pain. read more

I've used them for years and have never been let down. I always walk out of their office feeling better than when I went in. I love Mrs. Alisha & how she massages for fibromyalgia. She's very attentive and encourages communication if needed during the massage. The whole office makes sure your experience is nothing short of relaxing & revitalizing as much as they are able. read more

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. I'm not usually a "leave a review person" but I HAVE to. That was the MOST RELAXING & MAGICAL massage I've EVER had. I will never go anywhere else again. read more

Excellent massage. Therapist was awesome and I will go back. Listened to my needs and applied the appropriate amount of pressure

I bought a Groupon for an hour massage and hour facial! Both were amazing and at such a great price! Alisha gave an EXCELLENT massage! Tatiana gave me my facial and WOW. She is truly talented and pays great attention to detail! It was a very peaceful experience from beginning to end. Highly recommend read more

This was the first massage that I've actually planned ahead for (2+ weeks in fact). As most working moms (3 children), I tend to take care of myself in the "when I'll get to it" category. Making this appointment was one of the first steps in pushing my self care up in the stack of to do's. I enjoyed the quiet and calm atmosphere of the center and the welcoming staff. The rooms were very soothing and smelled like relaxation (lavender came through). Asha took the time to ask me questions and listened to what brought me in to see her. She then targeted the areas that we discussed and the pent up stress in my neck and upper back started to melt away. I've already booked my next 2 appointments - thank you Bliss Mama Wellness! read more

I haven't had my facial since this year on March due to the COVID-19. I tried to do it at home but I don't think I can do it on my own. I'm so happy all the spa stores are reopening now. Laura did a microdermabrasion and chemical peel for me. I love it after she done. My face felt so fresh. Laura is very knowledgeable and friendly staff! read more

Laura gave me an amazing facial. My skin hasn't looked this good in ages. I will definitely be returning for another facial

Would give it 0 stars if I could. Went in for my 11 o'clock appointment that I had planned for a while. It was one of my birthday presents that I was really looking forward to. Not only was not ONE person in there helpful they had absolutely NO sense of urgency. Finally after 30 minutes of waiting the owner FINALLY called to inform me that there was miscommunication, and my masseuse was not coming in. Long story short I didn't get my massage and I will NOT be coming back. read more

I have been going once a month for a facial with Laura. She is absolutely amazing and such a sweet gal. I don't even have to tell her what I need she just knows. The massages are so, so good too! I can't recommend this place enough!! Give it a try you won't be sorry!! read more

Another amazing facial. Since I discovered Bliss Mama a few months ago, I won't go anywhere else. I've never experienced such an amazing facial like Laura gives. Hands down she's got Massage Envy and Chateau Elan beat by miles. Her 20-years of experience is undeniable. She customizes my appointments and knows exactly what I need. I always walk out of there refreshed. So glad I found this place. read more

Oh my gooosshhhhhh. I think I died and went to heaven. This is my new favorite place. I got a full body massage and facial. Jennessa has magic hands. She released tension I didn't know I had. Seriously, don't waste your time with commercial spas. Come here. This was my first ever professional massage, and everyone there made me feel welcome and comfortable. Everyone I met was so sweet. The atmosphere is so calming. Even the way she spoke was relaxing. I feel like a new woman. read more

Went here last week and I won't go anywhere else again for a massage or facial. As soon as I walked in Laurel welcomed me and was so nice. Lisa did my facial and was absolutely amazing. The whole experience was relaxing and refreshing. I loved that it's a smaller place than the big commercial spas and it's women only. I can't wait for my next appointment!! read more

Tatiana Castillo Hydradermabrasion facial I have the MOST ENJOYABLE experience with Tatiana last week for my Hydradermabrasion facial! Upon arriving to the spa I was welcomed with a huge smile and warm welcome. Even though I arrived an hour late due to an unforeseen holdup (I witnessed an accident on route and had to wait for the officer to arrive to give my testimony. I assumed I would lose my appointment and Groupon but was so pleasantly surprised when Tatiana said no problem, stating she "would happily stay to do my facial now" - what an Angel! Once I got comfortable Tatiana thoroughly explain the procedure she also went over possible side effects and gave comprehensive post treatment instructions. It got EVEN better, because the minute my treatment started until it ended I was in a state of pure heaven! Tatiana is a dream and she is truly a very talented aesthetician, I cant say enough to convey what a "keeper" she is; she is detailed, meticulous, dedicated, and so personable! I am already looking forward to booking numerous future facials with her. THANK YOU TATIANA FOR EVERYTHING LAST VISIT- YOU TURNED A HECTIC DAY INTO A PEACEFUL RELAXING ONE! http://bit.ly/2BrhKyr read more

Absolutely loved my experience getting a facial here! Laura was very professional and really went out of her way to provide excellent service. She customized the facial to my personal skin needs. Wow!!! One of the best massages I've ever had. I got a 90 minute with Mary G. It was relaxing and therapeutic. She has a great touch and very professional. Booked another for next month. read more

I'm very disappointed with my first visit. I was booked with Joan for a Hydradermabrasion facial and a Microcurrent treatment. The facial I received was the lower tier pumpkin facial that did not include any of the treatment I was seeking. I did not realize I would not be receiving said treatments until I was told that we were finished. When I came to check out, I inquired which facial I had received, and was not shocked to hear that it was the pumpkin facial. She was informed by another staff member that that was not what had been scheduled. Joan told me I should have said something. Excuse me? I didn't realize the client needed to go over your own book with you. I was never asked about any of my skincare concerns, goals, or current regimens. I was then very surprised to hear that I would be paying full price for the service that I did not want. The fact that the pumpkin facial was currently on sale was not a conciliation. I was told that the facial I originally booked for could be discounted upon my return. Furthermore, I was rather appalled when I realized that gloves had not been worn during any portion of my service, especially since Joan left the room multiple times. During a facial, your pores are more open and susceptible to the introduction of bacteria, which is easily transferred via skin contact. Additionally, she took it upon herself to nick my skin twice to remove milia. This service is out of the scope of practice for estheticians and is only to be performed by dermatologists, per the Georgia State Board. So, to sum up, I am out a decent sum of money for something I didn't want, have no confidence in, and am genuinely concerned about now. Suffice it to say, I won't be returning. read more

Very clean with a quiet and relaxing ambiance. Soothing music throughout and no loud talkers coming through the walls. Uses Young Living Oils for aromatherapy and the entire place smells so nice! Alisha was awesome! She works slow and methodical; doing whatever was necessary to ensure every single kink was out. I am used to strong, deep tissue massages because most "gentle" massages don't get out my knots. She changed my mind about this! I left enjoying this more gentle style of massage just as much as the deep tissue! She also customized my massage and spent lots of time on my problem areas instead of just working equally on my whole body on parts that have no tension at all. Would highly recommend her! read more

Janessa is AMAZING!! Hands down the best massage I've had! The 90 minutes absolutely flew by and I didnt want it to end! She took time to talk with me to discover my individual needs and customized the massage to me. Even gently explaining some of the cool things she's learned that she was incorporating. Such a cool place, I can't wait to try out some other services and events! read more

My massage at First Impression Massage was AMAZING! I have been fortunate enough to have many massages over the years, and this was TRULY THE BEST! It was like Jennessa had a sixth sense and could pinpoint where and how my body needed to be worked, better than I could have ever communicated. The massage was both relaxing and healing. I felt very rejuvenated and restored afterwards. Plus you could tell how much they cared. I didn't feel like just another client. I can't recommend them enough! read more

I got my first facial with Lisa today. I chose to get the freedom facial, and Lisa altered the facial to what my face needed. She made me feel extremely comfortable, and kept me updated on what she was doing throughout the facial. She also gave me a wonderful arm, shoulder and neck massage as an added bonus since it was my birthday! My face feels so soft, I am so relaxed, and all of the products that were used smelled so good! I highly recommend Lisa for any of your facial needs, and I will definitely be back! read more

Wonderful therapists and atmosphere. I'm a regular! The prices are right in line and you get a deal if you come at least once a month and you get a great massage for full hands on time.
