When I walked in said i wanted 30min full body massage, she said $50. i said ok and she immediately led me to the room. after i was prepared for the massage she said i had to pay first - which was awkward , but whatever. then she bro the receipt and asked me to sign in without writing the tip and she wanted me to tip at least 20% before the massage was done. so i didn't want to sign it without putting in the tip amount so i put $2 , then she gave me the softest waste of money massage for 22mins , then i told her it has been 30mins yet and she continued. in the beginning, when i asked her to go harder she said it would be $10 more and i said okay but she wanted to do my card before she did anything and i didn't have time for that. also her attitude was so annoying. 0 stars read more

Honestly, had I not been desperate, I probably wouldn't have come into this massage place judging by the looks on the outside and how it appeared when I peaked in. Here are my notes in a conscience manner: 1) the outside of the shop + the entrance look old, dingy and not a place you'd want to go and 'relax' 2) I'm really glad I did decide to go in and try out a massage because Anna, who was my masseuse was awesome. She literally worked magic and was so friendly. 3) I wish the shop would upgrade their decor and ambiance. Went to a place closest to my house and it was closed and being remodeled. I had twisted my back at work today so I was desperate. Looked for the next closest place and with my terrible luck it was this place. So I drive here and walk in. Just like other reviews, no one was up front then a woman with keys jangling came up and said "you wait 10 minutes" and took me to a room at 6:15pm. She comes in at 6:30 and starts my "1 hour " massage. The front door bell went off 4 times while I was there and she walked out every time and was gone 5 minutes every time she walked out. Then she tells me time is up at 7:10. She told me $60+$40 tip. I asked why I didn't get a full hour. She said I did and she gave me deep tissues which is +$10. So I gave $80( which was very generous to me). She said "no $70 go to house and rest go to me!" I told her 1 hour massage is $60 that I didn't even get. So after alittle back and forth me saying I'm not using my card or giving you another $20. I said I'm sorry but no. She yelled " you never come back here again, F@$K YOU!" so I just left after that. I was there for an hour massage. Firstly, the massage was not good. The masseuse, Lauren, used your fist, knuckles, lower arms and elbows to massage the entire time. The correct method would have been using the fingers and hands, and very little elbowing. Secondly, she left me in the middle of the massage to answer the door and greet other guest. It happened two times. The worst of it all was the demand of how much tip I should give her. The service was $60 for an hour of massage. I gave her $12 tip, which was 20%, and that was more than generous. She took the $12 and said "You give me $15". Initially, I was puzzled and thinking maybe I gave her the wrong change. Then, she rudely repeated again "No. You give me $15 tip, not $12". Needless to say, I was shocked. When I told her I was only giving her $12 tip, she rolled her eyes, slammed the curtains and rudely walked to the back. Tipping is not mandatory and certainly should not be dictated by the masseuse !!! The masseuse, LAUREN, was very RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL and NO CLASS. I WILL NEVER return back to this place !!! Called and made an appointment 3 hours ahead of time. We show up and there's no one up front but after some key-jiggling and throat clearing someone comes from the back to assist us. We tell her we have an appointment and she asks us who we spoke with. ?? Why does she need to know who we talked to? How in the world would we know? Is there anyone at this place that has a name that can be pronounced by an English speaker? After spending a solid 10 minutes with her and another employee trying to explain that we had no idea who answered the phone at THEIR place of business we are told that whoever it was made a mistake and they have no availability. Keep in mind we've waited 3 hours for this massage and there's not going to be another place with any availability this late in the day. With our disappointment being obvious the employee told us to hang out for 20 minutes and she'd be able to keep our appointment. Cool. Except that 30 minutes go by and she comes back up front to tell us that she can't keep our appointment and tells us that she called their sister shop down the road and they could see us right away. Not trusting this woman any farther than I could throw her I called the place right in front of her. They had no clue what I was talking about. They said they had not spoken to anyone from this location and they had no availability. Gave up. Walked out. Won't return. Something shady is going on here... Please do NOT go here. Don't make the same mistake I made. This place doesn't even deserve one star. You should NEVER consider going to this place. My story starts like this. My dad did a garden work with me so I wanted to take him to a massage place before he flew out to South Korea. We were driving by and found this place open. We walked in at 9:05 pm. They said they could do 60 minutes body massage for two people. We were escorted to rooms. My dad had to wait for 5 minutes until someone was able to massage him. Let's say we started at 9:10 pm. My massager started emphasizing that she was not a waitress so her tip shouldn't like the waitress level. I went to several massage places but this was first time hearing this kind of joke. When we were done, we noticed that it was only at 9:55 pm. They only provided massage for 45 minutes. I asked why they didn't do 60 minutes. They said it was by law that they had to close before 10 pm. I asked them why they didn't tell me about this. Here comes the best joke from them. They also said that they were adding $25 tip to each massager, which was 41.7% tip. I had to stop them there. First of all, I didn't get 60 minute massage as I was told and they were adding 41.7% tip to this terrible massage. I still tipped them for 20%. Not sure why I did it. I totally regret adding tips to this terrible service. I don't usually write a post but this shouldn't be repeated. If you want to be charged very unfairly, you can go to this place.
