Pod with top lights on, and lights in water on
    Katherine P.

I was suggested to try Float Therapy, as I am an anxious, stressed person. I finally decided to book and come in. It was nothing like I thought in the best way. I felt it was just going to be like a warm, enclosed bath. As soon as I stepped in, I could feel so much of my tension released from my body. I don't usually like the dark or silence, but wanted to at least give it a chance for the full effect. They provide a "head halo" for some head support which was a great addition. I got in, turned off the lights, and thanks to the provided ear plugs, it was very silent. After shutting the lid and letting my body adjust, it felt amazing physically and mentally. It's a great environment to practice meditation, and I usually struggle to relax during meditation, but this made it come at ease. With an active imagination, most of your senses disconnected, creativity was flourishing for me! And I think we all need some time with no screens, no voices, nothing aside from yourself these days. Matt was the employee who assisted me, and he was so great. Explained everything and made a new experience not so intimidating. (He even provided different temperature options for the complimentary waters!! Really thought of everything) Will be back VERY soon! And looking to try out their other therapies (very wide variety, something for everyone)

Cryotherapy tank this is where the magic happens.

The floating was relaxing, yes. But the real benefit was shown the next day, I was energized and felt great.

Stay away from the memberships. It's a scam. Let me start…read morethis by saying there were some pretty nice people here a few months ago. I paid for a membership for 6 months at 260 dollars a month. Traveled and getting busy as we all do, I didn't come in but a couple times. I accrued a lot of points. The prior GM turned those into DRIP PACKAGES. I came in today and was told I had nothing. No points, no drips nothing. When the guy went around the corner to call the GM Jennifer, he came back and said there is nothing we can do for you. Didn't offer anything as a consolidation prize. $1540 spent and they said the membership says after 100 days you snoze you lose.

I called last week because I had purchase a package of 3 hydro facials, I had only used 2 so I was calling to use the last one and to get an IV treatment that I would be paying for, I was traveling a few days later. The girl that answered said there were no appointments for an IV, i called Wednesday, I could go any day up to Saturday cause I was traveling. She also said my credit for the facial had expired, so I couldn't get that either. I've never heard of your credit or money you buy towards something being expired and worst of all no one ever told me I had a lapse time to use or gave me a call or email indicating time was up. Oh and by the way I was a member of this place when it opened for over 9 months would go in every 2 weeks to get treatments. I have decided to go else where, I will not give these people my money, I mean they already took the credit I had for the facial.

I feel so great, and my mind is even clearer. I am going as often as possible, at least 12 times a month, and sometimes doing double sessions. It has helped me with everything, including this ridiculous heat in the Georgia summer! I have only done whole body therapy so far, but plan to try everything as I take advantage of my membership. The staff is amazing! The aesthetic of the studio is beautiful and calming! Needless to say, I'm obsessed with the whole IceBox situation!!

After speaking with a customer in the lobby and the employee I was convinced to give it a try. My husband did have some knee pain prior to the visit and I thought he would benefit the most. The icebox was fun and different!! I think everyone should at least overcome their anxiety and try it. I did not feel anything different in my body afterwards but it was fun to experience with my husband and having hype-music. I was told that you need to return multiple times to reap the benefits. We both did the Cryotherapy - Whole Body and compression and paid $65 each. I was contemplating the membership but after I asked a ton of questions, BUYER BE AWARE - there's a 2 month commitment before you cancel. I was willing to consider a 1 month membership to determine if there was a difference in my body. After I was told that I would need to come at least twice a week forever to see results, I wasn't quite sold. BUYER BE AWARE - I tried to get the "Jump Start" special but Meryl stated it was for those that are not from the area. This was strange considering the website stated first time guest. Meryl did an excellent job with answering all my questions. The staff was super nice and made me feel comfortable. The facility was clean and I loved the overall atmosphere. My only concern was the false advertisement of the "Jump Start" special, as a first time guest I should have been eligible to purchase instead of paying a one time fee of $65.
