I had a deep tissue massage with Anna and it was everything I needed and more. As a postpartum mom that carries her baby all day every day, my muscles have become extremely tense. I loved how Anna carefully reviewed my paperwork in front of me, and confirmed the places that I specified needed more attention. She listened to my concerns and was super friendly. It was such a relaxing experience. The room was clean and the warm light set the tone. They also have a membership that I will be considering! Highly recommend.

Head spa review! I'm So glad I found Sempre! I had been…read morelooking to try a head spa and found out about their head spa supreme treatment deal on Instagram. It was 75 min and included the head treatment and a facial. Upon arrival I was greeted and offered a mimosa, (which was much needed and appreciated!). Ashley was great throughout the treatment and explained all of the treatments at the end. My only critique would be that the neck and should massage portion was a bit short, I was really looking forward to this part. However, The scalp massage, scrub, and treatment as well as the facial was very relaxing and felt amazing. After, you're given the option to sit under the hair dryer or dry your own hair in the changing room. I was offered another mimosa while my hair dried (again very appreciated!) I will definitely be back to Sempre to try a massage or another service, and I definitely recommend the head spa!

I arrived on time, but since they were running about 10 minutes behind, they offered me a free, warm, milk foot bath and exfoliation! It came with a snack of a cream puff and some apple-flavored water. (They give you throw away house slippers to wear.) I did the supreme head spa, which comes with a facial. They showed me my scalp before the head spa started, so I could see that it was slightly oily. (They also give you a stretchy, strapless top to wear.) I wish I had thought to talk with the esthetician beforehand, to tell her that I carry all my stress in my shoulders, and to use light pressure for that part of the massage. With the facial creams over my eyes and mouth, there was no way to tell her that the pressure was much too hard and that the shoulder massage was hurting me. After the head spa ended, the esthetician showed me my scalp up close again to show me how clean it was. She also blow-dried my hair. Other head spa places make you blow dry your own hair, so that was a nice touch! She also gave me another cream puff and more apple-flavored water, along with a flower clip for my hair. She did brush my hair with some random hairbrush, so I should have insisted on using my travel hairbrush, but I'll know for next time!

An unforgettable, relaxing experience!…read more I booked a 90-minute head spa session with my mom, and it was truly incredible. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel so welcomed and cared for. We had a detailed scalp check, relaxing facials, a heavenly scalp massage, and tension-melting neck and shoulder work. As a sweet surprise, we even received a complimentary milk foot bath, which was such a thoughtful and luxurious touch. The entire experience was peaceful, professional, and deeply rejuvenating. My mom and I left feeling lighter, glowing, and so grateful. If you're looking for a place to truly unwind and be taken care of, this is it!! My mom and I will definitely come back again.

Unfortunately, that changed quickly. I have a new ear piercing and specifically asked that my ear be avoided. While it was fine at first, she soon began repeatedly pulling my hair around the piercing, which became extremely uncomfortable. I also clearly stated that I did not want my neck massaged due to existing neck issues and that I only wanted my head worked on. None of these requests were taken into consideration. Instead, the focus was almost entirely on my neck, and the pressure was far too strong despite my explicit request for light pressure. I experienced soreness for the rest of the day, and my head was barely massaged at all. Because of this, I spent the remainder of the service feeling tense and on edge rather than relaxed. What should have been a calming experience ended up being uncomfortable and disappointing due to my preferences and physical limitations being ignored.
