If I could give 0 stars.. I would. I did a laser hair package with 10 sessions with a lifetime guarantee. After my last session the provider told me I needed touch ups, so they scheduled me a touch up. The front desk didn't tell me if it would cost extra which I thought it would be free since I paid for the lifetime guarantee. I got an email saying it would be over $200 which was ridiculous because I already paid 4k. I wish I would have gone to a non corporate place because many of my friends paid less for laser hair removal and their results actually stayed! I still have to shave every two weeks which is so disappointing. read more

Ideal Image you can't improve as a business!! You don't have the right people working for you with the right work ethic!!!! If I could give a zero I would. This place is the worst about taking your money and then never following through on their end. 1) They cancel your appoints without informing you. 2) The clinicians basically talk you into not having all areas done that day that you are expected to have done that day. Less work for them right?!? They still get paid for being there. 3) When you try reschedule the appointments they cancelled on you, the say that there aren't any available. 4) They don't have their schedule opened 3 months out, so you can't even plan for your appointments! This is great business model. NOT! I can go on and on. If you value your time and treament, don't go here!!! They will definitely screw you!! read more

I was so hopeful. At first it was great. Paid a ton up front but all my questions were answered and my appointment went great. After a couple visits I would have staff that seemed unsure what they were doing. One time I had a decent sized circle of skin burned off, which hurt for a while and was in a place that could have easily become infected. Then the cancellations started. Last 3 visits I've been cancelled each time. Now, in hopes to not be cancelled again I'll have to drive to Buckhead..from Canton. I wish I found somewhere else but the money has been spent and I'm not throwing it all away. read more

I've spent almost $20,000 here and I regret every penny. The laser settings were clearly incorrect, and instead of reducing hair, I ended up with even more than I started with. They push you to come back for "touch-ups," but the price is never consistent and keeps changing -- it feels like a scam. The staff seem untrained and unsure of what they're doing. Getting an appointment is extremely difficult, and when you ask to speak to a manager, no one ever responds. There is absolutely no accountability. This place is overpriced, unprofessional, and completely ineffective. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere reputable. read more

They called couple of hours of the scheduled appointment and canceled it themselves, then proceeded to send me this email Because this is your first time, we have waived our $50 no-show fee* (plus tax, if applicable). It is a one-time courtesy because we totally get it - mistakes happen. It is very difficult for us to fill in a canceled appointment without a proper head's up. This means no one else was able to come in during the time you had booked. Is this a joke?! Your office canceled the appointment on me and then make it look like you are doing me a favor by not charging me? read more

Horrible service. They are unable to provide appointments and don't give the number of treatments needed to abide by the 16 month contract. No customer service. Do not use these people . read more

You can rarely get appointments. Their books aren't ever open for the next month ahead. When you do make an appointment, they often call and cancel. And I've even had appointments where I went in and they tuned me away (on my six session) because I shaved my legs the day before. No one ever told me I shouldn't shave before my appointment. In fact, the website says the exact opposite. It says to shave prior to appts. Very confusing. Super unprofessional. Paid thousands of bucks to only get about half my sessions done in the allotted time bc of scheduling and lack of communication. Don't recommend. One of my biggest regrets. read more

They get a negative 0 DO NOT PAY THIS COMPANY........ THEY ARE THE WORST, LIKE LITERALLY.. I am just so disappointed in myself more than anything for giving this company the chance to even have my money. All they do is try to make their numbers go up by giving promises and taking money from people who work hard for it. This is WRONG... People rely on services like the ones offered to boost confidence, help with insecurities, health, and morale, to help the CONSUMER feel amazing...This "IDEAL IMAGE" everyone needs to know how rude and unprofessional they are. I can't speak for the other locations, but the managers are rude, the technicians are children, and the overall feel of it is like a "scam"! All I know is I better get my money back ASAP... I drove over 1 1/2 hours to get to this place and paid for a sitter, wasted gas, time, and all of the above just to be denied service. I was denied service for something that they were aware of from the beginning, but after they made me get the membership and pay for all my services, mind you I only wanted one service, ended up getting more. Their sales department got me! Anyway, I could not get any money back. When I called customer service, they were rude as well. I had to sign a document stating that I'd receive my money... My thing is why do I have to wait for my money to be returned when it did not? I paid them quickly. As a matter of fact, they bullied me out of my money... I am so mad at IDEAL IMAGE. They are unfair and after reading other reviews, they should have fixed this problem... Over 2 years of the same complaints. They should be ashamed of themselves... NEVER GIVE YOU TIME TO THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY.... read more

This company is so inconsiderate once you have signed up and then always changing the appointment times without any regard for the customer schedule. Very disorganized and could care less about customer service. Takes months to schedule if you complain they just double book you with somebody else and send you home or make you wait. read more

Very UNPROFESSIONAL--have attempted to contact some one regarding some billing issues--no communications--promise that they will get back to me back- they don't return calls or emails. I believe this is a tactic they use-once they have your money they avoid discussing anything. I wish I had done my due diligence on this organization. The Better Business Bureau averages about 750 complaints a year and they are not accredited. Still waiting for someone to respond to my emails , calls, posts...the old business adage " Let the buyer be ware'! applies. There are too many other companies that offer similar services--would highly recommend looking elsewhere. Not enough staff to handle the work- I paid for laser hair removal on my legs, 1st appointment went great, scheduled my next appointment within my 6-8-week window. At my 2nd appointment, I was told there were no open appointments and to schedule my own appointment on the app. But there were no open appointments available. When I finally found one, it was 11 weeks out. Way past my 6-8 weeks. Then i tried to go on an see if there were any additional appointments open, but the only way to do that is to click the reschedule button on the app. Of course, there weren't any available, so I backed out of that, and confirmed my existing appointment. Today, on the day of my appointment, I received a call from the facility I scheduled with. Only to be told they were canceling my appointment as I had "shortened it on the app" and they did not have enough time to take care of my appointment. Now, I cannot get an appointment scheduled that I can actually go to until 12/6, at a location that is 30 minutes away from where I live. To say this is a HUGE inconvenience is an understatement. On top of that, I am supposed to able to accomplish all of my treatments within 16 months. Well, I have had 2 appointments in the last 5 months... How in the world am I going to get all of them in, in 16 months?? It isn't possible. Just a thought, but maybe you should take care of the customers you already have before you sign up more... Or even better, schedule all of the appointments at once, so there isn't a problem getting them scheduled at a later date. I am so disappointed in the service I am receiving. I would like nothing more than to cancel all of it and get a refund. My advice... DO NOT GO TO THEM!! What a rip off!! read more

Can I give a 0 stars? I am at the point of getting a lawyer involved. I bought a package for a skin treatment and It's impossible to get an appointment with them. I've been trying for months now. I just reached my limit. Nobody answers the phone at the spa and same thing at the 800 number for customer service. To be fair the customer service did reach to me by email a dozen times and a few by phone however it was just to apologize and saying the local manager would call me to set up my appointment. But nothing . The manager never called. No appointment. They just took my money and run with it. read more

Scheduling is terrible. I've been told that I would get a call back for an appointment and that was a week ago. I was told to use the app, but that didn't have the correct location or option to change locations. Ive had to do the receptionist's job by calling and scheduling all of my appointments after each appointment. If you're looking for laser treatment I'd advise going with someone else. It's a nightmare dealing with this company. Unfortunately, I already paid in full so I'm locked in. Otherwise I'd take my refund and run. As a traveler I don't have time for all of this on top of everything else I juggle from work. read more

Don't for one second think that a "waiting list" means you'll get an appointment. I had one service that went flawless. Chin and lip, appointments were set when I left and I couldn't have been happier. I decided to have legs done. I'd done my research, "this company is awful", "appts are hard to get", but with my previous experience I thought they had corrected this issue. Nope... nope... after my first treatment I was put on a waiting list, for april appts to open, never-mind I already had a July appt for my face. I've called 4 times and each time been given the run around as to why they haven't called me. So and so is no longer here, she took the waiting list with her, or my favorite "this is the first time I've spoken to you" well now May is booked, nevermind I was waiting for April appts to come out. I've even reached out to Amanda Garcia, area supervisor and been told I'm on her waiting list. So if you want results and appointments, Ideal Image isn't the place for either of these things read more

This location has different staff every time you visit and they're very inconsistent with the treatment. I try not to think about how each visit costs over $100 and they only spend 6 minutes on me, literally, I've timed it. However, I can't help but think they avoid being thorough so you have to pay for additional visits, after your package ends. Also, I had a few treatments done at another location because it was more convenient. To do so, I had to call and give approval to transfer my paperwork. The file notes from Alpharetta were missing or wrong. I find that unprofessional and potentially dangerous for patients. So, I do not recommend this location. read more

I can never get an appointment. The initial wait was 3 months, I had to reschedule due to work purposes and was told everywhere was full for the next 2 months. They do not adhere to their payment arrangements which is a breach of contract. UPDATE- I have been in touch with various levels of the customer service department for Ideal Image. Everyone I spoke with was very understanding of my current medical situation. They worked to helped rectify my issue and it was resolved to my satisfaction. I appreciate their willingness to help. I would give 0 stars if it were allowed. I signed up for services In October. Obtained financing through a third party. I was scheduled for the procedure in December. In November I had heart surgery making the procedure at ideal image a contraindication. I cancelled my appointment with ideal image and asked what I needed to do about the loan I took out. They told me to work it out with the lender. The lender was very kind and cancelled the loan. Ideal image contacted me today saying I still owe them the money even though serves were not rendered. I signed a very vague contract saying fees were not refundable. It did not explicitly state even if you do mot have the procedure. I medically cannot have any of their services performed. The is very poor practice. I will make sure no one uses them for anything. Went here for a consultation, interested in the BBL Laser therapy, and will NOT be getting the treatment done here. First, I was surprised when the consultant took me back- not to a clinical environment such as you would normally see in a spa or doctors office- but to a regular office with chairs, desk, computer, and poor fluorescent lighting. She sat on the opposite side of the desk and her first question was what procedure(s) I was interested in. Whoa! No explanation of their office, how they work, who would be treating me, if they have a doctor on staff, how are their technicians certified, nothing. Normally I would expect a joint discussion of my skincare routine, questions of my skin history, followed by her recommendations of treatments. None of that happened. Since she didn't ask, I volunteered a good bit of the information, such as my skin history and areas that I wanted to see a change, as well as a history of procedures I've previously had done. Her only response was to proceed to tell me about what she has had done to herself, how much she loved it, and what she was planning to continue. Umm....I'm not here to talk about your skin! She never once looked closely at my face (the area I was wanting to address), not that she could in the terrible office lighting. In fact, a majority of the time I was speaking, she was on the computer printing out the cost of a 5 treatment package. There was no clear explanation of what the treatment actually was, how it works, what the procedure would be like, or what I could expect for recovery. I actually had to ask several of these things and got very vague generalized responses in which she primarily used herself, her husband, and her sister as examples. Nothing about what I could expect based on my own skin type. I doubt she could have even explained the science to me if I had asked, but I didn't bother since I already knew at this point I wasn't going to get anything done here. The final straw for me (as if the above wasn't enough red flags) was that they only offer "multiple treatment" packages. I could not get a single treatment. Her justification for this was that "most people" need multiple treatments to see a difference. Well, I am here about my skin, not "most people", and every individual is different. But obviously the care here isn't about personalized treatment plans, it is clearly in-and-out service, convincing people they have to have multiple treatments, without even really looking at the patient's skin care needs. My Recommendation- GO ELSEWHERE. read more

If I could give negative stars, I would. I went here last year for Ultherapy. After the first visit, they did half of my face and I was going to have to come back for the second half. I was told my face would appear read and swollen for a 'few days'. Fast forward 2 weeks and it looked horrible. I called and called to try and get some help. Could never reach anyone except the receptionist, who then supposedly gave the message about what was going on. I heard back one time and she told me not to worry it would be fine. I still have numbness on my face from this. Needless to say, I didn't want to do the service with them again. I signed up for the lifetime membership but can never get appts. I finally got in and was supposed to be having full legs treated. Whoever scheduled me put me down for full arms? So they told me sorry I don't have time to do that. I drove an hour for this appt and getting an appt in general was nearly impossible so I was not okay with this. I truly only needed a touch up on my lower legs which could have only taken 5-10 minutes to go down my shin. She then said hold on let me go check, she comes back in the room and said my membership had expired... I had just signed up for my membership like 5 months before so that didn't make sense. She told me I would have to pay an additional $250. I said no that doesn't sound right. She goes back and forth, meanwhile 20 minutes have passed, I could have been half way done with my treatment. She didn't care that it was their mistake someone didn't schedule the proper amount of time and definitely wasn't going to try and accommodate anything. Instead she just kept coming back with more problems. They were very rude and didn't care that I was accommodating when they needed to push my appointment out weeks due to again their own scheduling problems. Now again their screw up and it's just simply not their problem. No one takes accountability. This was the most horrible customer service again because of their own errors. The staff changes all the time and never knows the answer, each person gives a different answer. Who knows what the truth is. On top of that the nurse gave me a botched botox job. I have one eye brow that lifts higher than the other!!!! It's incredible that their staff just simply doesn't know how to perform treatments properly or schedule properly. I tried getting a regionals number and that didn't get anywhere. I was promised a regional manager would reach out. Surprise surprise that didn't happen. The staff is incredibly unprofessional and I left the office in tears because everything here I wasted 2 hours round trip and they told me it wasn't their problem someone scheduled it incorrectly. Do not go here unless you're ready to be treated like you're nothing! Ideal image is incredibly expensive and you don't get good customer service, treatments or results for the price. I was so excited when I decided to treat myself and focus on improving my appearance and I procured an Ideal Image membership package. Unfortunately I have been very disappointed with the customer service, responsiveness of staff and the management at this Ideal Image location (Alpharetta). Natalie Moulder, who I was told is the manager of this location has not responded to any of my email messages that I have left her in the past two weeks and the office said that they are not aloud to give out her phone number. They will not allow the receptionist to make appointments and they do not have the schedule on the app uploaded with the available times to schedule services like Cool Sculpting, etc. This is an inconvenience as you cannot schedule appointments for your sessions and you have a contract with time limits. If you can't schedule the appointments in a timely fashion allowing the time in between the sessions for your body to recover prior to the next session your time will run out on the contract leaving your service not completed. The marketing pitch is misleading and once you sign the dotted line, there are many fine prints. I signed up for underarms and full legs for 16 month's unlimited session and requested same day appointment which they agreed to. As soon as I signed I was told they could only do underarms and not legs as it takes more time. I understood and wanted to make an appointment in the next couple of days ....but they don't have availability for 5 WEEKS!!! No one cared to mention that as I hurried through the signing process Next kicker ...appointments are 10 weeks apart for legs, no flexibility on doing any sooner. So 'unlimited' is marketing hoax, you only get 6 sessions in 16 months and in my case 5 sessions since my first appointment is 5 weeks out I can't schedule my underarms with full legs as that is 6 week cycle. So although if I combined that with my first full leg visit it would be 5 weeks but NO...6 WEEKs means 6 weeks I was promised a call before end of day when I called customer service but the day is long over STAY AWAY OR DO YOUR RESEARCH...NOT FOCUSED ON CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE AND SATISFACTION read more

Stay away from this corporate if you want to save money and peace of mind. If you are new customer, do not entertain the offers that are too good to be true and if you are existing customer, do not add anything but finish your contract and get out of this scam place that runs on total lack of morale and dignity. Here are the reasons, why I do not recommend anyone to this place: 1. You will become a victim of scheduling nightmare. You will pay for the contract but you will not get your scheduled appointments. Answer will be just blunt and flat "sorry, there is nothing we can do". 2. No one will answer your phone call or reply to the email. There is an area manager who is never around and doesn't respond to your email. Lack of empathy is the only word that can describe the management. 3. Clinic will give you corporate number and no one will address your concern. Corporate will ask you to contact clinic to address the issue. So you are just getting bounced between them and no one actually will take accountability. 4. If you are lucky to get an appointment, do not get surprised that they may cancel it without your knowledge and reschedule it without discussion on a random day like we do not have anything else to do in our lives. 5. Clinic blames this scheduling issues to be due to Covid/provider shortage but then why to offer promotions if corporate is not equipped to handle the patient care. If you go back to your emails, most of the promotions were offered in middle of covid 6-8 months ago. So only logical explanation is that Ideal Image wants to make money in a way that is the most unethical, unprofessional and without any empathy. As someone already mentioned, it is a pure scam. 6. Providers will continue to rotate and so you will never have a consistent person to help you with. In middle of your session, she may stop the treatment and ask to reschedule to finish some other day. 7. You will always have to leave a voicemail without any call back. 8. App is the joke where you can not see any available dates to make an appointment. Do not rely on wait list either. 9. Forget about refund. I was told in a very rude manner that it is not possible due to "Covid". If you are existing customers and experiencing similar frustration, please email me at phc0143@gmail.com so we can discuss further plan of action. I am beyond frustrated with how they are taking care of patients. They are getting the money and we not getting the service for what we had paid on a timely fashion. read more
