We started with a quick consult on what my skin challenges were and I felt like she really listened to me - she provided feedback on my skin throughout the facial. During the treatment, we started with cleansing and a steam. Next was an exfoliating mask with light circular massage. Then the extractions which were much less painful than other facials I have had. The treatment included a nice shoulder, hand and foot massage while my mask was doing it's thing. In the end, I left feeling rejuvenated with well hydrated skin. Best of all, no pushy sales pitch to buy product at the end of the treatment. The next day my face felt really clean and well exfoliated.
