The reschedules and cancellation can improved. Since starting the service each one of my appointments had been rescheduled. The last time which would have been my third session cause me to not finish. My friend from out of town showed me her nearly completely gone tattoo after 8 sessions but she is going to the competition. I read the positive Yelp reviews on this location, saw it was close to my home in Vinings, so I signed up for a virtual consultation. I'm looking to get some sun spots lasered off my face. This "consultation" was nothing but a high pressure sales pitch from an unprofessional girl who insisted, over the phone, that I needed three expensive products that sounded identical to the ones I'm already using from the ZoSkin line, as well as six (!!) laser sessions, to the tune of $3,000. I carefully explained my concerns of committing to that many sessions and that much money without even having the first treatment. What if I was too sensitive to the laser? What if I didn't like the results? Could I just pay for one session, try it, and see how it goes? Her super friendly tone turned ice cold and I was told that was all she was willing to offer me. Needless to say, I declined. Next day I get a follow-up email from her addressed - and I'm not kidding - "Dear Laser Babe." Here's the thing. I'm a licensed professional myself with a hospital background. I find it hard to be believe that such a well-reviewed facility, with such glowing comments about the staff and service, even knows that this is going on. I would never patronize a facility, not to mention allow LASERS anywhere near my FACE, that employs these sales tactics for the initial consult. Had there been some way to speak with the office directly, maybe I would have had a different experience. It sounded like this individual was not even located in Georgia. I think the office should know that this is what is being done through these bogus phone "consultations." I'd be embarrassed if this were happening with my own professional practice. I paid for 10 treatments for laser tattoo removal with Laseraway in Atlanta. After 8 treatments the tattoos are not even close to being removed. They changed their laser to a new one their medical director supposedly invented about half way through my treatment. I paid them $2,800 for nothing. They refuse to refund me any of the money I paid to them. They treated an area that did not have any ink over and over and now I have a white spot there that will be permanent. Horrible customer service and they do not care about you after they get your money up front. Go elsewhere to get treatments!
