If I could give 0 stars.. I would. I did a laser hair package with 10 sessions with a lifetime guarantee. After my last session the provider told me I needed touch ups, so they scheduled me a touch up. The front desk didn't tell me if it would cost extra which I thought it would be free since I paid for the lifetime guarantee. I got an email saying it would be over $200 which was ridiculous because I already paid 4k. I wish I would have gone to a non corporate place because many of my friends paid less for laser hair removal and their results actually stayed! I was so hopeful. At first it was great. Paid a ton up front but all my questions were answered and my appointment went great. After a couple visits I would have staff that seemed unsure what they were doing. One time I had a decent sized circle of skin burned off, which hurt for a while and was in a place that could have easily become infected. Then the cancellations started. Last 3 visits I've been cancelled each time. Now, in hopes to not be cancelled again I'll have to drive to Buckhead..from Canton. They push you to come back for "touch-ups," but the price is never consistent and keeps changing -- it feels like a scam. The staff seem untrained and unsure of what they're doing. Getting an appointment is extremely difficult, and when you ask to speak to a manager, no one ever responds. There is absolutely no accountability. You can rarely get appointments. Their books aren't ever open for the next month ahead. When you do make an appointment, they often call and cancel. And I've even had appointments where I went in and they tuned me away (on my six session) because I shaved my legs the day before. No one ever told me I shouldn't shave before my appointment. Not enough staff to handle the work- I paid for laser hair removal on my legs, 1st appointment went great, scheduled my next appointment within my 6-8-week window. At my 2nd appointment, I was told there were no open appointments and to schedule my own appointment on the app. But there were no open appointments available. When I finally found one, it was 11 weeks out. Way past my 6-8 weeks. Then i tried to go on an see if there were any additional appointments open, but the only way to do that is to click the reschedule button on the app. Of course, there weren't any available, so I backed out of that, and confirmed my existing appointment. Today, on the day of my appointment, I received a call from the facility I scheduled with. Only to be told they were canceling my appointment as I had "shortened it on the app" and they did not have enough time to take care of my appointment. Now, I cannot get an appointment scheduled that I can actually go to until 12/6, at a location that is 30 minutes away from where I live. To say this is a HUGE inconvenience is an understatement. On top of that, I am supposed to able to accomplish all of my treatments within 16 months. Well, I have had 2 appointments in the last 5 months... How in the world am I going to get all of them in, in 16 months?? It isn't possible. Just a thought, but maybe you should take care of the customers you already have before you sign up more... Or even better, schedule all of the appointments at once, so there isn't a problem getting them scheduled at a later date. I am so disappointed in the service I am receiving. I just reached my limit. Nobody answers the phone at the spa and same thing at the 800 number for customer service. This location has different staff every time you visit and they're very inconsistent with the treatment. I try not to think about how each visit costs over $100 and they only spend 6 minutes on me, literally, I've timed it. However, I can't help but think they avoid being thorough so you have to pay for additional visits, after your package ends. Also, I had a few treatments done at another location because it was more convenient. To do so, I had to call and give approval to transfer my paperwork. Went here for a consultation, interested in the BBL Laser therapy, and will NOT be getting the treatment done here. First, I was surprised when the consultant took me back- not to a clinical environment such as you would normally see in a spa or doctors office- but to a regular office with chairs, desk, computer, and poor fluorescent lighting. She sat on the opposite side of the desk and her first question was what procedure(s) I was interested in. Whoa! No explanation of their office, how they work, who would be treating me, if they have a doctor on staff, how are their technicians certified, nothing. Normally I would expect a joint discussion of my skincare routine, questions of my skin history, followed by her recommendations of treatments. None of that happened. Since she didn't ask, I volunteered a good bit of the information, such as my skin history and areas that I wanted to see a change, as well as a history of procedures I've previously had done. Her only response was to proceed to tell me about what she has had done to herself, how much she loved it, and what she was planning to continue. Umm....I'm not here to talk about your skin! She never once looked closely at my face (the area I was wanting to address), not that she could in the terrible office lighting. In fact, a majority of the time I was speaking, she was on the computer printing out the cost of a 5 treatment package. There was no clear explanation of what the treatment actually was, how it works, what the procedure would be like, or what I could expect for recovery. I actually had to ask several of these things and got very vague generalized responses in which she primarily used herself, her husband, and her sister as examples. Nothing about what I could expect based on my own skin type. I doubt she could have even explained the science to me if I had asked, but I didn't bother since I already knew at this point I wasn't going to get anything done here. The final straw for me (as if the above wasn't enough red flags) was that they only offer "multiple treatment" packages. I could not get a single treatment. Her justification for this was that "most people" need multiple treatments to see a difference. Well, I am here about my skin, not "most people", and every individual is different. But obviously the care here isn't about personalized treatment plans, it is clearly in-and-out service, convincing people they have to have multiple treatments, without even really looking at the patient's skin care needs. I signed up for the lifetime membership but can never get appts. I finally got in and was supposed to be having full legs treated. Whoever scheduled me put me down for full arms? So they told me sorry I don't have time to do that. I drove an hour for this appt and getting an appt in general was nearly impossible so I was not okay with this. I truly only needed a touch up on my lower legs which could have only taken 5-10 minutes to go down my shin. She then said hold on let me go check, she comes back in the room and said my membership had expired... I had just signed up for my membership like 5 months before so that didn't make sense. She told me I would have to pay an additional $250. I said no that doesn't sound right. She goes back and forth, meanwhile 20 minutes have passed, I could have been half way done with my treatment. She didn't care that it was their mistake someone didn't schedule the proper amount of time and definitely wasn't going to try and accommodate anything. Instead she just kept coming back with more problems. They were very rude and didn't care that I was accommodating when they needed to push my appointment out weeks due to again their own scheduling problems. Now again their screw up and it's just simply not their problem. No one takes accountability. This was the most horrible customer service again because of their own errors. The staff changes all the time and never knows the answer, each person gives a different answer. Who knows what the truth is. On top of that the nurse gave me a botched botox job. I have one eye brow that lifts higher than the other!!!! It's incredible that their staff just simply doesn't know how to perform treatments properly or schedule properly. I tried getting a regionals number and that didn't get anywhere. I was promised a regional manager would reach out. Surprise surprise that didn't happen. The staff is incredibly unprofessional and I left the office in tears because everything here I wasted 2 hours round trip and they told me it wasn't their problem someone scheduled it incorrectly. I was so excited when I decided to treat myself and focus on improving my appearance and I procured an Ideal Image membership package. Unfortunately I have been very disappointed with the customer service, responsiveness of staff and the management at this Ideal Image location (Alpharetta). Natalie Moulder, who I was told is the manager of this location has not responded to any of my email messages that I have left her in the past two weeks and the office said that they are not aloud to give out her phone number. They will not allow the receptionist to make appointments and they do not have the schedule on the app uploaded with the available times to schedule services like Cool Sculpting, etc. This is an inconvenience as you cannot schedule appointments for your sessions and you have a contract with time limits. If you can't schedule the appointments in a timely fashion allowing the time in between the sessions for your body to recover prior to the next session your time will run out on the contract leaving your service not completed. I would not recommend this Ideal Image location to anyone. read more

I wish I would've started off at this Ideal Image. The front desk associates are amazing, the schedules are extremely accommodating and my technician was quick and accurate. I started going to the one in Perimeter and it's just a nightmare. Perimeter rescheduled my treatments (which were already 3 months apart because they couldn't ever fit me in) constantly because of "lack of staff" and the technicians that did my procedures would miss spots or make me change rooms in the middle of it because they didn't know how to fix the machine. I signed up for underarms and full legs for 16 month's unlimited session and requested same day appointment which they agreed to. As soon as I signed I was told they could only do underarms and not legs as it takes more time. I understood and wanted to make an appointment in the next couple of days ....but they don't have availability for 5 WEEKS!!! No one cared to mention that as I hurried through the signing process Next kicker ...appointments are 10 weeks apart for legs, no flexibility on doing any sooner. So 'unlimited' is marketing hoax, you only get 6 sessions in 16 months and in my case 5 sessions since my first appointment is 5 weeks out I can't schedule my underarms with full legs as that is 6 week cycle. Stay away from this corporate if you want to save money and peace of mind. If you are new customer, do not entertain the offers that are too good to be true and if you are existing customer, do not add anything but finish your contract and get out of this scam place that runs on total lack of morale and dignity. Here are the reasons, why I do not recommend anyone to this place: 1. You will become a victim of scheduling nightmare. You will pay for the contract but you will not get your scheduled appointments. Answer will be just blunt and flat "sorry, there is nothing we can do". 2. No one will answer your phone call or reply to the email. There is an area manager who is never around and doesn't respond to your email. Lack of empathy is the only word that can describe the management. 3. Clinic will give you corporate number and no one will address your concern. Corporate will ask you to contact clinic to address the issue. So you are just getting bounced between them and no one actually will take accountability. 4. If you are lucky to get an appointment, do not get surprised that they may cancel it without your knowledge and reschedule it without discussion on a random day like we do not have anything else to do in our lives. 5. Clinic blames this scheduling issues to be due to Covid/provider shortage but then why to offer promotions if corporate is not equipped to handle the patient care. If you go back to your emails, most of the promotions were offered in middle of covid 6-8 months ago. So only logical explanation is that Ideal Image wants to make money in a way that is the most unethical, unprofessional and without any empathy. As someone already mentioned, it is a pure scam. 6. Providers will continue to rotate and so you will never have a consistent person to help you with. In middle of your session, she may stop the treatment and ask to reschedule to finish some other day. 7. You will always have to leave a voicemail without any call back. 8.
