We seen the couples massage was $120 (if you look on there google account, it will show clearly) we were told to pay $140 for couples massage (and we paid cash) and on top of that we gave a $25 dollar tip. The lady at the counter insisted for us to give more of a tip. They said $20 tip per person. WOW! ... I have never felt like this anywhere. Pressured to pay a tip. Especially when the message was not all that great. I'm not the type to make a complaint of review but I felt so u comfortable when checking out. I never mind paying a good price for something worth it but this is not a place I will spend my hard working money on to invest in something that is supposed to be relaxing. It honestly was not a massage, it was more of a rub. And we're were never asked the level of pressure to massage (ex. Soft tissue. Upon arrival I was greeted by the manager(maybe owner, not sure) and taken to my room. This is my first time and she said something about the massage had body scrub which ok great. During my massage she came into the room no less than 4 times to talk to my therapist. On the 5th time she informed me she looked wrong and mine didn't have body scrub so they'd adjust the timer. Again, ok that's fine. I'm already wondering why you've been in here 4 other times to chat when I'm trying to relax. I go to pay and give her cash and she ask if I'm giving the change as a gratuity. I had planned to do that and more but I was so taken a back and just said keep the change and left. EDIT- The owner called and apologized for my service and explained the miscommunication.
