When I signed up for a membership my daughter and I could both use the credits. A month later only she could. If you "freeze" the account you cannot use credits that you've already paid for. It takes a hand written form to cancel and 30 days to process so you're stuck for another billing cycle getting more credits. Silver lining, the staff is nice. read more

Was great, but work took me away from the location. As always, let the membership run longer than it should. Contract requires you to cancel in person, so I went in and did that. I then received a text that evening saying I needed to NOW email the alpharetta location about the cancellation which is NOT part of the contract, but I did it anyway. Today, they charged my card again. This is the gym membership scam of years ago. It's what non-reputable businesses do to retain revenue -- instead of providing a good service, they trap you into a payment circle hoping they'll make it difficult enough to cancel that you won't. I'd avoid this location. Can't speak for the other franchises. There are other options available. read more

I went to the Ice Box with my friend as her guest. Best decision I ever made! I have issues with tension in my neck from standing at a stand up desk all day. All my stress left my body and made me feel reenergized as soon as I stepped out of the cold box! Ian was amazing and the owner were extremely helpful and friendly. I had the pleasure of attending the soft opening of Icebox Cryotherapy - Alpharetta. This facility is beyond amazing. From the minute you walk in you can feel the positive energy and the immaculate white reception area immediately helps you to relax. My first picture is the cryotherapy waiting area while you wait for your session you are offered refreshments. The changing rooms are organized and have instructions on what you need to leave on/take off. The robes are AMAZING!! Do you sell those by the way? The second picture is the actual cryotherapy machine; which this was my first time and I am absolutely hooked! I started off as intermediate for 3 minutes and my temperature got to -200. For men you go in with boxers, socks, headband, disposable face mask, and gloves. For the women same as men except you keep your undergarments on. 3rd photo is is Normatec area great for relaxing the legs. I did not work out prior to coming to Icebox, my legs were so relaxed once I left using that machine. Lastly the therapy room is for Cryo-therma which is the equivalent of CoolSculpting but a hybrid version!! Finally, Morgan, the technician & the owners are ABSOLUTELY amazing!! This establishment Icebox Franchise is worth every minute and dollar of your time. I can testify to the services offered. I can visually see and feel the results of -256° Fahrenheit at the nitrogens peak temperature. From the developing outline of my abdominal muscles, from the minimal layer of body fat over the tissue. To the incredibly large release of endorphins flushed after the 3 minute therapy session. Along with the soothing relief of my muscle tissues that are inflamed in my legs from my long and intense indoor soul cycle sessions taken throughout the week. Having no insight to the business's offered services including cleanliness, knowledge and hospitability. I could not have been happier with my level 3 unlimited membership, from the affordable price to the 30% off additional add on services. Emily helped me at their soft opening today. At first I was really nervous about trying our cryotherapy, but the crew at Icebox - Alpharetta reassured me that there was nothing to worry about. Upon entering I signed the waiver, and Emily walked me to a room where I put a robe and boots on. She then walked me to the room with the big machine... I got in and handed her my robe... She explained the session in detail. I was very surprised on how I was able to handle such cold air! The awesome music that they played in the machine also helped :) It was literally only 3 mins, so it wasn't that bad at all. Can't even tell you how happy I was to find this cryo spot in Georgia! I've been a regular cryo-er for 2 1/2 years in Colorado, but am traveling. Hope was very informative with me on the phone prior to my arrival. I use cryo to reduce inflammation from rheumatoid arthritis, and this gives me enough relief to feel less pain and to actually accomplish normal daily activities. Without it, I'm pretty much couch bound. The facility is clean, state of the art and legit. These people know what they're doing, know the benefits of whole body cryotherapy and make it possible for people such as myself, to have a chance at feeling normalcy. I worked directly with Hope and she was very informative, making sure to educate me on each and every step. Of course I was very nervous because it was something that I haven't done before. But she stood there with me through out the entire 3 minute process. They have a window in the icebox so you never feel alone. She was great with talking me through my nerves and emotions to make sure I had a positive experience. After being in the icebox, I gave the compression a try. It was wonderful! I love the Icebox!!!! I started at the midtown location and it was so helpful for my back pain and the chronic condition I deal with on a daily basis. Fast forward to post back surgery and I'm wishing the Icebox is closer. I was eating at the Chick-fil-a at Avalon when I suddenly see a familiar logo across the street!!
