As soon as we laid down, it was apparent that massaging wasn't their specialty. They barely rubbed you, I don't think my neck was even touched (which sucks because it's so tense right now). Completely passed over all my knots in my shoulders. It smelled... not fabulous...the hole where we had to put our face had a frayed sheet that tickled your face the whole time and had the actual bed exposed. $150 down the drain.... We tipped $20 and were asked to tip more. Oh! And we paid for a couples massage and they don't actually have a room with 2 beds so we were separated. We went for relaxation and left more tense than we started. Don't go here unless you are looking for a happy ending.

The location of the business is in a house that they've converted into a spa. I thought the service was great. THe people who worked there were so nice and made me feel really welcomed and relaxed. The man that gave my massage Dany (I think that was his name) did a great job and I liked that he talked with me first to see I had anything I needed worked on and to explain how the massage would go. The massage was very relaxing and I liked that they used the hot stones into the massage and didn't just place them on my back to sit there. I would have liked a little bit more with the hot stones, but the massage was very good and for the price, you can't beat it. The Ionic foot bath was cool and relaxing, but I'm still not sure I understand exactly how it works or if it is really pulling toxins from your body, but the girl who did my foot bath, chi machine & inversion therapy was really sweet and was great at explaining what all the toxins were that were being pulled out. The Chi machine was neat, you lay on your back on a table and place you ankles in this machine that rocks them back and forth. It was neat and I think it helped my posture (it's supposed to help align your spine or help with your posture) but sadly the machine fell off the bed at one point. Then the inversion therapy was just for 5 minutes, and was a different experience for me. The girl operating the machine was really great at doing it slowly so that it wasn't too much of a shock to your body and so all the blood didn't rush to your head. I have back problems, and after the massage and synergistic modalities, my body was much more relaxed and my back felt better and my posture seemed to be better. Overall I would highly recommend them, I just wish they were located closer to Atlanta instead of in Lawrenceville!
