Had a pretty good massage but the room was cold and noisy. The floor was vinyl so you can hear every step. The linens weren't great and light to bright. If you like jazz then it might relax you. The massage was actually better than expected. But the water pods look amazing. I took a tour and I think I'm going to do the water pod floating therapy. read more

Colton was sick during my massage. He was coughing and was constantly sniffing because of a sinus problem. Which isn't very relaxing to begin with. He told me wasn't contagious but this morning I woke up and now my sinuses have drained into my throat. I'll come back but I'll just float. If he is still like that on the next day he works he should be sent home. read more

I was suggested to try Float Therapy, as I am an anxious, stressed person. I finally decided to book and come in. It was nothing like I thought in the best way. I felt it was just going to be like a warm, enclosed bath. As soon as I stepped in, I could feel so much of my tension released from my body. I don't usually like the dark or silence, but wanted to at least give it a chance for the full effect. They provide a "head halo" for some head support which was a great addition. I got in, turned off the lights, and thanks to the provided ear plugs, it was very silent. After shutting the lid and letting my body adjust, it felt amazing physically and mentally. It's a great environment to practice meditation, and I usually struggle to relax during meditation, but this made it come at ease. With an active imagination, most of your senses disconnected, creativity was flourishing for me! And I think we all need some time with no screens, no voices, nothing aside from yourself these days. Matt was the employee who assisted me, and he was so great. Explained everything and made a new experience not so intimidating. (He even provided different temperature options for the complimentary waters!! Really thought of everything) Will be back VERY soon! I love Infinity. I am a huge fan of the cryo facial (Frotox) My skin always looks so fresh after. I have done the foot detox a few times. Debra was the first person to introduce me to cryo facials and I became hooked. I have been doing them for about a year. The staff here is professional, informed and ready to take care of you. My daughter enjoys floating in the pods. She said she feels her anxiety just slip away. Very relaxing. If you are on the fence about either I urge you to go in and just check it out. So... I found out that float therapy isn't really my thing. I didn't enjoy it near as much as I had hoped and never really felt very relaxed. However, that isn't the fault of Infinity. Their staff is extremely kind, attentive, and helpful, and the facility is clean and professional. Crystal is a wonderful and knowledgeable massage therapist. But I was caught off guard. Unfortunately, with my husband's job and my health resulting in several surgeries, we had let three gift cards expire. You only have one year. The owner was gracious, and allowing us to still have two of the three gift cards on our account. We are thankful because that left us witharound $300 worth of services. I had two appointments that were amazing. I had scheduled for 45 minute express upper body massage. I had noticed though that they were only 30 minutes and the second appt decided to check the account and I was still charged for the 45 minute. When I called to inquire, they said because I've had required some extra work on certain areas that was with that $10 surcharge was for. In my opinion if there's going to be a surcharge or add-on, just let the client know. I still would have preferred the 45 minute massage appointment that I had made instead of swapping that for a surcharge without asking me first, $10 is such a trivial amount, so that is not the issue. But it's good to have that communication and relationship with the client. I'm only updating my review because I was asked by owner to tell me of my experience. I have not been able to see my friend Deb, and all the incredibly nice people at Infinity floating in a little while due to Covid, and being busy with work. But I decided to treat myself, and I am so glad I did! What an exceptional experience, from the moment I walked in to when I left, I was treated with such kindness and made to feel so appreciated! And I loved my floating experience! It was so relaxing! I would recommend this therapy for anyone if you would like to feel like a new person in about an hour! This place is amazing everything is so clean the staff was amazing very nice, very knowledgeable and everything they sit and explain everything to you. I have done the floating session and two whole body cryotherapy session so far I have arthritis in my hands and knees and I have pain in my shoulder for the past 2 months I slept with the heating pad on every night since going to my two sessions of cryotherapy I have not experienced not one bit of pain. This place has a lot of potential. Unfortunately, the customer service is not the greatest. My appointment was canceled... because the massage therapist wanted to go home. I made another appointment. This time I park my car in the parking lot. Walk in. When I get to the front desk I'm instructed, rather abruptly, to move my car. I look back. I am in a parking space. I ask why since I have parked there before. I'm told that is the doctors/owners parking spaces and they don't allow customers to park there. Ok. I go move my car. I check... there are no signs. None. If this is so important, put a sign there. I finally get back in for my therapy. Now I'm behind schedule. The massage therapist says she will extend my time (make up for my lost time) since l had to move my car. I'm ok with that. My massage was meh. Not the best. Not the worst. She says we are done and she "gave me extra time".... She is out the door. I paid for a 90 minute massage. I got maybe 55 minutes. The whole experience with them has been lackluster. It's frustrating to go there... so now I won't. Maybe they will change their ways... keep people's appointments, if a parking space is sacred... mark it.... And for goodness sakes, give your clients the appropriate time & service. read more

This was my first experience in a floatation, or deprivation tank. Pod actually. The location was very nice, clean, and inviting. Inside the manager spent 15-20 minutes explaining to me how the equipment functions and answering all of my questions. I never felt hurried or rushed. I set an appointment for this experience but they may except walkins as well. There were two pods that I saw. Each room that houses a pod is equipped with restroom and shower. You shower before entering and exiting the pod. Shampoo, body wash, and conditioner are provided with towel, etc. Before climbing in the pod you but in ear plugs to eliminate ambient sound. Climb in and close the pod behind you. The space is roughly 8' by 6' with 18" of water, allowing you to touch the sides if you reach but not cramped at all. If you were a bit claustrophobic you may leave the "lid" ajar or completely open. There is also optional mood lighting that you control. I went for 100% closed with no lighting comfortably. I can't address any technical aspects of the tank other than to say sanitation seemed first class to me. Being my first experience it took 10-15 minutes to settle into my 1 hour session. I was comfortable immediately but getting use to my muscles needing to do nothing to support me took a while to completely releasing. Then I noticed I could not "feel" myself breathing, a relaxation technique I use. This was not weird or uncomfortable, more like astonishing. Because I was floating, I couldn't feel my chest rise and fall. Everyone's experience, I'm told, in unique. Because the air temperature is same as my body temperature I couldn't feel cool air in warm air out like normal. In what seems like 25 minutes my hour was up. Outstanding experience. I'll be back. If your open minded and make a mental effort to relax your body and mind, I'm sure you'll have a very position experience. read more

This place is clean and state of the art, the room has everything you need. You walk into the room and it has the float tank, a shower, and a toilet all in your own private mini-suite. The float tanks are modern and very large. No claustrophobia with these tanks, as they are large and have lights. This is the place to float! read more

Having no experience in a flotation pod, I was both apprehensive and excited. After five major spinal reconstructions in five years, I was willing to try anything that might help my chronic and severe pain. After relaxing in the pod for about 30 minutes (I really lost track of time). I noticed that I was not aware of any pain at the point. I cried but getting the salt in my eyes made them burn so I had to get myself together and enjoy the most beautiful experience I have had in for ever. It was total relaxation without the constant pain I have been used to for years. At the very end, I got brave and stretched my arms above my head. I have not NOT been able to stretch my arms directly above my head for over two years. I can still do that now. What a blessing? Deborah, the owner, was telling me it had more salt than the dead sea and I thought, "Designed by God and "discovered" by us thousands of years later! Thank you and God bless.
