As we went about our day, we called in advance to let them know that we may be running 15 mins late. They were super accommodating on the phone and so we did not rush to the spa. We reserved for 60 mins each and were told that we could have ~45 mins massage - which I thought was reasonable because we were 15 mins late. However, the venue insisted on charging us for the FULL HOUR. I thought it made no sense at all, and we were not told in advance. Worse still, my friend later told me that it took her massage therapist FOREVER to come into the room, so she only received 30 mins of massages and had to pay for the FULL HOUR on her birthday. The front desk staff were super nice to us when we walked in, but became very unfriendly upon checkout. One member was also reluctant on giving us the birthday discount, thought it was clearly stated on their website. I hate to leave a review like this, especially because I enjoyed my massage. But I was really unhappy with the experience at the spa. We did not receive any of the pampering other guests have received (e.g., no tea while waiting etc). I would not recommend it to others.

I have a very low pain tolerance, and they have both taken the time to have a conversation with me to distract me during my service. During my last treatment it was completed quickly with very little discomfort - one part of my chin even felt like it had numbing cream applied! There are different pain levels for lasers so be honest about your pain tolerance. They also have more than one laser option for those of us with melanin! I've only had a couple of administrative issues and they were resolved easily and quickly. Nothing at all to drop a star about so five stars it is!

I went with full face and neck and added armpits because why not. GUYS. 1 treatment and I have only had to shave my pits ONE TIME. Drastic change for someone who was having to daily shave to battle the forest under her arms. My face and neck? I have a hard time not getting emotional when I look in the mirror. I was told to expect about 30% reduction after 1 treatment but I stand here typing this review telling you I think I'm seeing about 60-70%. I only have had to touch up one area on my chin and lip maybe once a week. I let my husband touch my face. It's smooth. It's not as dark.
